モルビアン湾の絶景。 小さなビーチに直接アクセスできます。 非常に高い快適さ。 リビングルーム、小さなリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、80 cmの3つのダブルベッドと4つのシングルベッド、2つのバスルームと1つのシャワールーム、4 WC（1階に2と2階）の5つのベッドルーム。 テーブルテニスとテーブルサッカーのあるゲームルーム。 ADSL /無線LAN。 バーベキュー、ガーデン家具、ボート、自転車置き場が利用できます。 スイング、ブランコ、なめらかなロープ、結び目のあるロープ、小屋で囲まれた3400m2の庭と600m2の延長。
すべての料金（水、ガス、電気、清掃）が含まれています。 ベッドリネンは提供されますが、バスルームとキッチンのリネンは提供されません。

Wonderful stay on the Gulf

As a sailor, this house is a dream with a terrace built like the bridge of a ship with sweeping views over the Gulf of Morbihan across to Ile Aux Moines. The house is comfortably furnished with an appropriate nautical theme given the owner’s background as a French marine. It’s an easy walk to the village where the grocery store and bakery have almost everything we needed. And the location is great for exploring the area whether by land or sea. We hope to visit again.

the site is juste gorgeous! incredible views!

We spent a week in this gorgeous setting with magnificent views. The weather was very nice, we had only one half day of rain. This property is excellent for children. My grandkids of 8 ant 10 years old, played on the grounds with obstacles, and soccer for hours! the property is very private and the home very large. We were at one time 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well equiped with lots of dishes, pots and pans which permitted us to cook for the whole family! The washer and dryer was big help. We found later a shorter cut from the home to the center of town, with a bakery and grocery, it was a nice walk of no more than 10 mn, and the oyster farm just down the property was fantastic! The owner was a delight, responded very quickly to our call or text. I would recommend very highly this property.

Séjour au calme, les pieds dansl'eau

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans ce bel endroit doté d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe.Les balades en canoë, la course de l'ultra marin, les visites de Vannes, Auray, Saint Goustan, les crêperies ont agrémenté notre séjour.

Un séjour super à tous points de vue.

Des paysages de carte postale aux levers et couchers de soleil. Une maison toute équipée, très agréable à vivre. La grande terrasse est un bonheur sous le soleil et les enfants s'en sont donné à cœur joie sur la plage et dans le terrain de jeux. Et les îles proches ont donné l'occasion de magnifiques balades. Bref, un séjour génial, trop court hélas, mais qui nous a paru de longues vacances de rêve. Nous recommandons à 100% ce lieu où nous rêvons déjà de revenir. Louis et Elodie

Séjour très agréable à Larmor Baden

Maison agréable, spacieuse, très bien équipée. Situation formidable, les pieds dans l’eau, le long du sentier côtier, proche du bourg à vélo et à proximité d’un ostréiculteur. Au calme. A recommander !

Une vue superbe !

J’ai passé avec des amis un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison. La vue sur le golfe du Morbihan est splendide et la maison est fonctionnelle. L’endroit est parfait pour se détendre, faire des balades à vélo, du bateau, de la marche à pied, et manger du poisson et autres fruits de mer. Accueil chaleureux par Madame et Monsieur Vibert. Je recommande cet endroit !

Situation idéale

Accueil charmant, maison idéalement situé au bord de l'eau en face de l'Île aux Moines, parfait pour rayonner autour de Vannes. A conseiller pour le calme et séjour en famille. En plus la météo était au rdv !! N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus !!

Cadre superbe, vue dompteuse, excellent confort, jeux pour les enfants.

Nous avon été très bien reçus par les propriétaires, charmants, et qui nous ont laissé une maison impeccable. Maison bien chauffée et feu dans la cheminée. La marche sur les sentiers côtiers et les santiets de randonnée ont fait le bonheur de chacun, le babyfoot, le ping-pong et la grande aire de jeux dehors celui des enfants. Des bateaux à voile et quelques vieux gréements naviguaient sous nos yeux. Magnifique.

Lieu exceptionnel, superbe semaine de vacances.

La maison, calme avec une excellente literie, est très agréable à 10 personnes. Situation exceptionnelle sur le Golfe. La grande terrasse est un bonheur sous le soleil et les enfants s'en sont donné à cœur joie sur la plage et dans le terrain de jeux. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité. Totale satisfaction, chaudement recommandé.

Vue superbe, équipement complet, situation idéale.

En face de l'île aux moines, la mer est changeante, nous sommes entourés de hérons et de goélands du golfe, des écureuils des arbres du parc. Pour les courageux, le sentier côtier qui démarre en bas du parc, mène au village et plus. L'équipement et la literie de la location sont parfaits. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé, au grand calme, une semaine fort agréable entre amis avec des départs de toutes ballades et croisières à proximité.
