Lovely Property with Great Access to Shops & Attractions

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area. Having a shopping mall nearby was especially handy for picking up essentials and grabbing a bite. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and accessible base!

Wonderful location

We had a great time staying at this vrbo! It was very well kept, clean and very spacious. The access to the tram and public transportation was wonderful and with a small store right down the street, it had everything we needed. I'd highly recommend!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Marnie and Tony were always a available for any questions. The place is in a perfect location. So many wonderful restaurants in the area. Also metro is directly across the street. It made it so easy to travel to our daily destinations!

Easy access to Barcelona and surrounding areas

My wife and I enjoyed Marnie's VRBO-- very spacious and comfortable. We rented a car to travel outside of Barcelona and it was so easy -- given the apartment's location - to access the freeway. The apartment has all that you would need for a lengthy stay-- great kitchen, washer and nice clean bathrooms. Highly recommend. Todd S.

Un très bon sejour

L’appartement conforme à l’annonce est très agréable . Au pied de l’immeuble le tramway permet d’aller directement à la Sagrada Familial.L’accueil de Tony est parfait !La plage à moins de 10 min.Un grand centre commercial à 5 min.Un peut super marché à 100m.Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement avec grand plaisir.

So kann man Barcelona genießen

Top Apartment mit viel Platz, geräumigem Balkon. Tolle Lage, direkt an der Tramstation gelegen, 10 Minuten zum Strand, von dort kann man auch einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang genießen, Supermarkt, gemütliches Café und Bäcker um die Ecke. Ein wunderbarer Platz, um den Pulsschlag dieser phantastischen Stadt zu spüren. Wir wurden im Vorfeld von den Gastgebern super betreut und auch sehr freundlich empfangen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar gekühltes Wasser und eine Flasche Wein lagen zur Begrüßung bereit. Wir können es ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. We fell in love with Barcelona!

Wohnung ist top mit viel Platz. Dank Tony war das einchecken problemlos. Lebensmittelmarkt, Shoppingcenter, Strand und U-Bahn (in die Innenstadt) im Umkreis von 2-10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten mit unseren Teenager- Kindern eine tolle Zeit.

War alles wunderschön.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Tram-Station, von der aus man problemlos die Stadt erkunden kann. Zum Sandstrand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 20 min.

Primavera & Beach Homebase

This apartment was an excellent, cozy homebase. It fit four of us comfortably. The nice balcony is a great place to chill after a day of exploring. Clear communication from the host made arriving and checking in very easy. If you’re visiting for Primavera Sound or for a less crowded beach experience, this apartment is an excellent choice since it’s walkable to both!

Great apartment, well-located

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is locely: of high quality, well-equipped and furnished very tastefully. It is located in a rather residential area, close to the Beach and away from the tourist mass. Public Transport is literally across the street and just around the corner. Tram or underground bring you into the Center within a short period of time. Can definitely recommend the place.

Great host and property

The apartment is in the beaches area, a little away from the centre, but well served by a frequent trams and metro. Great for a more relaxed break by the sea and shopping centre close by The host was lovely, really thoughtful and helped us deal with any minor problems easily. This service makes all the difference. The apartner itself was spotless, as seen on the photos and well presented. The only problem was lack of English channels and this is only a problem if you want to placate kids in the morning! We solved this with ipads though! The only issue was an early check out required which was difficult with a young baby and child, but it was fair as they had another booking. All is all a lovely apartment with a lovely host. We would recommend! NW

Spacious and confortable for family of 5

The apartment was very spacious for a family of 5. It was clean and modern - we liked that. It was in a good position for the tram and metro and the huge Diagonal Mar mall, loads of restaurents for the kids to choose from.

Tolles Apartment!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Forum Apartment. Alles war wie wir es erwartet hatten. Der Standort ist ideal, 5 Minuten zur Metro, zum Strand und zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Marni, die Eigentümerin und Toni, der den Check-in macht haben uns super orientiert. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall als guten Ausgangspunkt, wenn sie Barcelona kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist es hier so schön zu wohnen, in Strandnähe, aber nicht direkt im Touristengewimmel von Barcelona.

Superbe semaine à Barcelone!

We spent a very pleasant week in Barcelona. The apartment is nice, clean, well equipped, completely conformed to the photos. The owner has been very nice with us during the discussion before the rent, providing us all necessary information we need and answering our questions and also arranging all things for our arrival. The apartment is well situated : less than 1 min walk to Tram, 5 min walk to metro, 5 min walk to beach or to a big shopping center with supermarket. We obviously recommend this good address and we expect to come back soon ! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Barcelone. L’appartement est beau, propre, meublé et décoré avec goût, complètement conforme aux photos présentées. Le propriétaire a ete très sympathique avec nous, répondant à toutes nos questions rapidement et gentiment et l’oragnisation de notre arrivée /départ a été parfaite. L’appartement est très bien situé : moins d’une minute du Tram, 5 minutes à pieds du metro, de la plage et d’un grand centre commercial avec supermarché Auchan. Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location et nous espérons y revenir bientôt !

If you are combining business with pleasure, the Forum apartment is ideal to wind down and relax, surrounded by lovely parks, so many places to walk, cycle... and the quieter beaches of Barcelona, all this just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
