Lovely villa in a great location, close to beach, restaurants etc. Very well equipped. Private and relaxing. Good communication with host. Would recommend for a chilled holiday.

Villa très agréable et très bien située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa, qui est bien équipée, agréable et à deux minutes de la plage. La piscine a été très appréciée également.

Eine der Beschreibung entsprechende Unterkunft und sehr hilfsbereite Betreuer des Hauses.

das Haus war so gepflegt, dass man ihm das Alter nicht ansah. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, z.B. mit der familie kaum zu übertreffen.

Pleasant stay. Nice pool.

The accommodation was as described, the only problem was the oven didn't seem to work, but that didn't make too much difference as we mainly ate out. The owner was very helpful, made some useful recommendations where to go and where to eat. It is only a minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking outside. Pool slightly overlooked, but nonetheless private, cleaned twice a week and warm enough for swimming late September. Nice little veranda outside the bedroom upstairs where it catches the sun most of the day. Would recommend for a quiet stay for a couple or young family.

Estuvimos como en casa

Hemos vuelto encantados, disfrutamos mucho de la casa, la piscina, la barbacoa y, sobre todo, de la privacidad. A 100 metros de la playa urbana de Cala Blanca. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades: 3 habitaciones con buenas camas y almohadas, dos baños, lavavajillas, lavadora, secador de pelo, plancha, cafetera, menaje de cocina para más de 6 personas y una piscina increíble, con mantenimiento y limpieza. Pudimos aparcar delante de casa durante las dos semanas de estancia. Agradecer a Marga su amabilidad y disponibilidad; nos ofreció salir de la casa cuando quisiéramos cuando la hora de habitual es a las 10 horas. ¡Muchas gracias!

Nice house

The house is very nice in a quiet area, at least in september. Everything in the house is as it use to be, only for me the matras on the bed was n't that comfortable. The pool was nice and got cleaned twice a week. John from Holland.

Fantastisches Feriendomizil in bester Lage um die Insel zu erkunden.

Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und schönes Feriendomizil, wunderbarer Pool, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gut abgeschirmt zu den Nachbarn. Es ist alles in der Nähe: Badestrand 2min. zu Fuß. Gute Restaurants, großer Supermarkt und die fantastische Altstadt von Ciutadella, alles innerhalb von Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Wenn Menorca, dann hier. Werden wir allen Freunden weiterempfehlen.

nice and quiet

The property was clean. We discovered some faults, but the owner fixed it right away. Very good service from the owner. The place was very nice and quiet, its a nice place for families. The beach is suitable for small children and the cliffs is fun for the older ones. It wasn't so many restaurants in the area, but the three restaurants we tried was nice with good food and service. We can recommend this place for other families.

TRANQUILIDAD ABSOLUTA

La verdad es que al principio nos gusto mucho el hecho de tener una casa con piscina privada ya que queriamos tranquilidad y privacidad lo cual lo conseguimos puesto que esta en segunda linea de mar muy cerca de cala blanca y con bonitas vistas de la zona maritima,en cuanto al equipamiento de la casa esta correcto para tres o cuatro personas como mucho pues no hay mucha cantidad ni de vajilla/cristaleria,en cuanto al propietario nos atendio enseguida que tuvimos un par de cosillas que se solucionaron el mismo dia,unicamente tiene un problema esta finca y son las hormigas,el primer dia tuvimos que comprar un insecticida porque era insoportable la cantidad de estos insectos que habian sobre todo en la cocina no podias dejar nada en la encimera porque se llenaba enseguida,y esto va por el propietario:LO DE LAS HORMIGAS ES UNA PLAGA SOLUCIONARLO.por lo demas todo perfecto.
