We recently spent a month in the Apartment. The location is very good as it is close to numerous restaurants and parks. The area is very quiet with many interesting streets to explore. It's just a short walk to the downtown (new) area of Lisbon. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything that you need. Luis was very helpful with many good hints to help us enjoy our stay. We would stay here again.

Nous avons aimé : la propreté, le calme, l'emplacement (à 8 min à pied du fameux tram 28, 20 min à pied de Baixa, quartier avec bars et restos sympas loin de la horde des touristes), la terrasse assez grande pour 4 personnes (même si elle donne sur une cour microscopique), le salon spacieux.Les bémols : la seconde chambre n'a pas de fenêtres, ce n'est pas bien explicité dans l'annonce et les photos ne sont pas claires. Et quelques détails qui n'allaient pas, je les ai signalés au gestionnaire.Pour info, l'appart se situe au RDC à gauche.

Parfait pour quelques jours

Emplacement sympa à proximité des quartiers touristiques. L’appartement est simple et sans fioriture. Literie confortable, terrasse agréable. Manque d’équipement pour cuisiner, mais à Lisbonne tout le monde dîne à l’extérieur !

It was great aside from the washroom. The shower stall did not have adequate coversage, water on the floor everytime we showered and sink was tiny.

Netter und zuvorkommender Empfang durch den Vermieter. Schönes, modern eingerichtetes Appartment mit kleiner Terrasse. Zentral gelegen, Metro und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausreichend für 4 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei getrennten Betten hat allerdings kein Fenster nach draussen. Sehr hellhörig, die trampelnden Kinder des oberen Nachbarn waren nicht zu überhören, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wohnung ist sauber, In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, auch Kaffeepads und Kaffeepulver, bei schönem Wetter hat sie eine nette Terrasse, zum draußen zu sitzen. Sehr stadtnah, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Lokale in der Nähe.

Great flat in the old part of Lisbon

We had a lovely 8 days in this flat. It is well located in Barrio Alto, just a short walk from the main streets, but tucked away in a quiet street. Previous visitors have remarked on noisy neighbours but the flat was extremely quiet, even on the weekend. There were some very nice and authentic restaurants very close by. A taxi rank is just at the top of the street so you don't have to worry if you need to take a taxi anywhere...there was a taxi at any time of the day or night when I needed one. It is even a nice walk down into the new part of town and up the other side to the Castle. I got lost in all the old streets but that is the charm of Lisbon...if you head up you will always get to the castle, and if you head down, you will always get to the sea! The flat was well equipped with everything you need, including a bottle of Portuguese wine on arrival (many thanks, Luis). The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in...even better than at home, with lovely, quality linen. Would highly recommend it, and would definitely stay there again. Very good value for money.

Roomy apartment walking distance to everything

We really enjoyed staying in this very modern and clean apartment in a residential neighborhood of Lisbon. While it is located on a quiet street, you can walk to all the tourist sights very easily. The apartment was furnished with everything we needed (including wifi and cable TV}, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the quiet little patio in the back. Luis met us there the first day and gave lots of advice for restaurants and sightseeing. Bring good walking shoes because you will definitely want to walk around all the little streets in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed the small park down the street that had 6 ot 7 good restaurants.

Appartement correct

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et propre, la terrasse a été très appréciable. La situation géographique est correcte à proximité du Principe Real et à 15/20 minutes de marche du Chiado ou de la gare de Cais do Sodre. L'accueil de Luis en français est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est que les voisins sont un peu bruyants.

Bon séjour

Appartement propre qui correspond au photo . Assez bien situé mais pour un séjour à Lisbonne prévoyez les baskets. Notre hôte était très sympathique et en plus il parle français ce qui facilite les échanges. Seul bémol les voisins sont bruillant. Merci pour ce séjour nous avons adoré découvrir cette belle ville qui est Lisbonne

Le propriétaire de l appartement très gentil,parle bien le français pour donner toutes les informations pour visiter Lisbonne. Toutes les photos prises sont identiques à la réalité, pour l appartement.
