LoVerdièrは、美しい中世のベルヴェスから2 kmのドルドーニュにある4人の人のための、最近完全に改装された別荘です。 それはすべての面で素晴らしい眺めを持っています。 静けさ、自然、パノラマの景色、そして中世の町や城、先史時代の遺跡、川でのカヌーなどを提供するすべてのドルドーニュ地方の愛好家に理想的です。 約500 mの距離に18ホールのゴルフコートが2つあり、5分のドライブで川に到着します。 家は丘の上にある小さな行き止まりの小道にあり、2つのテラスと果樹園があります（名前から：果樹園のオクシタン語）。 別荘は、所有者の別荘が遠く離れた大きな地形にあります。 たくさんのプライバシーがあります。

スタイリッシュな装飾が施された家には、木製バーナー、モダンなオーディオセット、テレビ、DVDプレーヤーを備えたレセプションルームの別館があります。 設備の整ったキッチンには、とりわけ食器洗い機、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、ストーブがあります。 もちろん、Wi-Fi経由でインターネットにアクセスできます。 最上階には2つのベッドルームがあり、それぞれに専用のスーツが付いています。 世話人は英語、フランス語、オランダ語を話します

Peace and quiet

Really enjoyed our stay at Lo Verdier. The location is excellent and the towns and scenery stunning. Wine and cherries much appreciated. The hunt for the Hoopoe was also sucessful.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday in an area of Perigord we had not previously explored. The cottage was spacious, well-equipped & clean. The beds were very comfortable & the wet room showers were appreciated by all. The spacious living area was well furnished and the outside terraces were well used throughout the holiday. Views from the bedroom windows were stunning - especially over Lolivarie across the valley. We were fortunate to see the hoopoe and golden oriole several times in the first week & another highlight was a visit by the herd of Limousin cows who came right across the large field below the cottage to see us! We found Belves with its mediaeval locations very attractive and we also enjoyed visits to St Germain de Belves, Cladech, Sarlat & Limeuil. The supermarket in Siorac en Perigord provided for all our requirements & restaurants in Siorac, Golfe de Forge, Belves, Sarlat & Limeuil were well worth a visit. Many thanks to Jacob the caretaker for a warm welcome, advice and assistance. We intend to return to this lovely location!

Van te voren al goede communicatie met de verhuurders en ook tijdens verblijf. Een defecte stortbak was na melding al dezelfde dag opgelost. Heerlijk huis met goede voorzieningen op prachtige lokatie met mooi uitzicht met zeeën van ruimte op het terrein om 2 auto's met 2 aanhangwagens en 4 motoren te kunnen stallen. Kortom prima uitvalbasis om de highlights van de Dordogne te verkennen.

de l'accueil au départ, nous avons été très satisfait de notre choix. ce gîte est très propre, charmant, confortable et idéalement situé pour qui recherche le calme et la beauté du Périgord noir, dans un champ de visites allant de Bergerac à Sarlat. encore merci à Mr et Ms ROOT ainsi qu'à leur ami Jacob, fort sympathique. nous parlerons en très positif de leur location autour de nous

Prachtige omgeving bij rivier

Hele nette woning met prachtig uitzicht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijke tuin waar je nog lang in de avond in kan zitten. De omgeving is mooi en genoeg te doen voor zowel jong als oud. Kortom een geweldige vakantie gehad. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Excellent 2ème séjour!

Gîte conforme à l'annonce avec un sentiment de "comme à la maison". Propreté, équipement complet et bonne literie. Très bien situé, très au calme. Discrétion et disponibilité des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons pour un 3ème séjour, c'est certain!

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht. Der schöne Garten mit seinen verschiedene Terrassen / Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt zum Entspannen ein.. Das Perigord mit seinen vielfältigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und seiner schönen Landschaft bietet unzählige Ausflugsziele und tolle Eindrücke. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely little gite

The gite was well equipped and so comfortable. Views from both bedrooms were lovely and we enjoyed eating out in the garden under the shade of the trees. We felt so lucky to see hoopoes and golden oriel and to hear the cuckoos calling. Thankyou for the wine and walnuts - and for access to the cherry trees!!

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Wunderschönes Häuschen auf einem Hügel mit traumhaftem Blick. Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an Nichts. Großer Garten mit schönen Sitzplätzen. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar und man selbst lebt in absoluter Ruhe. Ein traumhaftes Plätzchen. Gerne wieder.
