This apartment with a community pool for 4-6 guests is located in a quiet area in Javea.
The 10x10 large community pool with a depth range 1,2-1,7m is open from June till September. There is an outdoor shower. The apartment offers a private 7m2-sized terrace where you can have meals together.

The apartment offers a light living-dining room with A/C and an american kitchen with a gas hob, two double bedrooms (one is with a double bed and another is with two single beds), a bathroom with a bath tube, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A fan or three electric radiators can be provided upon request.

This apartment is located in the Playa de Arenal area in the centre of Javea bay, in an area with all amenities and near a famous sandy beach. Javea has a varied landscape and rugged terrain. Its rich natural heritage has several protected areas such as 1 Natural Park, 1 Marine Reserve and 6 Micro Plant Reserves. The best hiking trails are the Natural Park of Montgo, the Marine Reserve of the Cap de Sant Antoni, Portitxol Bay and the Granadella Forest Park. In this area you can also enjoy a variety of beaches and coves, such as Gravel, Prime Muntanyar, Benissero, El Arenal, Segon Muntanyar, Cala Blanca, Cala Sardinera, Cala Barraca, Portitxol, and Cala Ambolo Cala Granade. Thursdays in Javea on the Constitution square and on the Convent square from 8:30a.m and 2p.m a weekly market takes place.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
