Super fun place to stay

This was such a fun place to stay. Clean and accomodating, as it was well stocked with necessities. Perfect little getaway for a concert and birthday weekend.

Super cute decor!

Was just two couples. Perfect for us! Pretty much 15-20 minutes to most amenities. Uber is a little expensive to downtown but better than a DUI!! The owners were easy to contact and very accommodating to our situation. Would highly recommend, especially for bachelorette groups!!

Comfortable and convenient to downtown Nashville

We rented this VRBO for two couples because of the two bedroom/two bath description. Although the neighborhood looked very business/industrial the house was the perfect size for our Nashville trip to attend a wedding at City Winery and visit the city. Location is very close to downtown. The interior has been completely remodeled and updated and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. The house has everything you could want for your stay and I even found scissors when I needed them! The power went out the last couple hours before we left and I contacted the VRBO owner who was immediately responsive and who contacted Nashville Electric Service. They arrived in a short time and quickly repaired the line to restore power. We would stay here again for the comfort and convenience and owner responsiveness.

Extras galore and so comfortable!

I have rented many VRBO properties but this one was one of the best equipped units I've ever stayed in with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was very well outfitted. It only took me about 15 minutes to get downtown, depending on traffic of course. My bed was SO comfortable and the hosts were super nice and accommodating. I will Definitely be staying here again. It helps that it's 1 block from my Son, his wife & my new Grandson!

Cute house, not as cute location

It is a shame the property is located where it is because the house itself is cute and quaint. It was a good size for me and my three bridesmaids for our bachelorette party. It is a clean property, and the owner is so nice and professional, but even our Uber driver said the area was NOT a good one, especially at night, so ladies definitely keep that in mind. We did have a good time though, and the house itself was a big part of the stay. Thank you Rachael.

Very nice little house in a not so great neighborhood. We had an issue with the hall bath not draining, but the owner had it taken care of promptly. The television in guest room would not work and the manager said she didn't know how to fix it. Other than that, we would stay again. Lyft was only $8 to downtown.

Nashville Weekend

Loved the house and the location was great. Only recommendation I have is a better mattress in the master bedroom. The house is remodeled and decorated super cute. Everything you need to relax and hang out at the house with flat screen TVs, stocked kitchen and nice back yard. But also convenient to different areas in Nashville and the airport.

Met the owner upon arrival, very nice. Neighborhood nice but a bit further than expected - expect Uber rides to Downtown Nashville to be about $20. Home was cute, spacious but could have used a bit more cleaning.

It was adequate but definitely no extras. It fit our immediate needs but did not feel real safe in the neighborhood. Recommenations will follow Things to improve the home features: mirror in second bedroom. Install handicap bars in showers; throw rugs needed washing; shower curtain moldy. Backyard was not inviting

Great place!

Great place to stay. Had some issues with WiFi but got it resolved right away. Loved the beds! We tried Uber but they stood us up & still charged me. We found cabs were better. We used the same one so he knew us by name! A great experience doing Broadway 3 days in a row!

Perfect Couples Weekend

Rachel and Robert's place is exactly how advertised, if not better. The space was perfect for two couples, each with their own bathrooms. Conveniently located on the south west end of town, we were a quick 12-15 mins to everything. The house is clean and comfortable, would stay here again.

Missing a few essentials!

The house is located in a rather sketchy part of the city. The week was cool and damp and there was very little heat. The Nest thermostat seemed to be locked by the owner. The house was also missing silverware which was inconvenient. However, the little house is nicely furnished, good tv and Wi-Fi. Beds are comfortable. The best bedroom is the master with a much larger and much nicer ensuite.

Just what we needed!

The house was just as the description and photos advertised. Very clean and enough space for 5 of us on a girls trip. While we were out in downtown most of our time, the house still met our needs as far as sleeping and cooking breakfast in the mornings. We left the pull out bed in the living room out the whole time, which didn't bother us at all, there was still plenty of space coming in and out of the front door. The neighbors were very nice, waved and spoke as we passed each other. The homeowners were very easy to work with. The morning we left to head to Nashville, they contacted me to let me know the ice machine in the freezer wasn't working but they had left a bag of ice in there for us. Overall, I was very pleased with the house and the way the weekend went!

We love the Woodbine area in Nashville because of its proximity to 3 interstates. I65, I24 and I440 are all very close and the easy access to downtown!
