We totally enjoyed this beautiful condo. When we first walked in and saw the floor to ceiling windows with a view of palm trees, the yacht harbor and ocean, we knew we were in the right place. The decor is gorgeous and furnishings functionally fit our needs perfectly. The table with transparent chairs didn't obstruct the view, and the small lanai was ideal for watching sunsets and the Friday night fireworks. The view from the bedroom window is also stunning. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, although we mostly used it for breakfasts, snacks, and just one "at home" dinner. The location was great, especially with handy hints given by the property owner, Janna. Unlike on other islands, we did not need to rent a car here. We walked, used The Bus, ubered, and did 2 tours (Pearl Harbor and Island Circle), where we were picked up at the Prince Hotel next door. If you want a sunset cruise nearby, Island Splash does a really good one leaving from a slip in the yacht harbor below. Make reservations for many things on the island, starting with this condo, also tours, dinners, Cirque du Soleil, etc.

Great condo in a fantastic location! Having a full kitchen and dining table was huge. The condo was immaculate and well-appointed. The bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and very comfortable--slept great every night and had everything we needed. The couch and its trundle bed were so comfy that we decided to get the same kind for our home's spare gameroom! We are so grateful for Janna's hospitality, guidance, and beautiful condo for our trip. It was perfect for a family of four. We left smiling from such a lovely week and can't wait to come back next time!

Host was very responsive, location was fantastic (we were able to watch the Friday fireworks from the comfort of our lanai), lots of room, comfy furniture, nice shower amenities. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property from beach chairs/towels to a fully stocked kitchen, even some cheater eyeglasses in case you forgot yours! A really special property!

Everything was wonderful! All communication was clear and prompt. We had a delay in our flight, and were able to access the condo when we finally arrived at 1:30 AM-even better we were pleased to see coffee and fresh creamer in the fridge for the next morning! The condo was very clean, with a well appointed kitchen. The sunsets from the lanai are amazing and the proximity to Ala Moana Park made our morning walks/runs fantastic. We would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Janna's place. It's very nice, and in a good location in close proximity to Ala Moana Beach park, which is less touristy than Waikiki. Overall the place is well kept, nicely decorated, and as described. We'd definitely stay again.

I gave it a three (3) because the balcony was non existent-it’s so small!The property is in a great location! The property is designed wonderful! Exterior hallway needs some cleaning. All and all I would recommend this property!

Mahalo for this honest review! This building is from the sixty’s, the balconies have been replaced due to structural issues. The hallways are next needing flooring and paint needed. The exterior is being painted now. I’m so sorry the lanai was non op, as I’m writing this it is finished and the lanai door is open and new🙏 We are looking forward to your return. Aloha Janna

We absolutely disliked this place. We disliked it so much so we paid thousands of dollars to change our plans and leave early. We had several issues with the unit and messaged the owner. While she responded back quickly, she gave no help basically said, "hope your honeymoon gets better." The owner wasn't upfront about the many issues with the unit. While the owner doesnt control parking or construction sounds, being up front about these issues could have made things easier. For parking, grabbing a ticket through the parking gate isn't enough. You must take a ticket, park on 4th floor, walk back down to first floor to purchase another pass through a kiosk, and scan both as you go in and out or you get charged EVERY SINGLE TIME you go through the gate at the full daily rate. Why doesn't the owner provide any guidance on this? Dont get me started on issues with laundry. This review cuts off at 1500 characters. There was construction going on most days we were there and country music playing so loud that you could hear the music all day and night even inside the condo with doors closed/locked. There were issues with the blender, TV, and shower. This place ruined the first part of our honeymoon. The balcony is only 2 feet wide and gives views and smell of a polluted harbor with trash. We would never recommend this place to anyone and will never be going back. I guess we just have significantly higher standards than the owner does.

I am sorry that the property did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to clarify several statements for future guests. During your stay, I responded promptly to every message and request. When you needed a personal fan, one was delivered within minutes. When you could not locate the toaster, I immediately advised you where it was stored. You also contacted me regarding personal items needed during your stay, and I made every effort to assist. The parking is privately owned not part of Ilikai Marina, procedures are established by the parking company. Detailed parking instructions are provided to guests when they park and thousands of visitors successfully use the parking system each year. The condo’s marina location, balcony, views, and surrounding area are accurately represented in the listing description and photographs so that guests can make an informed booking decision. I would also like to note that although this review states the stay was cut short, the reservation remained active through its scheduled departure date and the unit was not released back into inventory for rebooking. Mahalo for your kind message to me showing appreciation for your stay. While I respect that every guest may have different preferences and expectations, I believe future guests should know that I was responsive and on site throughout the stay and made every reasonable effort to address concerns as they arose. Prior and post reviews will give you an accurate description.

A lovely stay

We had a pretty good stay. The apartment was cozy, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Overall, everything was fine. The only thing we’d suggest is paying a bit more attention to cleaning — the floors were a bit dusty and there were some crumbs in a couple of kitchen drawers. It didn’t spoil our time there, but we just wanted to mention it.

Easy to find and great location

We had a great visit. The property is very centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and convenient stores, making it easy for our family with little kids. The check in process and parking instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Mahalo for your visit! This condo sits on the Waikiki yacht Harbor. During the rainy season leaves and sentiment flow down river, its natures way of disposing of it. Firsts stop is the Marina, then it flushes out to the ocean.

It was worth the stay

Place was a good location , could use a few updates in the condo but overall not a bad choice host response was very prompt was a few missed communications but easily solved . I would stay here again
