Beautiful quiet location

This is a special relaxing place. We enjoyed the short drive to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. We loved the towns near by and gazing at the stars at night. Jaume was helpful and communicative. If you looking for beautiful peace, you can find it here.

Nice house in a beautiful coastal region - in Summer.

We - 4 adults, 2 children - stayed at the nice finca in mid-march. We had a very warm welcome at our arrival, and the landlord Jaume was very friendly and took care for us: new water gallon installed, organized new baby chairs and other small things for the kids, as well as additional blankets and fire wood. The contact was always very friendly, easy and lightning fast as Jaume always provided us with an answer in minutes - so we always felt connected and taken care of during our stay. The house as such is large enough for 2 families as it has 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms and a huge garden. It is well equipped and you can find everything you need. Nevertheless the house, its interiors as well as the garden is a little older and looks it! During our stay the weather was unexpectedly cold and humid, so was the house, where we needed to keep the fire going all the time to have it warm for the kids. However we really enjoyed our stay and I would come back in a warm summer BUT for a vacation outside high season I would opt for another more modern finca with heating etc. The area of the finca was really good and calm - no traffic, no passengers or anything else that would distrurb your vacation. It is very nice to walk to the national park and the coastal areas like cala figuera and the Cap des Moro . We had a nice holiday there! Thanks Jaume.

Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Strandschirme , Fahrräder Spielzeug . Highlight in der Küche 20liter Wassergalone mit Kühlung haben wir in den 10Tagen3X nachgefüllt .(Die Kaffeemaschine könnte etwas effektiver sein.) Aber nicht zu toppen ist der Vermieter zur Begrüßung eine gefüllte Obstschale verdient 5 🌟 besser geht es nicht . Nochmal muchas gracias Jaume

Immer wieder gern!

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil! Der Bungalow war sauber und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Da die ersten Nächte noch etwas frisch waren, konnte mit dem Ofen geheizt werden und das Haus hatte sofort eine gemütlich Atmosphäre. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar war, funktionierte hervorragend, alle Fragen wurden uns stets freundlich und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! Wunderschöne große Terrasse mit Grill. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wunderschön gelegen im schönsten Eck von Mallorca!

Sublime !!!

Jaume, hôte parfait, attentionné, réactif , a une maison des années 60 entièrement restaurée et remise aux goûts du jour (le charme de l’ancien sans les inconvénients) dans laquelle on se sent instantanément bien, très bien! Elle est située dans un endroit incroyablement calme (seule une ou deux voitures passent devant la maison tous les jours), rafraîchie par une brise légère , ombragée par un grand pin et un grand palmier, avec une vue magique sur les vergers lorsqu’on se douche dehors ou que l’on prépare un barbecue , alors qu’elle ne se trouve qu’à 3 à 4 minutes de vélo d’une des plus belles plages de Majorque(S’Amarador). Nous étions 6 et Jaume a mis à notre disposition 6 vélos , qui nous ont donné une sensation de totale liberté ( bains de minuit avec étoiles filantes, lever de soleil suivis de baignades « seuls au monde » avec une multitude de poissons , etc. ) et les voies rapides qui mènent à Palma nous ont permis de découvrir toute l’île sans difficulté. Nous sommes arrivés par le bateau de Barcelone à 7h et dès 10h Jaume nous attendait, avec des attentions particulières . Séjour exceptionnel, Hôte exceptionnel !

Super endroit et super maison!

Super séjour de 15 jours. La maison est top et très fonctionnelle! (Literie très confortable ) On se sent comme à la maison. C’est très calme et très proche de la mer (3 minutes en vélo) le propriétaire est adorable et très disponible. Super adresse donc où on peut aller les yeux fermés!

Perfect stay in this house!

Jaume is a kind landlord who makes every effort to ensure that everything is best. We had a warm welcome - he bought breakfast for us because of our late arrive in the night. The house is well equipped, there is nothing lacking. There are enough cutlery, glasses etc. provided. Also the house is lovingly furnished, in general the accommodation is in a very quiet location and very close to the beach. We enjoyed our holiday there! Thanks for everything.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus steht in ruhiger Umgebung und ist nicht weit zu schönen Buchten. Der Garten ist toll für Kinder, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Jaume ist sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen immer schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen.

house greatly located, provides everything needed, however misses homely feeling

We stayed in this house in Oct2018 and were provided with things we appreciated such as WLAN available, Water Cooler dispenser in the kitchen with full gallon water bottle, 2 hammocks in the garden, 15 min walk to fantastic beaches in the Mondrago National Park, house is in a very quite area with only birds singing and occasional barking of dogs, 15 min drive to Santanyi (supermarket, restaurants), newly done bathrooms with shower and landlord provided bicycles. However, compared to other houses we've rented before we did not experience the homely feeling. Maybe this is, because we found only a very small part of the garden usable (the rest was overgrown), in a few rooms part of the painting is peeling from the walls, the roof from the terrace is blue tarpaulin with straw mats, many plates and cups were chipped, electric kettle was broken. These things are not a big problem at all, but somehow did not make it perfect.

Perfect relaxation

This chalet is just right for a relaxing holiday. Juame has thought of everything that you need, both for self-catering and enjoying a home based holiday. It was indeed home from home. The property is a ten minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Cala Mondrago, and our hosts provided bicycles for those eager to get to the beach quicker. Santanyi is a short drive and has suiermarkets and a great market on Wednesday, where we also listened to an organ recital. Juame kept in touch but allowed our complete privacy, all in all an excellent break, we will book again!

Merveilleux !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison à Cala Mondrago. Jaume réserve un excellent accueil à ses hôtes, il est très disponible et fait tout pour que nous passions de très bonnes vacances, il a de délicates attentions. Le quartier est très calme de jour comme de nuit, c'est un quartier typique de l'île, on s'y sent bien. Très bel environnement, nous y arrivons par des routes entourées de petits murets, là encore très typiques. La maison est très agréable et très confortable, elle est très bien équipée, y compris les produits de première nécessité ou de nettoyage. C'est un vrai plaisir que d'être dans le jardin devant le magnifique palmier, les arbres et les fleurs. La terrasse est ombragée, ce qui est très agréable pour les repas, on se sent comme chez soi. Il y a tout pour se détendre chaises longues, hamacs. La maison est très bien située, nous sommes allés à pieds presque tous les jours à la magnifique plage de S'Amarador. Si besoin, il y a des vélos. On accède rapidement en voiture au centre de Santanyi, très agréable aussi avec son marché les mercredi et samedi. Nous sommes aussi tout à côté de Portocolom, Cala Figuera, Es trenc. Nous accédons très facilement à tous ces magnifiques lieux, sans aucun problème de circulation ou de stationnement, même au mois d'août. Très facile aussi d'aller à Palma, ville splendide. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir passé ce séjour dans la maison de Jaume et nous la recommandons. Merci encore à Jaume pour son chaleureux accueil !

Una estancia muy agradable

Hemos pasado una semana en la casa de Jaume y hemos estado muy bien. La casa es muy cómoda y está muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Hemos disfrutado del porche y del jardín, de un vecindario muy tranquilo y de una zona de la isla verdaderamente preciosa. El dueño es encantador y nos ha dado todas las facilidades durante nuestra estancia. Como único "pero" comentar que durante la semana que estuvimos en la isla hubo una ola de calor y, aunque todas las habitaciones tienen ventilador en el techo, hubiéramos agradecido tener aire acondicionado. En general nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva.

Ha sido in placer tener a Cristina, Arturo y su familia hospedados en casa. Recomiendo a cualquier anfitrión que les de la bienvenida a su propiedad. La casa estaba en buenas condiciones y, si, todos sufrimos esa ola de calor que, por otra parte, es muy excepcional la intensidad con que se manifestó. Normalmente solemos tener una temoeratura agradable. Gracias por todo y hasta siempre.

Super Unterkunft !!!

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Ankommen und wohlfühlen...Alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderbaren Terasse genossen :) Mit dem Rad war man sehr schnell am Strand und konnte das herrliche Meer genießen....Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter...Für uns war es ein klasse Urlaub!!!

Location idéale !!!

Maison très agréable, extrêmement PROPRE, avec tout le confort nécessaire. La maison est moderne et très utile. Elle est située seulement à 3 minutes en vélo de la plage de s'Amarador. De plus, le propriétaire est fantastique, gentil et disponible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Très belle location.

Casa comoda y practica, ideal para 5 o 6, con niños, el patio genial con su porche y barbacoa

Hemos pasado 15 dias con 3 niños en agosto y nos encantaria repetir. La casa esta reformada en parte, con baños y cocina nuevos. El patio perfecto. El sitio es muy tranquilo, y perfecto para visitar las magnificas playas del pla de llevant a 30 min en coche, y de las calas s'amarador y mondrago a 10 min en bici. Muy cerca del pueblo de Santanyi, donde poder comprar buena comida. El propietario muy atento.

very nice and also childfriendly place with a great outdoor area and very friendly landlord!

we really enjoyed our stay at the house in cala mondrago. we had everything we need there and even more! also some support and comfort that we had not expected before. The landlord was absolutely friendly and very obliging, he even organised stuff for babys and children (baby beds, toys, umbrella for the beach ...) which we all could use during our stay. he offered to organize everything else we would need if there is something missing. and on the first evening, milk, beer and a tortilla awaited us! the house had clean and practical cozy rooms, we always had dinner at the fantastic terrace surrounded by the garden. we could lie in the deck chairs, chill in the hammocks, play table tennis in the back yard, use the bikes to go to the beach (5 mins by bike), we barbecued fish at the stove outside. we were five adults and two babys/children (1 year and 2 years old) and had enough place and fun together. the neighbourhood is typically Mallorquin, quiet and we were happy not to see overcrowded hotels nearby, but idyllic coastal landscapes and a nice mid-size town, Santanyi. In summary, we warmly recommend this place and would book again!
