This vacation rental is one of 9 premium apartments located in the same elevator building, allowing the rental of more than one unit. The LV Premier Chiado - CH3 has just been renovated and offers a contemporary and very comfortable environment. It has high ceilings and large windows facing the famous Rua do Carmo, with Armazéns do Chiado and Santa Justa elevator right in front. The kitchen windows have inspiring views of the Carmo Convent, with surviving arches from the 1755 earthquake, as well as the newly built Carmo Gardens. Enjoy the unparalleled location, with easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters, and shops. The apartment is fully equipped and, in addition to A/C, has heating and double-glazed windows. We can accommodate 7 people in the rooms and, with folding beds or a sofa bed, a maximum of 9 people.Please note: Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional charge. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Apartment located on a pedestrian street, and the closest point a car can reach is 50 meters from the entrance. Fabulous location and seamless communication

The views from the apartment are just a must see and location is central. Chiado is charming and the communication with the host seamless throughout.Would stay again, and likely will.

Great Location and Plenty of Space

This property was easy to get to, conveniently located to a variety of restaurants and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. It's close to a subway station, too. The washer and dryer were very helpful, and the snacks were very appreciated.

Amazing location in heart of Chiado district with spacious, updated accommodations and easy access to shops and restaurants! LV management was great to deal with and accommodating for our early arrival. Parking nearby was interesting but once we figured it out we made it to garage.

The apartment was clean and spacious to easily accommodate us 4 adults, and it could fit a few more with it having 3 bedrooms. The location was ideal for easy access to restaurants and shops. My only complaint was its proximity to an outdoor dance party that had very loud DJ music playing until midnight on the weekend nights. Even with the internal shutters closed, we still heard the noise and had to avoid the bedroom that was facing opposite from where the party was happening.

Lisbon stay with family

Overall the property proved to be an excellent choice for our family vacation in Lisbon. The location could not be better and both the communication with the property manager and check in could not have been easier.

Location, location, location PLUS a gorgeous apartment! The view of the Church do Carmo is incredible! Plenty of room- we had 5 adults and room to spare.

Great location

The apartment was great for 2 couples, the location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. It is located on a pedestrian street so you can’t park in front to drop off your luggage. It did get a little noisy on Friday night

Lovely flat and excellent location

Unless you want the night life until 6:00 am, we recommend shutting the windows and shutters and using the a/c. Wish we had known the first night. Otherwise perfect.

Great location

This apartment is in an excellent central location on a pedestrian-only street. It worked very well for our group of five adults. It has a large kitchen area, nice bathrooms, and a comfortable sitting/dining area. There is one large bedroom and two smaller ones. The communication and support by the rental agency staff was outstanding. I would definitely rent again from this agency.

The apartment is very spacious and accommodated well my entire family. The building is great if you need extra accessibility, as it has ramps and elevators to access the apartments. All the appliances in the apartment are very handy for long stays, such as doing laundry and cooking. Also there was an intermediate cleaning during our stay that was very useful. The best part is really the location, it is amazing. Close to great restaurants, shopping mall, touristic places, train station, and grocery stores, all within walking distance.

Time in Lisbon

Great location. Everyone was very helpful. Lots of wonderful restaurants and tours available within walking distance. Beautiful city. We found it cold when we first arrived. The host was helpful with all our requests. More closet space in each bedroom would have been nice.

Great location

We enjoyed this property mainly for it's lively location. Lots of shops, sights, and restaurant options around. Short walk to the square to grab a Uber if needed. The apartment was well appointed, but a bit dated compared to the pictures. The beds could be more comfortable. It was great that the rental office was located in the same building. All staff members were very professional, kind, and helpful. There was a wine, sparkling water, and coffee waiting for us on arrival. Great start to our stay.

Amazing stay in Lisbon

Everything was perfect. Communication with the property managers was easy, friendly and helpful. Property was great! Location was great. Spacious for our party of 6. Kids loved the bedroom for 3!! The street continues to be somewhat lively until around midnight or so….with some tourist activity and some local musicians. I found this to be something I enjoyed. If you’re looking for silence….this might not be ideal…however, if you close the windows it really does close out a lot of the noise. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful!

Wonderful apartment centrally located in the heart of the city. We arrived late and were warmly greeted and shown around the apartment. Three couples were traveling Europe and the rooms were made up with queen beds in each. We also had a very early departure and she met us at the appartment and kindly made arrangements for a driver to take us to the airport. Our group originally had reservations at a luxury hotel which we benefited in canceling and staying at the apartment. You can't go wrong in staying here.

Although the apartment was large, spacious, and well equipped the only negative was the noise outside. There were bands out the front and back of the apartment until midnight every night. The rugs and floor were dirty. The staff were very helpful as for helping us find a wheelchair and hospital.

Do not select this property on weekends if you value your sanity. Although this apartment is conveniently located, in a safe building and has a clean and nice interior, the noise level on weekends is unacceptable. A restaurant next door and directly across from the property uses the outdoor space for events, see photo below. Dance music blasts at high noise levels throughout the apartment from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm on Sunday and until 12:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights. Do not let the manager convince you that this is normal noise for a central location similar to staying in Times Square. As someone who has stayed in Times Square many times, this is not the case. Even noise cancelling headphones do not work. If you plan on being out during those times, then this might not be a problem for you. If you want to chill out after a long day of sightseeing or have an early flight the next day and need to sleep, then I recommend looking elsewhere. Even though others in the building complained and the manager called the police twice to get the restaurant to lower the music, he was only willing to give the smallest customer service adjustment claiming I should have asked more about the noise prior to booking. Additionally, I would say that the management company might be trying to circumvent VRBO's policies by trying to take down reviews that honestly describe the problem.

Perfect Location, Perfect Apartment

We absolutely loved our 8 night stay at this apartment. The location is perfect - steps away from the Santa Justa elevator, head the other way for the Barrio Alto. The street is a pedestrian only one which was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. A good grocery store nearby. Great views of the Santa Justa Elevator and the Carmo Church from the apartment. We felt very safe staying there. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean, nicely laid out, good wifi and exactly as pictured. All the comforts of home. Loved having an elevator. The mgmt company was in the building - and very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed everything about the apartment - and would absolutely recommend staying there. I miss it already!

Perfect location!

We rented this apartment for 6 people. My family of 4 (2 teenage daughters) and my parents. The place was very nice and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. I had arranged for a late check in as we were supposed to arrive around 1:00 am. We had a flight cancelled and a very long delay and when our flight did arrive the following day, Rogerio was there to check us in at 4:30 am. He was very accommodating and went over all of the details for the property. He was quite informative about the area and very helpful. There was also a small welcome package with a bottle of wine, some sparkling water and coffee. This was much appreciated since our arrival time did not allow us to pick up any basics. The property is exactly as pictured with a view to the old church from the kitchen window . This was our first trip to Lisbon and I was so glad I went with this place because the location, for us, couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to all of the sights we wanted to see and there were tons of shops and restaurants right outside the front door. Because of the flight cancellation we were shorted a day in the city so it was go, go , go and the location enabled us to get it all in. I am also pretty picky about cleanliness and aesthetics and this place met my expectations. Don't hesitate to book this apartment if you are planning to visit Lisbon!

All bedding and towels are of super high quality (luxurious fiber duvets/ Egyptian cotton).
