The views of the marsh are spectacular and the hot tub is nice. Be forewarned, however, that the kitchen is not stocked with any basics, like salt and pepper or anything else. There are plenty of pots and pans (mostly the ubiquitous beach house discarded Teflon, but some nice pots). The couch is the living room is dingy, but all other furnishings are fine. The dishwasher works extremely well.
The walk to the beach is a bit long and I’m not sure how you make it other than cutting through other properties. It’s a nice stretch of beach and migratory birds (skimmers) were there over thanksgiving.
While linens were provided, towels were not, which I thought seemed odd for a large expensive place.
Overall, the place was serviceable, but not fantastic (except the marsh views).
