Teatro II - Holiday apartment in Malaga

Elegant brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex-style holiday home in the heart of Malaga's old city.



This luxurious property is located in one of Malaga's most emblematic historic building in Plaza del Teatro, mixing traditional local arquitecture with contemporary design, decorated and furnished with great attention to detail.



The first floor is made up of a bright living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling bay windows, a fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with bathtub.



A marble staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with a large double bed and a second large bathroom with shower. From the master bedroom, you can access a sunny terrace with outdoors furniture to enjoy the Andalusian sun.



Both bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes. The open plan floors allow natural light throughout the property.



There is high-speed internet and A/C throughout the property.



A covered parking space is available in the building for 15€ per day

Great location, super clean

The apartment was super clean, quiet, and we loved the location. The beds were comfortable as were the sitting areas. Check in was slightly difficult as the street address is around the corner from the entrance, however, this was resolved by persistence on everyone’s part. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

This apartment was in a great location. We were able to walk to most attractions easily & there was lots of dining, groceries & shopping nearby. It was a nice clean place with a few amenities we Americans are used to but don’t always find. We enjoyed having a terrace in the evenings.

Beautiful apartment and in a great location. Was very clean and had everything you could need for a weeks holiday. A real home from home. Close to shops and plenty of restaurants and about 15 minute walk to beach, perfect. Communication was great with solaga. Would definitely book again!

Great spartment in Málaga

We came for a week and we loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, very clean. Very easy check-in process and communication was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and well located, easy to walk to many of the sites, including the beach. Grocery stores and many cafés and activities nearby. Loved the terrace off the bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment idea as advertised and we loved the location, the modern design, the comfort of the unit, the clear communication with management. Really our only tricky issues was that Malaga was experiencing extremely hot weather at the time and the building the apartment is in has a weak AC system so at night, even with fans, we wet very hot. But it’s a systemic issue with the building and likely only an issue during extremely hot weather. Otherwise we had an excellent visit and would recommend this accommodation.

Amazing apartment - highly recommend

Gorgeous new apartment in an elegant quiet building close to all the action but far enough away there wasn’t much street noise except when Spain was winning their Euro Cup soccer games. It was very spacious with all the amenities needed and the private terrace was a bonus. The air condition didn’t seem to provide much air but the standing fans helped with the July heat. We were here nearly 2 weeks and fell in love with the place. We hope to be back.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Malaga’s old town. It was very clean and had everything anyone could need. Check in was easy, we were given a tour and told how everything worked. Turn left out of the apartment and there’s 2 supermarkets within 1 minute walk, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants too. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again if we go back to Malaga. Nothing it was perfect.

Spaciousness, outside roof terrace, furniture, cleanliness and central Malaga location handy for supermarkets (MAS very good and convenient), cafes and restaurants. Alex showed us around in a very professional and friendly manner. Communal spaces were light and airy. Bathrooms a very good modern standard and plenty of storage. The only piece of kitchen equipment we struggled with was the electric ignition hob which was temperamental and needs attention. More saucepans. AClock would be useful somewhere in the apartment.

Málaga als Stadt ist einfach nur wunderbar

Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Fotos und Beschreibung der Wohnung passen gut zu dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung von Málaga. Natürlich hört man auch Tag und Nacht die Geräusche der Stadt. Die Terrasse ist optimal um gemütlich im Freien zu Sitzen solange nicht gelegentlich die laute Lüftungsanlage stört. Málaga als Stadt ist einfach nur wunderbar
