Can Faveは本当にユニークな財産です。 Fornalutxの歴史的で美しい村の真ん中のプライベートな閑静なオアシス。 家は改装された300世紀の古い家で、数多くの寝室とバスルームがある魅力的なコテージスタイルの家に改装されています。 素晴らしい山の景色、プライベートプール、グリルとシンク付きの屋外キッチン、緑豊かな芝生を網掛けしたフルーツの木がある大きな庭。

ホテルの隣に無料駐車場があり、テニスコート、ショップ（薬局を含む）、バー、レストランまで約100mです。地中海とPuerto Sollerのビーチまで車で10分。 ドアの外で始まる美しいウォーキングコース。 Can Faveは一年中好きです！

レンタルは通常、土曜日から土曜日まで運行し、到着日の午後4時から出発日の午前10時までに退場します。 他の期間の賃貸、または特別な条件がある場合は、お問い合わせください。

A cozy, charming and well equipped accommodation in a charming village

We had a very pleasant stay in the house. It is located with fascinating views of the surrounding mountains and hiking paths starting just around the corner. At the same time the location in the vey picturesque village of Fornatlutx provides good opportunities for grocery shopping and hanging out on the cafés at the main square. The house itself was excellently suited for three couples wanting to have a relaxed vacation. However, one has to bear in mind that the house is located just next to a main entrance road to the village. This makes is most suitable for persons wanting to get up early anyhow :-)

Fantastic property in the most enchanting and beautiful village

Really lovely property ideal for holidaying with friends or family. The village of Fornalutx is simply stunning and if you love your food you will be spoilt for choice by the many excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Cafe Med and Moxie were probably the stand out establishments for us but we enjoyed every restaurant we ate at (we pretty much tried them all!). Alexis was an excellent host before, during and after our stay, very informative and very responsive when required. We really hope we will get an opportunity to return sometime in the near future.

Holiday in Can Fave

Our stay in Can Fave was one of our most beautiful holidays! The location ist perfect if you prefer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere and the house overall is a dream! The rooms all have a sweet and individual touch and the house is also really big and you have a lot of space. The contact with the house owner Alexis was also really easy and friendly. He tried to make our stay as good as possible so we never had the feeling that anything was missing. Alltogether we can recommend Can Fave for a nice holiday and would come back any time!

Amazing property in a beautiful area!

The house was perfect for our group, beautifully spread out so we had our own space. The view from the house is amazing and the house is really well equipped with everything you need. Alexis the owner was so helpful and resolved an issue we had so promptly, he was very generous and attentive. I would definitely return to this lovely house which felt like home from home. Right near places to eat and a small but well stocked supermarket. So many walks to explore, you can walk to Soller too. Highly recommend staying here.

Ca'n Fave Vacation

We have stayed in Fornalutx several times. This was 3rd time with large family group. Ca'n Fave had ample space and outside areas. By far the best propoerty. BBQ area was great. All bedrooms comfortable. But Pool area was simply the best. Property very secluded and private. Location to village square an easy 5min walk. Then trips to Soller and the Port were also amazing.

Wonderful town house with unique atmosphere in Fornalutx

We can give our absolute best reviews of our stay in this unique town house. We had high expectations which was exceeded by far. Very nice pool on first floor, and big terrace with out-door kitchen on main floor. As the whole town, the house is very charming, and very well maintained and a very good-taste in design inside. We felt at ease and relaxed from the start, and enjoyed our stay.

A true gem

Our stay was truly idyllic. From start to finish, Alexis was in contact and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The property holds its traditional beauty whilst having all the luxuries you need. The home is beautifully decorated and the outdoor kitchen overlooking the mountains is stunning. There is ample free parking around and a local car park with a very small fee. The town has everything you need and we loved our meal at Molon, where Neil served outstanding food and made our night really special. There are a couple of local bakeries, a super market and other restaurants so plenty of options. I would suggest booking early if you’re going in peak season. The apartment was in a perfect location to explore other local areas including Deia, Soller and Valldemossa all accessible within 30 minutes maximum (only 10 mins to Soller). We hired a car however everywhere is accessible by an hourly bus. Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be looking to return!

Lovely villa in stunning location

We had a one-week stay in this lovely, well-equipped villa with a good-sized pool and garden. We never tired of the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Only a 5-minute walk into the beautiful village of Fornalutx, which had a great choice of restaurants and a couple of bars in the main square. Thank you Alexis for being such a great host and for all the helpful info you gave us before and during our trip.

Magical village

We arrived late at night but easily found the property thanks to Alexis’ great directions. It was dark out so we had no idea what a treat we were in for. We could hear some sheep baa-ing in the darkness. When we awoke, the daylight revealed the most spectacular and magical setting! We couldn’t love this property any more! The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the landscaped yard and pool are stunning, the location can not be better for access to the village shops and restaurants. An easy walk to the center of town, the home is quiet though very much a part of the village. The views from the pool terrace are really spectacular and I couldn’t have imagined any other location in town to beat this one. Fornalutx is beauty around every corner, a jewel box that we we thrilled to discover. We now dream of retiring there. Beautiful beaches are within easy reach, as is Soller only only minutes away. We found that we loved just being in the yard and only left for meals in town and a day on the coast. Alexis was available, friendly, and helpful. I can’t wait to return.

Lovely house and great location. We were under the impression that the house was in the countryside and secluded but it was a townhouse in a cozy town in the mountains. The house across the street was under construction and very loud, to no fault of the landlord. But it would have been nice to know.

A beautiful house in the perfect location

Set minutes from the centre of Fornalutx, the house is laid out beautifully, with lots of space to relax, swim or enjoy dinner with the family. The views from the pool terrace are stunning. The property owner was always available for questions and recommendations in the local area.

C'an Fave is a delight

Excellent pre-visit communications from super-helpful Alexis. The house is delightful, very comfortable and very well equipped. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay - despite some of Mallorca's worst rain for years!

Charming house in Fornalutx

We, a three generation family ranging from one to 74, loved our stay at Can Fave. The house is charming and well equipped, and the garden with its mountain views is a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed the short walk to the bakery every morning and the many beautiful hikes in the area. Alexis was an attentive host. Would love to return some time.

Beautiful house set in stunning mountain village

Can Fave is the prefect setting for a family holiday. Well stocked house and tastefully decorated, comfortable and homely. The pool was a godsend and the garden a perfect place to relax with a beer at the end of the day. Fornalutx has everything. A well stocked supermarket,bakery, fantastic restaurants and gorgeous streets to wander. All in all a wonderful holiday spent in such a pretty house. It does get hot in the garden room so would be nice if aircon could eventually be fitted here :-) and plan a day out on the day the gardener visits as he’s there the entire morning from 7.30am! Other than that, we couldn’t fault it.

The Nicou family lives in Stockholm, Sweden. Alexis grow up in Fornalutx/Mallorca and in Stockholm and Anna in Helsingborg in the south of Sweden. We have tree children. Anna works as marketing director at Valio and Alexis builds communication platforms for the Swedish government, municipalities, Police force etc.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Alexis grandmother moved from Stockholm, Sweden to Mallorca and the village of Fornalutx in 1955. Back then it had no electricity and there where no roads for cars. Every summer since Alexis was 3 years old (thats 1976) he spent 3 month visiting her. He more or less grow up in the narrow alleys of Fornalutx together with his sister, cousins and Majorcan friends. The beautiful surroundings, all nice people that lives in the village, the nearby beaches in Puerto Soller, the unprecedented mountain walks and the fabulous food at the local restaurants. It's easy to get addicted to it!
