“Sirokos” apartment is, located on the 1st floor of the complex and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double or two single beds. There is also a large living room – dining area, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, an oven, a fridge, a boiler and a toaster. Furthermore, the apartment has a large wardrobe, safe, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, a hair dryer and three balconies with view to the sea.

Avra apartments

Stunning apartment with lots of space and beautiful touches. Fully stocked kitchen with different options for you to eat depending on the sun and time of day. The view across the bay is beautiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Kalives itself is a fairly quiet place with plenty of eating options. Plenty of space on the beaches, you can even swim from the rocks down from the apartment. We would love to return.

Appartement agréable avec vue mer.

L'appartement se situe à 25 min de Chania, non loin de la nationale reliant La Canée à Heraklion. L.appartement est en retrait de la route principale de Kalyves. A pied il est possible d aller à la boulangerie comme à la.plage. Les propriétaires très sympathiques font le maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. De petites attentions lors de notre arrivée (corbeille de fruits et raki) ont été très appréciées. L.appartement est conforme aux photos de l.annonce. Il est très bien équipé et d une propreté irréprochable. Ménage effectué 2 fois lors de notre séjour de 10 jours. Comprenant changement de draps et serviettes. Nous avons passe un séjour agréable, nous recommandons cette location pour visiter le nord ouest de l'île.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Durch die Nordlage hat man Morgensonne und tagsüber bis nachmittags Schatten auf zwei sehr schönen Terrassen mit Meerblick. Ideal für die heißen Sommermonate. Die Betten sind gut, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Stelios und Natasia sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und mit sehr guten Empfehlungen bzgl. Ausflügen und Gastronomie. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. 👍😊

Just Perfect!

Definitely a unique small family enterprise run by Stelios, Natasa and Anna who immediately greet you with such warmth and friendliness...... already you feel genuinely welcome. The welcome extended also to entering the apartment where you can't help noticing how everything is so exceptionally clean and well thought out. Crockery, cutlery etc all of good quality and condition. A wonderful bowl of fruit, wine and water awaits your arrival. The apartments are situated in a quiet area of Kalyves but close to all amenities with a lovely Patisserie on the corner selling well known homemade cheese and spinach pies and lovely bread. Special memories of sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea watching the little fishing boats and sometimes the cruise ships could be seen making their way to Chania. No need to take binnoculars - these are also provided for your use. Do hope every visitor to the apartments enjoy as we did - 'JUST PERFECT!

Top Appartment - Top Meersicht - Top Still - Top Gastgeberin

Das Appartement verfügt über ein ausgesprochen schöne Einrichtung - Toller Still. Die Betten sind Top und die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die Aussicht am Abend vom Balkon auf das Meer ist fantastisch und ruhig. Am Morgen kann man auf die seitliche Terrasse ausweichen wenn es zu heiss sein sollte. Klima Anlage in allen Räumen, ein super schönes Badezimmer...alles sehr schön. 50m entfernt ist eine Bäckerei und 1000m ein Supermarkt. Auch der Strand nähe des Supermarkts ist sehr schön.

The apartments are located at the picturesque village Kalyves, just 100 meters away from the sea and few kilometers far from Chania city. This is a small family enterprise which aims to offer a unique form of quality accommodation, while a warm welcome and personal service awaits every guest.

Avra complex includes six spacious, individually furnished and well-decorated apartments which are located in a quiet neighborhood with panoramic view to Souda bay, making an ideal choice for those seeking for comfort and relaxing moments in a pleasant environment.

The apartments are easily accessible as they are just 14km away from Souda port and 27km from the international airport of Chania. Moreover, the location of the apartments is a suitable starting point for your excursions to both the western and eastern side of Crete.
