This is a managed property, not a private condo/residence. It was clean, but it is old...very little (and cheap) kitchen items, and the bathroom soap the management co gives you (I kid you not) is the size of the lid on my contact case. Furniture is very dated. This is just an investment property, owners have probably not been there in a decade. When we look for vacation rentals, they are privately owned. Owner offers up anything in their homes/condos for use that is used by the private owner (think spices, oils, shampoos, etc). This is just an empty kitchen with minimal utensils, old cookware, etc and a mice trap under the sink (yuck). Good for a young person just hitting up the slopes, but a weekly stay, not so much. Expensive for what you get - We had to go pick up our own towels, used towels left in hallway (by others) sat there for days. It was like a college dorm. Given the cost of living in Telluride, these units should just be rented out to the young kids working the slopes, restaurants and area...affordable housing. Disappointing that managed rental units are allowed on VRBO and other sites, without more clarity on what type of unit it really is.
