Lovely Stay!!

Overall we had a great stay! The property was a great location for walking to dinner and shops. It was very clean and a good amount of space for the two of us. The only negative thing I have to say is one of the neighbors was a little noisy, not sure if it was a resident or a guest staying in another apartment.

Great Telluride Basecamp

Excellent location…convenient to the mountain, convenient to everything you need in town. The property was extremely well appointed with high end kitchenware and induction cooktop. The bed was very comfortable, the shower/bathroom very nice etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Close to everything in Telluride. Property states no pets allowed although it was clear there was a dog in there at some point. Overall would stay again.

Great location, clean and modern

Clean, well-appointed condo in a great location near the creek. Only drawback to this property is no view or outdoor patio. Otherwise really great. Beds very comfortable.

Great place to stay in Telluride!

This condo was perfect for a family of 4. The bunk beds were just big enough for my 12 and 16 year old kids too. King bed was comfy! The condo was clean upon arrival and set up with everything we needed for our 4 nights. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything we wanted to experience downtown and right next to the walking path and river. Pool and hot tub were great too. We also met several residents and other vacationers staying in the complex and everyone was fantastic. Great experience overall. A+

Perfect for our small family!

The beds and bedding are super comfortable! There is no A/C but even in July we didn’t need it. The windows open in the kitchen and the main bedroom, and there is a large mobile fan and a mobile A/C unit that help keep the unit cool. The kitchen is well equipped! Brita filter, ice trays and coffee filters came in handy!! Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, the unit also has extra towels for the pool. Walking distance to everything in Telluride and the free gondola. We will definitely be back!

Loved the location and layout of the condo, but would think about getting a different housekeeper. We walked in and it seemed very clean at first, I took my one year old's shoes off to let him walk around and after about an hour the bottom of his feet were black and then there was a lot of black hair when I tried to get the plug in the tub to work, neither my wife nor I have black hair.

Nice place that needs a bit of TLC

A nice apartment right by the creek and the edge of old Telluride. A nuisance is that one of the windows in the front room doesn't open (broken) -- and that's the only window in the front room with a screen -- so if you want a cross breeze (there's no AC), you have to open a window without a screen and that means you will wake up with some mosquito bites.

Telluride Getaway

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this sweet rental. We loved the location that close to the river walk and downtown. It was also a very short walk to the biggest grocery store in town. We were also able to walk to the ski lift, shops, restaurants, Bear Creek Falls hike, etc. It was a quiet complex and parking was not an issue (however during ski season it might be). The updated unit was tasteful and thoughtfully laid out. We kept shades shut during the day with windows cracked open and it stayed nice and cool on warm summer days. We used the kitchen for the majority of our meals and although it was small, it is very functional. Our only suggestions to make the unit even better would be to have more comfy furniture on the porch area and to repair the non functioning window crank for the small kitchen window.. I would definitely rent this unit again. It was a great experience.

Lovely condo for a ski stay

A friend and I stayed here for 6 nights while in Telluride to ski and relax. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness and how the design and furnishings really maximized the small space. My friend who took one of the bunk beds said it was comfy (much better than the sofa pullouts in many similar properties), but she wished there was a curtain or room divider so that she could have more privacy. Great location that makes it easy to walk to restaurants and shops in Telluride, as well as easy access to lift 7 and the gondola. We parked the car and didn't use it all week. The outdoor hot tub was great for a soak after skiing - well maintained, clean, and actually hot. We didn't use the kitchen much except for coffee and breakfast, but struggled to figure out the cooktop. Instructions for "unlocking"it would have been helpful. Same for the dishwasher because all of the labels are worn off.

Great place

The unit was well designed and we loved the location in Telluride. Parking was easy. A very positive experience with maybe only a couple of suggestions. A better way to deal with luggage and clothing would have been appreciated. The kitchen and living space could use a side table or two. A couple of hooks in the bathroom would have been nice. And last one--the pool has seen better days--repairs needed and the hot tub water was kind of yellow--it could really use an upgrade! All this said, we'd stay there again.

Great place

My husband, 1 year old son and I stayed for the Telluride 100 race. The place was clean, cozy and perfect for our visit in Telluride. It’s modern look, cleanliness and located to our favorite and most visit places was perfect for us. Would highly recommend and visit again next year!

Perfect family vacation in telluride

The property is close to everything we wanted to do: 5 min walk to the free gondola, river access behind the property, close to restaurants and shops downtown. The property is very clean, recently renovated, and worked perfectly for our family. Access to a pool, hot tub and laundry were an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Great property and location

We stayed here for about a week as a family with two children as an early Father’s Day present for my husband. The location was excellent and we could walk to everything. In fact, we only had to use our car to go out to trout lake. The place was clean and stocked with all the basics we needed. The bunk beds were great for our two kids and allowed us all to sleep comfortably. They also left a personal note to wish my husband a happy Father’s Day and telling us to have great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Perfect one bedroom condo for a couple in Telluride. Plenty of amenities and well stocked. Just wish there were a few more wash clothes for those staying several days. Otherwise plenty of towels. Great location on the river walk and easy walking distance to everything in town. We would definitely choose this rental again.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
