This is a very nice place to stay especially for the location everything is in walking distance , the club can get a little loud at night if u r going to bed early but o honestly didn’t have an issue and slept great every night ! Highly recommend

We always enjoy staying here it’s an amazing place and all around fun. It’s not noisy as you may think but it’s always a party. We love staying here .

Great Stay!

Great place to book if you’re here for a good time! Being above Palace was a bit loud at times, but if you’re a sound sleeper it’s no problem at all. The elevator does tend to take a while when coming down from your room, but there’s 2 staircases available if you’re in a rush (oddly enough going up from the lobby doesn’t take long at all). Overall, this was a simple and comfortable experience. Will definitely rent this unit again!

This place IS Location Location Location right in Heart of Art Deco area South Beach great entertainment access and two balconies for morning coffee and people watching at night Especially the Palace crowd Perfect for our 3 day end of cruise decompression

We loved everything! The views from the balconies and rooftop pool are amazing! The condo has everything to make it a wonderful time! Will book again soon!

Congress hotel is the best

Everything you ever need is here. This place has spectacular views of the ocean both from the balcony and the roof top pool. The place is clean and staff are helpful. The location is also perfect to all of south beach's hot spots! Can't wait to come back in March!

Beautiful spacious place with exceptional views. Large balcony to relax. Comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a blast. The location is the best. Friendly service. Highly recommended!

Great location

I didn't pay attention that that condo is on top of a drag bar/club. So 7-11p it was loud, but I enjoyed it! Not a kid appropriate, but great location, great condo and staff was amazing!

Great place!

We had a lot of fun staying here. Yes, it's noisy...but if you want to be in the middle of all the activity, you have to expect that. If I have the chance to return, I definitely will!

Good location, but room was lacking

Great location in the middle of everything in South Beach. The room had seen better days, flooring beat up, toilet running, flimsy balcony furniture. Basically just a place to flop when you’re done sightseeing and partying.

Fun in South Beach

Loved this location. Great view from the 4th floor across bustling Ocean drive to the park, beach and ocean beyond. It was noisy as described, but just added to the fun. Walking distance to everything including the Art Deco museum which offers a wonderful audio walking tour. The roof top bar and pool was a plus; great spot for sunset.

Great!

If you are coming to enjoy the party at the Palace (the LBGTQ bar that is adjacent to the apartment), then this is the place for you. This is not a place for a quiet relaxing vacation. We loved watching the show from our balcony and people watching too. The noise did not bother us at all. The police presence is heavy, which we liked and made us feel safe walking around at night. The apartment was great for our stay!

Crazy and overrun by another business

Well to start when we pulled up there were people everywhere and a check in area or signs to where to check in were no where in sight. The front of the building is run by a drag queen club with music pumping as loud as a concert. We finally found out that the check in was down the side ally of the building. To say the word sketch is an understatement. The room was fairly clean and nice. Everything seemed to work. The ac was working but having a hard time keeping up. So to sum up what is going on at this property is that this club called ( The Palace) has pretty much taken over the building including the roof top pool. We went to go to the pool to find out the club has got it full of their customers. Even had a bouncer up there checking people coming in. I ask the front desk guy about this and he says that sometimes they will have private party’s at the pool and close it down to all the guests of the hotel so only their people can use it. Overall this is definitely not the place for us but if you want the loudest, craziest place on South Beach then this is your place. Just beware of what you are getting.

The apartment was as described. It would of been nice to know that a resturant/bar with a music show was on the bottom floor of the building. An update on how to get to the building and parking is needed with Ocean drive being closed

This place was in an excellent location. Right in the heart of Ocean Drive.

The only downfall to this rental was the lighting in the bathroom. Need to invest in better lighting in the bathroom. And the place received a 4 star in cleanliness because it was just alittle dusty, but nothing a quick wipe down wouldnt solve. Other then that, this place was excellent. I loved the balcony overlooking ocean drive and the restaurant Palace on the ground level. I would definitely recommend this rental and will definitely go back and stay here again. That's for this great location.

Clean and beautiful condo

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the action. If you like being in the hot spot, you will be served. If you like quietness and no noise, don't stay on Ocean Drive. You are 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, right in front of you. The Lummus park is great and you can walk hours in any directions without being bored. The condo itself is well equipped and everything was in working condition, as described. Rent without worries!
