アパートからは、ランス川が見渡せます。ランス川は、港エリアとランバレイを結ぶ古い石橋からすぐです。

Lovely first floor apartment over looking river in Dinan port. Great bars and restaurants but also quiet and charming. Easy access and instructions to apartment, Jeremy and Julia were great hosts, hope to return one day

Liebevoll und gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung, ruhige und zentrale Lage

Wir waren Ende Sept. 2024 in der Ferienwohnung in Lanvally/Dinan. Trotz sehr wechselhaftem Wetter konnten wir viel unternehmen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an die Küste und die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind im Stadtzentrum in 20 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, Supermärtkte in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommuniktion mit dem Gastgeber war von Beginn an bis zum Schluß schnell, zuverlässig, herzlich und problemlos (französisch oder englisch) Die Wohnung (im 1. Stock) ist sehr liebevoll, sauber und gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Anfahrt und Parkplätze ohne Probleme. Zu erwähnen ist noch, daß es einen kostenlosen Busverkehr von der Brücke in die Innenstadt und Bahnhof gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Jeremy Stark, daß wir in Fleur de Lys zu Gast sein durften. F. & G. Ullrich

Just Stunning position

We stayed 6 nights but wish it was longer The view from the lounge on our arrival was an explosion of light across the river showing all the lovely discoveries we were going to have The place is lovingly furnished to a high standard with nothing left to chance The bed is fantastic and great bedding for excellent sleeps ( we had such great sleeps ) The kitchen and all crockery of a high standard There’s a lovely little garden down the tow path where we sat and drank wine Only minor issue is parking as some days if we were u lucky we had to park over the river . Best to pay for the 20€ parking We will return as just loved it Thank you

Great apartment at perfect location

This lovely first floor apartment is part of a beautiful old half-timbered house. It has a great atmosphere and is very well equiped. There is also a nice garden. It is perfectly located in the port area of Dinan. From the apartment you can walk accross the bridge into the old part of town or go on a nice stroll along the river. The host is very helpful in answering all your questions. We had a great stay here!

Location and character with a view

The property is full of character and is in a fantastic location overlooking the river and just a short (uphill) walk into the beautiful town of Dinan. It was nice not to use the car for a few days as we found there was enough to in walking distance - walks or cycling along the river, boat hire, walking around Dinan. There's lovely restaurants on the doorstep too. The apartment was plenty big enough for a family of four and the beds were comfy. We didn't do loads of cooking but the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cleaning stuff etc. Would have liked bigger/more comfy sofas to relax in after a busy day. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Perfekt und wunderschön

Eine wundervolle Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und urgemütlich. Alles da, was man braucht. Super schöne und perfekte Lage direkt am Flüsschen und an der alten Steinbrücke, die in die Altstadt führt. Frisches Baguette aus der Bäckerei gibt es ganz nah. Super freundliche Gastgeber :-) Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Séjour port Dinan

Très bien situé, sur le port de Dinan, l'appartement offre tout le confort et l'espace nécessaire pour 4 adultes. Découverte facile de Dinan à pied, restaurants, bars et boulangerie à pied. Location de vélos à proximité, et balade sur la Rance. Super séjour et belle découverte de la région.

Magnifique appartement

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Non seulement il est vraiment bien situé, sur le port de Dinan, face à la Rance, dans un cadre somptueux. Mais en plus cet apparement est vraiment mignon, très bien décoré, pratique même avec des enfants en bas âge, un jardinet somptueux, et des petites attentions de la part du propriétaire vraiment sympathiques. Il était même très agréable d’y passer du temps pendant les siestes avant des petites randonnées sur les bords de Rance où dans la vieille ville. On a adoré ! N’hésitez pas à réserver ce petit joyaux 😍

Lovely apartment in beautiful Dinan port

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. It is even nicer than the pictures, and is in the perfect location. It is right in the port of Dinan, right next to the walking and biking trails, and with easy access up the hill to historic old town Dinan. Jeremy and Julia were wonderful hosts, and always available in case of questions. We would love to come back again!

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans l'appartement. Il est idéalement placé sur le port. Nous avons fait de belles promenades au pied de l'appartement. Nous y avons séjourné en famille avec nos enfants de 2 ans et demi et 9mois.

Location agréable

Idéalement situé sur le port de dinan,cette location est bien adaptée pour visiter la région. l’appartement est assez agréable bien qu’un peu vieillot.Il gagnerait à être rafraîchi.La cuisine,le salon les chambres sont spacieuses et propre. Dommage que la connexion internet soit aléatoire. Je recommande cette location, mais attention les escaliers pour y accéder sont assez raide.

Fleur de Lys is a great location but geting a little tired.

We enjoyed our stay at Fleur de Lys in the historic Port of Dinan on the Rance River mainly because of its location. It has a great view of the river and is right within the old town with its many restaurants, cafes and pubs. There truly was a picture around every corner and particularly of the Rue de Petit Fort bridge and the steep hill into the old town. The cleanliness of the property was good but not exceptional (there was dirt on the kitchen floor when we arrived). The check in process was a lock box and Jeremy the owner had explained that very well to us in emails prior to our arrival. The accuracy of the online listing as it turned out was not all that great. The apartment looks nice and bright in the online pictures but in reality the bathroom was dark and dingy as was the toilet for which there was no picture in the online listing. The bathroom and toilet could do with a fresh coat of paint, a more modern shower (that's not prone to leaking water on the floor) and brighter light fixtures. The kitchen was minimally equipped and the cook top gas tank ran out of fuel right after we turned it on. Fortunately we didn't really need to use the cook top and didn't have to learn how to change a tank in France. Communication with the property manager: The email communication with Jeremey before we arrived was excellent. His instruction on how to get there were very helpful as were the instructions left in the apartment. We had been looking forward to actually meeting Jeremy but unfortunately that didn't happen. Location: As mentioned above, location is this property's biggest attribute. As with real estate, there are three reasons to stay here: (1) location, (2) location, and (3) location. But the property is getting tired and could use a bit of a spruce-up. Overall, we debated between 3.5 and 4 and finally landed on 4, mainly because of the location and our communications with Jeremy before arriving. The property is tiring as noted above and in comparison with other properties we've rented on this and past trips to France. We had expected Fleur de Lys to be the nicest of the four apartments we rented in Brittany, Normandy and Belgium on this trip. When we sat down at home and reviewed our experience at the end of the trip we had to give it the lowest ranking of the four (N.B. the per night cost was quite similar for all). However, it's location was the nicest surprise of the apartments we rented on this trip.

Amazing accommodation in sensational village

You could not possibly go wrong staying at fleur de lys! The accommodation is exactly as described and the photos are a true indicator of the apartment. What photos cannot describe is the beauty of staying in this little village. Dinan is a short walk and there are plenty of nice places to dine within 100 metres of the apartment. Jeremy and Julia were perfect hosts meeting us as planned and prior to our arrival providing effective communication as to places to visit and detailed instructions in relation to finding the apartment- which is not difficult. We would not hesitate to return!

Wonderful stay

Have just spent the last few days in Dinan at a family celebration and had a wonderful time. The gite was delightful - light and airy with three large windows in the living room which opened onto views of the river and the old port of Dinan. When we arrived the sun was streaming through the windows - what more could you ask?! The two bedrooms were very comfy and we all got great nights' sleep. The kitchen area was very well equipped, although we only used it for breakfast. The property was tastefully furnished with some nice authentic touches and was very clean. Jeremy and Julia were charming hosts, on hand if needed. I would definitely recommend this gite.

lovely property. A quiet and relaxing location overlooking the river Rance.

Everything provided in the apartment for a perfect self catering stay in Dinan. Very comfortable bed and all rooms are light and airy. Very well situated to the Port and also the old Town. Beautiful views of the river from the living room windows. We will definitely be visiting again!

Parfait!!

L'appartement est conforme à la description, plein de charme, lumineux, propre, calme, bien équipé, jouissant d'une belle vue. Emplacement très spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. Jérémy et son épouse sont disponible et à l'écoute. Sans aucun problème nous recommandons cet appartement.
