It is located 50 m from the sandy beach, 300 m from the supermarket, 16 km from Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona Airport. Located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
The property offers garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room only, communal swimming pool, television and the possibility of covered parking in a nearby building.
The open-plan kitchen, with gas hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.
