Welcome to LV Premier Chiado Apartments - CH2, a spacious 3BR / 2BR apartment and one of our most sought-after properties. Located in a building with 9 premium LV Premier apartments and two elevators, it is popular among large groups and families. The apartment features a long balcony with views of Armazéns do Chiado, the Santa Justa elevator, and of course, the lively Rua do Carmo. The Carmo Convent Museum is just a few minutes away, using the Carmo staircase gardens behind the building. This is a truly central location, with all amenities, attractions, restaurants, and shops at your doorstep. The apartment has air conditioning, modern interiors, and double-glazed windows. LV Premier Chiado Apartments - CH2 can accommodate 8 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests on the sofa or folding beds.The living room has access to the balcony, dining area, and fireplace. The apartment also has a spacious kitchen, which is, naturally, fully equipped. Both bathrooms have a bathtub or shower. The LV Premier includes soft bath towels and quality toiletries for your first day.The CH building has a beautiful traditional facade, but was completely reconstructed recently. The apartment has air conditioning and heating and is decorated with contemporary decor and a neutral palette.Please note: Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. You can park the car about 50 meters away from the property. There is paid public parking / garages 5 minutes walking distance. Great Location In the heart of Lisbon

The location was perfect as everything was walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The condo was spacious and fully equipped. The air conditioning was great in each room and the beds were really comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.

Very central and lovely apartment

We were six people and had lots of space for everyone - a bonus with two bathrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. Very easy check in and check out and the communication with the landlord was excellent.

Great location.

Great location. Everything we wanted to see was very walkable. We did take one taxi to the castle, but walked back. Plenty of good restaurants, bakeries and stores near by. The rental is very comfortable and functional for a family. I liked the balcony overlooking the street.

Lisbon 6th floor Balcony

Wonderful location. Was able to easily walk to restaurants, shops and transportation. Apartment with A/C, elevator, washer and dryer. Lisbon is very hilly and cobblestones. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Beautiful city.

Great apartment and location

Clean, functional apartment. Children at end of corridor away from the living area so undisturbed by adult time. The bell does chime across the road from 8am, but did not impact our stay.

Nice apartment in good location

We stayed here for one night in July and it was a great apartment (there were 7 of us in total). Clean, big and very comfortable. The neighbourhood was a little noisy but on a retail pedestrian street, so a little more quiet at night. The management team was great and responded to a couple inquiries we had very quickly. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would stay here again if returning to Lisbon.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable, easy check-in

Family of 4 traveling mid-December. Check-in was very easy. Location is amazing, beds comfortable, kitchen had all that we needed, AC/heating units in each room and they worked well, felt safe. Two elevators, which was perfect because our unit was on the 6th floor. Very close to either the Rossio or the Biaxo-Chiado metro stations. At Rossio, you can also catch the trams. Easy walk down to the water. The building is on a busy street that was noisy until around 10PM, but that didn't bother us as we like being in the center of things. No cars on street, but lots of foot traffic and there are some musicians on the street in the evenings. We loved it!

Fantasic apartment on a great location!

Stayed here with a group of 10 people. As we visit a capital city each year as a "guys weekend out", this was by far the best apartement we have stayed in. Our first impression was that everything was spotless. It has a large living room area and the bedrooms are also spacious. The balcony is a little narrow but nothing to really complain about. Overall a great choice for an apartment. Location is also great: right in the middel of the shopping street and within walking distance of other popular areas. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisboa.

Wonderful stay in Lisbon!

We are a group of five older ladies staying for eleven days and we were comfortable in this lovely apartment. Every thing we needed within walking distance, groceries, restaurants and shopping! We were able to walk to the train and pick up points for three excursions. Rua do Carmo is lively and fun but even on the busy weekend nights, our apartment was quiet after we closed the windows. We had a problem with an air conditioner and the host worked diligently to fix it as soon as possible. We always felt safe and comfortable and we highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic apartment- in the heart of chiado

We spent 4 days in Lisbon with the CHI as our home base. A great location in a historic neighborhood. About a 4-5 minute to Metro which we used daily. Always a safe and trouble free walk no matter what time we came home. Loved the local grocery stores but also found a nice fresh butcher shop and picked up fresh produce in some local shops. The apartment as super clean and quiet and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in and check out contact was very helpful in explaining the amenities. Our hosts were very good and we experienced no problems. We cooked almost everyday - at least breakfast but often lunch too and found a very well stocked with everything you might need and there are instructions available for all the appliances. There are wonderful views from every room- it will not let you down!

Convenient, comfortable and clean

This apartment is located in the middle of the Chiado near shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 with three goodsized bedrooms. The management company was a dream to deal with- responsive and helpful throughout the process. They have an office on site in the building which is staffed even on weekends. We didn’t have any problems so didn’t need to call on them, but it was nice to know they were there. The balcony is very narrow but has great views and the apartment is walkable to many sights and public transportation. Important to know that the street in front of the building is pedestrian only so you will have to walk a few blocks with your bags on arrival. We didn’t find it a problem, but it could be challenging for travelers with limited mobility. The building itself has two elevators. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment!

Convenient location, spacious apartment

Our family of 5 stayed here the first week on January. The apartment is located in the heart of the Chiado shopping district so it's very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the Santa Justa Lift which you have a great view from the balcony. The balcony is very narrow so we didn't spend too much time out there but we did enjoy the view since the Christmas lights were still up. Since it's in a very busy shopping area, it can get noisy from the shoppers and the street musicians. There is also a large clock on the building across the way that chimes every hour starting at 8 a.m. The windows are pretty good with blocking out the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. We arranged to drop off our bags early at the on-site office. When it was time for us to check in, someone met us at the apartment to show us around and answer any questions that we had. The company also has a handy app that you can download for local information. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

This was such a great place to stay. Right in the Chiado shopping and tourist area but quiet as it is on a pedestrian only street (you will need to walk about half a block with your luggage to get from the street to the apartment.) There are 2 elevators making the top floor apartment easy to access. The host was very responsive and had many special touches ready for us when we arrived. For example we had a baby with us and in addition to the pack and play, they had kids dishes, a potty seat for us to use. There is a lovely terrace where you can look over the shoppers, street vendors, and musicians. Pro tip... H&M is across the street and we would go through the store to get directly to the busy shopping area. The shopping area is on the ground floor of H&M on the next street over and the back entrance is the 3rd floor of H&M directly across the street from this apartment!! The Santa Justa elevator was just down the street so it was a great landmark to show where we were in relation to the apartment. Inside the apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need plus a washer and dryer. (Crucial for use as we had 4 adults and 3 kids!) Additionally there are so many things to do so close to the apartment. As I mentioned shopping, dining, and the like but also museums, squares, and all the pastry shops you could want.
