Located in a building with an elevator, with 9 premium LV Premier apartments, it is often selected by large families and groups. The LV Premier CH1 is an exceptional apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a magnificent balcony overlooking the lively pedestrian street of Rua do Carmo, the Santa Justa Elevator. The apartment also has an impressive view of the Carmo Convent Museum. Located in the heart of Chiado, the top shopping area with a wide variety of luxury restaurants, pastry shops, cafés, stores and much more - you couldn't ask for a more central location. The apartment has been completely renovated, with air conditioning and double-glazed windows. Occupancy of 7 people in the rooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests on folding beds or sofa bed.Please note: Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 45 euros additional. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Apartment located on a pedestrian street, and the closest point a car can reach is 50 meters from the entrance. Great location within easy walking access to most of the major sites of Lisbon. Felt very at home staying there. It was wonderful to have the balcony to have the sites and sounds of the city right there every night. Apartment was clean and we felt very welcome. Was definitely as described.

Incredible location

This unit is in the heart of town - walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. It is in a very lively area! The unit itself has all the amenities you will need. We even managed to catch up on a little laundry while we visited. Highly recommend this location.

Great apartment and location!

We were a group of 5 women enjoying a "girls trip" and the apartment was perfect for all of us. Amenities and location were our biggest concerns and this worked very well. One minor concern and a text to the property manager had it resolved when we returned from dinner. Highly recommend!

Convenient location and comfortable stay

Stayed here with my spouse and kids. Very convenient location, beautiful views and comfortable apartment with laundry inside. Apt was not in the best shape. Toilet kept running and we found some ants in the living room. Normal city apt.

Best Location in Lisbon

Best of both worlds! Clean modern and spacious apartment with shopping, really cool nightlife, parks and great dining right outside the front/back door. Having an upper-level apartment was nice and quiet during the late evening as you are well above street level. Check-in office is conveniently located in the building and the team is very courteous. The apartment was even nicer than appeared in the pictures. Have been renting properties from VRBO since the beginning, this has been one of the best! Loved our time in Lisbon & loved this property!

Fantastic Location!

The apartment is spacious enough for 4 adults comfortably. It is located very close to downtown, bus lines, river and lots of other tourist activities. There is a washer and dryer in this apartment, which is a big deal when you are staying for long periods of time. The apartment also has air conditioning except for one room. During the evening there is a beautiful, cool breeze if you open the doors and windows. There is some street noise, but we enjoyed listening to the musicians outside the apartment in the evening. The only con was there was some construction going on in the building that was loud, but not unbearable. I would definitely stay here again!

GREAT short stay in Lisbon

We had a short 2 night stay in Lisbon and it was wonderful! This unit was fabulous - great location near shops and entertainment at night with enjoyable music we would listen to on the balcony. The location is very close to the water (10 minute walk, famous church where St. Anthony was born, and the Alfama District. There is a beautiful view of Carmo Convent out the kitchen window. The elevator was a plus as was the AC (especially in the heat wave). The hosts were great and quickly responded when we reached out. Without hesitation we recommend this for your "home" when you are in Lisbon!

This property is well situated for experiencing Lisbon. The view from the kitchen is epic. Host is easy to get a hold of, property was clean. It is a busy part of the city with night life, expect a bit of street sounds if you keep the windows open, much quieter with the windows closed. Catches a lot of sun but the split AC systems work very well.

Modern and functional apartment in a great location

We enjoyed this apartment, which is extremely clean, functional and equipped with every appliance needed (including washer/drier), all in mint conditions. The location is great and in the middle of all the shops and and restaurants of Lisbon. As an extra perk, our apartment (6A) had an amazing view of a church which was destroyed from the earthquake from 1750...all from the kitchen window! We will definitely come back to this property next time we are in Lisbon!

Great location for 1st time in Lisbon with the family!

Amazing location next to Lisbon’s landmarks and fabulous shopping district. Good size for a family of 9, fully equipped kitchen so cooking was an easy option, with fantastic views from kitchen of Carmo’s Arqueological Museum in the Cathedral whose roof burnt in the 1755 earthquake gave it a medieval feel to the place. There were 3 bedrooms and a double sofa cama in the living room that accommodated our family well. Surrounded by lots and lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and 3 grocery shops, one with organic and gluten free options for those who need it and 2 others also very close by. Great hosts and very clean!

Incredible location, incredible service, incredible stay!

Starting with initial communication through check-in and check-out, the owner and the onsite manager were perfect to deal with. The house is right in the middle of EVERYTHING but still quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping. Without a doubt this is a home I would stay in again on a return trip to Lisbon.
