Beautiful setting

We enjoyed quick assess to the beach, backyard on the marsh and breezy porch. The cottage is comfortable and fully equipped for cooking. It’s a great place to enjoy Folly Beach.

Great Property

Our stay was great. The location is great and the walk to the beach is short. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. This place is great for a small family or a couple that wants to get away.

great little place. Perfect for our family

We loved staying here. Sunsets were beautiful from the roof deck. Perfect location to the beach. House has pretty much all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Great beach cottage.

Best of both worlds…ocean view and marsh view. The porches allow so much enjoyment. Beds were very comfy. Short walk to the beach, literally across the street and few houses down to beach access. Beach never crowded. Wished we had brought along our doodle, would have been a great place for him to stay with us. Dog friendly, but would never be able to tell dogs are allowed. Clean. Love to stay again.

Great house

Great location, near the beach with views from the top deck. And the lower deck is perfect for outdoor dining. Well stocked and perfect yard for pups.

Fantastic Folly Beach Home!

This is a great property to stay at. Wonderful views over the tidal marsh each evening as the sun set, just steps away from the beach. Everything you could ask for! Highly recommended.

Cute cottage getaway

The house was a quiet getaway with a lovely sunset view over the marsh. We enjoyed the porches, quick walk to the beach and nice bike rides to both ends of the island. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was very responsive to our call when the internet went out. They came right over to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Would certainly stay there again if we came to the beach with our dog.

Love love!

We had an amazing vaca and loved this home! It is a short walk to the ocean and the backyard was perfect for our pups! Very clean and well maintained. Folly Beach is a very quaint town and Charleston was only a short drive away.

Perfect for family with dogs

Beach Getaway Fun

A perfect beach cottage! Lots of outdoor space to play or read a good book on the screen porch. Beautiful views from the upper deck and steps from the beach! TVs in every room and all the conveniences of home!

Wonderful property

This house is wonderful but it is the outdoor space that is spectacular : fenced yard, roof deck, screened porch, dock and front porch. Everything you need for Fun and comfort while traveling with your family pet.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This was our homebase on the island while we had our beach wedding. It is classic Folly, and charmingly eclectic. Watching the sunset or having coffee on the widows walk were some of our best times. Loved the two porches! Our dog was so happy with the backyard and the little dock. Great place!

A Perfect House

The house was perfect for a COVID break. It was so close to the beach, enabling us to walk every day. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy Folly Beach.

Folly Beach Getaway

Reservation process was easy and house was as it was presented in rental overview. Adequate kitchen items and home was spacious. Enjoyed the porches and rooftop sitting area. Neighborhood was nice along with all the "extras" provided by the owners such as cornhole game, kayaks, grill, and bikes.

Quiet and neat the beach!

Nice views and beach access close by! Great for our two dogs. Recommend Lost Dog Cafe on the island. Be sure to bring cleaning supplies, ziplock bags, tinfoil and plastic bags for longer stays. Lots of shells to look for and beautiful sunsets! Very soft linens and towels. Nice stay in February! Quick and close drive into Charleston.

just what the dr ordered

broke up the virtual school monotony and headed south to Folly. Lovely cottage steps from the beach. Well appointed. Highly recommend for a family of 4.

Delightful

We loved the heart and soul put into this home... big fan of the Rodrigue Blue Dog pictures, landscaping, kayaks, and bikes. We caught crabs off the dock and watched the sunset every night from the rooftop deck. It is a wonderful home, a delight in every way.
