壮大な海の景色を望む丘の上に位置するVilla Alikiは、家族連れやグループに最適な休暇先です。 この印象的な住居は完全な静けさを提供する自然に囲まれていますが同時にそれはすべての設備に近いです。 3階建ての170㎡のヴィラは、エレガントでシンプルなスタイルでまとめられています。ベッドは8人まで、必要に応じて最大9人まで収容可能です。

1階の独立したアパートメントに入ると、シッティングエリア、簡易キッチン、シングルベッド2台（必要に応じてダブルベッドとしても利用可能）があります。 2段ベッド2台が備わるセカンドベッドルーム、ジャグジーバスタブ付きのバスルームもこのレベルで利用できます。 また、室内にはソファーベッドがあり、風通しがよく日当たりが良いです。

1階
1階にはリビングルームとキッチンからなるオープンプランエリアがあります。 リビングエリアには快適なソファ、暖炉、50インチHDTV、ダイニングテーブルがあります。 設備の整ったキッチンには、自炊用の休日に必要な器具がすべて揃っています。ガス式バーベキュー設備とプールのある屋外ダイニングエリアに直接アクセスできます。 2階には屋外アクセスも可能なダブルベッドルーム、シャワー、ダブルシンク、洗濯機付きの追加のバスルームもあります。

2階
階段からマスターベッドルームがある2階に通じています。 客室にはダブルベッドが備わり、ハイドロマッサージコラム付きのシャワーキャビン付きの専用バスルーム、パーゴラ付きの広いベランダへの出口があります。

Family holiday

We were a family of 8 with age range 20-60 and had a very enjoyable holiday - there was lots to do in Chania with lovely restaurants We visited a local vineyard and beautiful beach on the south coast Our host was lovely and made us feel very welcome - we would thoroughly recommend a stay at this villa

Entspannender Urlaub zu 8 in der Villa Aliki

Wir, also ich und 7 weitere Freunde, im alter von 19 bis 23 waren für 7 Nächte in der Villa Aliki. Der Empfang von der Besitzerin war sehr herzlich. Außerdem hatte sie für uns schon Essen vorbereitet, über welches wir nach der Anreise sehr froh waren. Die Besitzerin war außerordentlich freundlich und hat uns gleich mit Infos über die Umgebung versorgt. Ihre Tipps zu den Lokalitäten und Stränden wurden natürlich von uns getestet und wir können sie nur weiter empfehlen. Die Villa ist super um dort die Seele baumeln zu lassen vor allem der große Pool der durch seine Tiefe beeindruckt ist hier Dreh- und Angelpunkt. Der Pool wird Montags und Freitags vom Poolboy gereinigt und ist so stets sauber. Die Reinigung ist immer reibungslos verlaufen und störte wirklich niemanden. Auch die Zimmer wurden einmal gereinigt. Die Zimmer-Aufteilung ist jedoch ein kleines Manko welches man im Auge behalten sollte. Die Villa besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern von denen eines mit zwei Einfachbette ausgestattet ist und zwei mit einem Doppelbett. Das Stockbett das es noch gibt ist in einem Nebenraum von einem Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett. Leider ist das Stockbett für Erwachsene fast zu klein und auch der Nebenraum ist viel zu klein. Für eine Paar mit zwei Kindern mag diese Aufteilung durchaus in Ordnung sein für unsere Truppe mit 8 Erwachsene war sie leider nicht optimal. Alles in allem waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden mit der Villa und würden sie durchaus weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer sehr netten Betreuung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. das haus ist für jede Wetterlage sehr gut ausgestattet und wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr gut umsorgt.

Wirklich sehr schöne Villa, nur zu empfehlen

Waren als Reisegruppe von 5 Personen, die Villa ist sauber und in sehr schöner Lage. Die Gastgeberin Paraskevi ist wirklich super nett und hat uns erstmal mit einem Obstkorb und Schnaps empfangen, sorry nochmal, dass wir zu spät gekommen sind 😉. Der Pool ist wirklich top, schön tief, daher vielleicht nicht perfekt für Kinder geeignet, aber hatten wir ja keine. Die Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse ist besonders bei Sonnenuntergang phänomenal! Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind gut in Schuss und die Küche ist eigentlich mit allem ausgestattet, sogar eine automatische Saftpresse, der Grill funktioniert auch wunderbar. Der Zugang zum Meer ist zwar vorhanden, aber nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, da gibt es schönere Strände in der Nähe, aber das soll wirklich kein Minuspunkt sein. Mietwagen ist allerdings Pflicht, was ich aber bei solchen Urlauben sowieso als selbstverständlich halte. Zum Flughafen sind es nur 15min, aber dennoch keine Lärmbelästigung und nach Chania ca 30min. Zwischendurch haben wir auch noch Eis von Paraskevi bekommen 😅😎. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder 🇬🇷😍

Schöner Urlaub!!!

Das Haus ist sehr gut für Gruppen geeignet. Der Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Tisch im Schatten eignet sich sehr gut, um zu essen und Zeit zu verbringen. Die Küche ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich, wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb und einem nationalen Likör empfangen und haben während des Aufenthalts noch eine Nachspeise erhalten. Außerdem wurde innerhalb von 10 Tagen zweimal geputzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Nice villa in a quiet area

The villa is located in a nice and quiet villas area, not far from Stavos beach. A car is needed. The villa offers a big separate appartment and in our case (2 families with 5 teenagers) was very good. The kids had their our appartment, while we enjoyed the rest of the house. The pool is big and deep (starts with 1.7 m) and for swimmer is an advantage to have something like this. The owner - Mrs. Paraskevi - is very nice and like all the cretans - very hospitality. We enjoyed the welcome package, the tiramisu and the fare-well gifts. We stayed only one week, but next time we will book definitely 2 weeks.

Fantastisk feriebolig med egen pool

Kun 15 min. kørsel fra Chania lufthavn (flyene generede ikke). Meget venlig og serviceminded ejer/vært tog imod med velkomst drink. 2 gange rengøring med udskiftning af sengelinned og håndklæder på 10 dg. En halv times kørsel fra Chania by med havnemiljø og små hyggelige shoppinggader og hyggelige restauranter. Masser af oplevelsesmuligheder i umiddelbar nærhed.

Wonderful family stay near beach

We had a wonderful time at Villa Aliki. It was a perfect retreat for our family of 8. The Villa had plenty of room for our group and was appointed with everything needed for our stay. The owner was a pleasure and brought us wonderful treats during our visit. The management company was always available to provide us with information or to help us book tours. The Villa was close to some beautiful beaches and was convenient to the old city of Chania. I definitely recommend Villa Aliki.

Lovely Family holiday!

Our family of 5 just enjoyed a lovey holiday at the Villa Aliki. The home had everything we needed. Mrs. Paraskevi welcomed us on arrival and even brought us a delicious homemade dessert during our stay! We used the pool every day and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace. So many lovely beaches nearby and a great location for all the adventures we did on the island of Crete.

Die Hausherrin ist super nett und verwöhnt einen schon bei der Übergabe! Das Haus hat jede Menge Platz, die Aussicht ist klasse, Pool richtig tief, die unterschiedlichen Sitzplätze laden bei jedem Wetter zum draußen genießen ein. Abseits vom Trubel, so dass man die Ruhe genießen kann. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub!

Wonderful vacation for 2 families

Villa Aliki was very nice and the views were lovely. We were 2 families of four so the parents stayed in the upper part of the villa and the 4 teenaged kids stayed in the separate lower part - they loved that! Ms. Paraskevi was very attentive and left delicious homemade sweet treats on the cleaning days (she’s an amazing baker!). The only disappointment was the path that we thought would lead to a place where we could enter the water for a quick dip, but that was not the case. The pool was nice and refreshing but the shallower end was 5’ deep. Luckily, our kids are big enough and know how to swim so we went to town to get some float rings so all of us could relax in the pool. We had lovely breakfasts al fresco and relaxing nights on terrace enjoying the evening stars.

Très agréable séjour à la Villa Aliki . L'accueil est parfait. Maison très bien tenue.

Propreté de la propriété La maison est parfaitement tenue. Tout est très propre. Literie impeccable. Vaisselle et barbecue sont irréprochables. Aucune négligence. A mi-séjour, un nettoyage complet est également effectué. Le service se rapproche de l'hôtellerie. La piscine est parfaite. Un pisciniste est passé trois fois dans la semaine pour l'entretien. Procédure d’arrivée Sans problème. Idem pour le départ. Précision de l’annonce en ligne Tout à fait conforme. Communication avec le gérant immobilier L'accueil a été très chaleureux. L'hospitalité crétoise n'est pas une légende. La réactivité est immédiate. Emplacement et environs La maison est très bien située ; la vue de la terrasse au deuxième étage est à 360 degrés : parfait pour l'apéritif en début de soirée. Appréciation générale Nous étions 9 pour un séjour en famille. La maison comme le service ont parfaitement correspondu à nos attentes.

Beautiful, well located finca

We were 11 Friends who stayed there for two Weeks. The house was in a super condition and the interiour and equipment was also super. Theres nothing missing. Mrs. Paraskevi the house owner was very friendly and helps us in Every Situation. All in all we had two very relaxed and wonderful weeks . Thanks also to eleni and kosta who helped us also always.
