Perfect for the Price

Great Location, Very Responsive, Easy Communication, Clean, Spacious. Only suggestion would be to turn the boxed in garage into a game room. There was nothing in there. And “Hot Tube” wasn’t truly Hot, but I do believe this was disclosed.

Was very enjoyable and relaxing.

This was a great home. We especially loved the.pool for our granddaughter. It was a very safe neighbor.

It’s The Little Things

Overall, the property is good. The one thing you need to know is the outdoor SPA is NOT a hot tub. Yes, the property description states is’t a spa, and yes, I made an assumption that “spa” and “hot tub” were exchangeable words. After a long day at Disney, I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub to relax - I was disappointed. We didn’t pay for the pool to be heated and found out that was a mistake. Since the spa doesn’t get much warmer than the pool. The other problem I had was communication with the property management prior to arrival. I received several emails with “directive language” regarding how check-in would need to happen since we booked pretty last minute. I replied to one of the emails with a question and never received a response. When we arrived at the office to do our check in at 8:10am, the door was locked. Fortunately, the person heard us knocking and came from the back to take care of us. I asked if we would need to come back to pick up keys or would I be emailed a code for the door, she assured me I would receive a code “before noon”. Knowing the office closes at 5:00pm, I set an alarm on my phone for 4:00pm to check my email and call if needed. The email with the door code came in at 4:01pm. I understand this, since you aren’t supposed to check in to the house before 4:00pm, just don’t make promises you aren’t going to keep. The house itself is good. We did buy toilet paper since the stuff provided was the cheapest 1-ply available. The beds were firm and comfortable.

Good Value

Overall good value and would recommend on staying again. The home is close to a noisy intersection and can get loud in the morning but they do provide a box fan to drown out the noise. The pool and Spa are nice and overall location is close to plenty of restaurants

We loved our stay. We were in the unit for all of February which turned cold this year. But the unit comes with a terrific hot tub that we used every night despite very low temperatures. The community is also very friendly.

Our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub immensely. So nice to come back to after a long day at Universal Islands of Adventure. The Managment Team was very responsive to my questions both day and night. I will come here again.

Nice place

The home was nice and great location. But we could smell cigarette smoke the entire time. Don't know if it was from previous guests or from neighbors. Property manager was very nice and asked if they needed to smoke removal treatment saying we would have to leave. That would have been fine but when I asked if the treatment would have any effect on our clothing, they never responded.

Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, MON-SAT. and 8AM-4PM SUNDAYS. OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MON-SAT AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own.
