16世紀と17世紀の壮大な大邸宅で有名な、非常にエレガントで人気のあるマザリン地区の歴史の中心に位置するアパート。 ハイエンドサービスで完全に改装されたこのアパートメントは、すべてのカフェで知られるミラボー通りから50 m、グラネット博物館、マルタの聖ヨハネ教会から2分、すべてのショップや地元の市場。 私たちのプロパティは、絶対に穏やかに植えられた中庭を見下ろすテラスがあります。 外部へのアクセスを制御するテレビ電話、直通エレベーター、完全にエアコンが備わっています。 マスターベッドルームは独立しており、テラスに直接アクセスできます。大きな収納棚、160のベッド、新しい高級寝具があります。メインルームの160 * 190の快適なソファベッドには、他の2台のベッドが可能です。 バスルームには、一体型シャワーと2つのシンクを備えた大きなバスタブがあります。 キッチンには、テラスに隣接するメインルームを見渡すカウンターが備わっています。 隣接する通りに屋内プール付きの壮大なスパがあります。 「ミグネット」公共駐車場まで徒歩5分です。 アパートは9 ruefrédéricmistralにあります。この住所は、1891年2月に有名な画家PaulCézanneがこの邸宅のアパートに妻、ホルテンスと息子を数シーズン定住したことで知られています。

Our second stay in this wonderful, serene pied à terre in the heart of the Mazarin quarter. This home has everything you need for a perfect stay in Aix. An elevator, good air conditioning, blackout blinds and a fully equipped kitchen. A quiet sanctuary barely a minute from the glorious Cours Mirabeau with restaurants, shops, fromageries and boulangeries at your fingertips. We enjoyed several afternoons on the balcony overlooking the garden. Sabine is a gracious, helpful host. Thank you Sabine for another memorable visit!

Adorable, close to everything and cozy!

We loved our stay in this well-appointed and comfortable apartment. It was my husband, 18 year old daughter and I and the space was perfect for us. Great A/C and just the right amount of space - and the balcony overlooking the garden courtyard was lovely. The location could not be better. We were surrounded by endless cafes, restaurants, great shopping and so much history everywhere. The neighborhood felt clean and safe. The off-site parking garage was only a 5 minute walk and convenient. Sabine was lovely and made sure we were happy upon arrival.We used our stay here to explore Aix and the surrounding areas like the Calanques (Cassis and La Ciotat), Verdon Gorge and Veransole Plateau.

In general, this is a nice property and in a great area of Aix en Provence. Exceptionally close to the heart of the old town and the majority of restaurants. The apartment is as described although the pictures make it seem a bit better than it is. Our biggest problem was the very poor communication from the owner. We booked the apartment months in advance and despite repeated attempts to confirm our booking or to answer a simple question or two about where to park, we received almost no responses. Leading up to the check in day we still weren’t sure if our rental was confirmed or how to check in. Finally, the day before we arrived I found her phone number and messaged her directly via WhatsApp and l finally received a minimal reply to confirm we were still booked. We had to wait until the day of check in before receiving any instructions and once we were checked in, we never heard from her again. We stayed 4 nights. We are a Canadian couple who travel extensively and this is the first time I’ve written a negative review in all my years of travel. We generally put up with a lot and never complain, but the lack of communication was ridiculous. We would never stay here again and recommend if you’re looking for certainty to stay somewhere else.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, proche des musées, du centre historique et des petites rues commerçantes. Quel plaisir d'avoir une terrasse au nord lors de ces grandes chaleurs !

Lovely apartment with everything you might need and in a perfect location. Both the balcony and air conditioning were very welcome as the temperatures were high during our stay.In a quiet area but perfectly placed within a minute of Cours Mirabeau.Sabine was a great host and communication was excellent.

Dès l’arrivée dans l’appartement, j’ai eu un coup de coeur. Chaleureux, belle déco, ambiance relax. Superbe terrasse donnant sur une cour intérieure. Bel accueil de Sabine. Nous en sommes à notre 3e appartement sur la Côte d’Azur et jusqu’à présent, c’est notre préféré. En plus, localisation parfaite, à 2 pas du centre, tout en offrant une tranquillité car l’appartement se situe sur une rue tranquille.

Great location, amazingly quiet and so close to the beautiful Historic Centre. Hard to fault at all. Perhaps a more comfortable bed would see all ratings 5 . We had a small communication hiccup at the beginning with the Host, which she soon rectified.

Great stay in the heart of Aix

What a great location and a nice apartment WITH an elevator! Quite spacious with a very large balcony that overlooks the garden below. The bedroom is a little tight so one person has to squeeze past the bottom of the bed but it’s not a big deal.You will find yourself just steps from Cour Mirabeau, the main promenade in town and the delightful, charming winding streets of the old city. They are filled with upscale retail shops, quaint restaurants and local shops.It did take a bit to get in touch with Sabine when we had a small issue but we just went out exploring and connected with her eventually to resolve everything easily. A lovely spot to spend a few days!

We are a family living in aix for more than 30 years. We really love Provence and south of france, we are very keen on sharing our experience to guide you to discover of our nice region.
i am a teacher in college for slow learners, i teach them history and history of arts. Joël , my husband is fond of travelling and run a tour operator agency specialized in mediterraneen major tours. Our daughter studies psychology at university, and we have a bichon maltese called "lucky". We have rented flat since several years via homeaway websites, we find this experience very richfull. We can provide you with all reviews left from our guests on the other flats we have. We welcome personnaly all our guests and advise them about our best address around .

Aix en provence is a richfull city at all levels, very well known for its outside markets every two days, churches, museums, wine tours, for the thermal bath amenities (and lots of spa), and its famous festival.
Aix is an amazing point to visit all famous villages of the Luberon region, 'Roussillon, Gordes, Lourmarin, l'ile sur la sorgue" have been elected and labelized as one of "most beautiful villages of france". They are only 45 mn away drinving. The french riviera is at about 1.30 hour.

This flat is very calm and relaxing. Ideally located in the heart of the historic center, allowing you to take full advantage of the shopping areas, cafés, restaurants and museums. This is a very peacefull place to stay where you can hear birds when you are on the terrace or when the big window doors are opened.
Our flat has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated with a large lounge , dining room with an inside kitchen with counter. The whole atmosphere is cosy, the new bedding are high standard of confort. The elevator takes you directly to the flat.
A bottle of rosé wine with local tapenade and jam will be offered for any stay in a welcome basket, a bottle of champagne will be offered for staying of minimum 5 nights. All bed linens and towels are provided, as well as soaps and moisturized cream for hands.
