Marvellous and charming 3-bedroom apartment completely renovated in 2008, very sunny, located in a delightful area in the urban centre of Baixa, Lisbon, with 120 m², furnished with great taste, fully equipped, with capacity for 8 people.



This is an apartment in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with an elevator, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room and 1 living room with access to a balcony overlooking the street. It has internet access, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) only in the living room, central heating, fans in the bedrooms, towels, bed linen, amenities, hair dryer and iron.



All rooms have double-glazed windows with views of typical Lisbon streets.



The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with gas hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.



Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.



The apartment is ideal for groups or families.



The location is very central, you can walk to any part of Lisbon's centre or you can use one of the many public transport options available in the area to various parts of the city or to the beautiful beaches of Cascais or Costa da Caparica.



Note: Air conditioning only in the living room. Fans in the bedrooms. We have double windows and excellent thermal insulation.

This was a beautiful home and it was very comfortable for our party of 5. There was a lot of attention to detail, it was very clean and there were multiple gathering areas for our party to hang out in. Very spacious and welcoming space! Loved the modern and quirky artwork. Bathrooms are great- very nice to have a bathtub. Bedding was great. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cleaning products. Nice bottle of wine upon check in! This is an excellent location for walking site-seeing. Very close to multiple restaurants and stores.

Perfect Spring Getaway in Lisboa

Wonderful family stay in Lisbon

We had an outstanding visit to Lisbon and this apartment was perfect for our family. Right in the heart of Baixa, we could walk to all the main attractions and neighborhoods easily. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos. It was a bright, open, large space with plenty of room for four adults and a toddler. The hosting team was so helpful and we are staying here again the next time we visit!

The apartment is located on a quiet street and is not far from restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. Nice size apartment with plenty of space for 5 adults. The owner's were very responsive if we had questions about the apartment or to give dining suggestions. We didn’t know how to get the heat going and the owners sent a video to show us how to turn on the water to the radiators. The only issue we had was trying to figure out the washer/dryer combo. We managed to get it to work but not sure if there was an easier way. We didn’t want to bother the owner’s since it was later at night so maybe a short step by step instruction guide would be useful.

Super location!

We had a great stay here in Lisbon. The location can’t be beat with everything you need in walking distance. My knees were thankful for the lift after all the ups and downs of our days! The flat was immaculate, spacious and modern yet with the original wood floors still felt old and authentic! We had one small issue and Martin was immediately responsive and took care of it. Just the type of host you'd want. We loved our time in Lisbon. Thanks, Martin and team.

Wonderful apartment in great location

This apartment was fabulous. It was the nicest VRBO apartment we've rented in our European travels. Overall, it felt very spacious, had lots of natural light, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was quite large and looked to be well-stocked (we used it only for breakfast). The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was sufficient storage space for clothes. Both bathrooms were large and modern. the living room had comfortable seating. The decor was charming. Even the hallways outside the apartment were nice. The location was very convenient to the metro but was also walkable to many tourist sites. Lovely views from the windows and balconies. Despite being close to lively streets with many restaurants and bars, the street the apartment is on was very quiet at night, so there wasn't any noise to disturb our sleep. The hosts were very helpful with tour information. We very much enjoyed the Fado show they arranged for us to attend. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

I can't recommend this apartment enough. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults) and the location is perfect. We appreciated the connection with Sophia for a few tours that were also wonderful. We look forward to returning and staying here again.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very nice-clean and very centrally located. Good restaurants nearby. We especially liked the Taberna de Lis across the street to sit outside for sangria and snacks after a day of touring. Martin and Luis were very responsive—we had a small issue with our ride from the airport and with someone meeting us for check in, but our stay far exceeded that issue. The apartment is roomy and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend staying here!
