Villa del Sole Scopello

Located in a panoramic position, right above the magnificent Bay of Cala Bianca, Villa Del Sole is the ideal home for those who want to spend a holiday surrounded by greenery but a stone's throw from a crystal clear sea and a white backdrop.
Villa Del Sole is a manor house spread over two floors with two independent entrances.

The upper entrance leads to a large lounge elegantly furnished with a dining table, sofa, desk and digital terrestrial TV.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a 4-burner stove.

At guests' disposal, on the same floor there are two other rooms, a large bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
In the sleeping area there are three double bedrooms, two with double bed where you can enjoy a splendid sea view and one with two single beds, the bedrooms are all air conditioned.

The living room leads to a beautiful terrace equipped with a large dining table and a sofa where you can admire the splendid view from the house, from the emerald green of the sea to the blue sky.
The annex is located on the lower floor and is accessible either from an independent external entrance or from a comfortable spiral staircase that internally connects the two floors.

In the annex there is a comfortable bedroom with an air-conditioned double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large kitchen equipped with a sofa / bed and a large table, a kitchen equipped with dishes, a 4-burner stove and a fridge.

At the disposal of the house there are about three thousand square meters of land, where there is a large car park with a wooden roof, a comfortable barbecue corner with adjoining sink and worktop built with local stone and a large table with wooden benches where you can enjoy the wonderful products that our island offers.
Outside you can also find two comfortable showers with hot water, a relaxation area in the shade of the fragrant fronds of a splendid carob tree and a reading area immersed in the olive grove near the house.

The Villa is located about 3 km from Castellammare del Golfo, where you can find all the basic necessities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, boat rental services, excursions.
And about 4 km away is the ancient village of Scopello with its beam, the Faraglioni and the Oriented Natural Reserve of the Zingaro.
