This was our second stay at this property. The set up is perfect for us. A clean well furnished unit, heated pool and the beach just across the street. Deb is an excellent host.

Great Location!

Right across the street from gulf access, trolley stop directly in front of complex, restaurants and coffee walkable from complex, heated pool.. what’s not to like? Took the trolley to the Sugar Sand Festival.. $5/day using PSTA Transit for 4 people to avoid the parking. Drove to the Chihuly exhibit in St.Pete’s. Walked the beach to Sweet Sage, My Happy Place Deli and Conch Republic Grill and just lounged by the heated pool. So peaceful. The unit was spotless and well stocked for cooking, if you choose. Deb was great to work with. This was our second time in the unit and we will be back!

Great Gulf Coast get away

Perfect for a couple

The location of this property is amazing, right across the street from the gulf. The room was very clean. Super comfortable king sized bed. New kitchen and bathroom that are both fully equipped with everything you would need. Chairs and umbrella for the beach and a very nice pool. Couldn’t ask for anything better. It is small so perfect for a couple. Restaurants close by and Johns Pass a short drive or quick Uber. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property and wonderful host.

This property was perfectly located across the street from a beach access. It was convenient to John's Pass and walking distance to several restaurants. The host had beach chairs, an umbrella (that saved us from the sun after a few days) and a wagon to bring it all to the beach. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Snowbird Getaway

Great location! Steps from the beach and great restaurants. Heated pool and gas grill just outside our door. Comfortable King-sized bed. Kitchen and bath with recent, beautiful update. Deb, our host, was readily available to answer questions and respond to concerns. Will definitely stay there again!

“Just right”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a Redington Shores. The condo was very clean. The property was well maintained, including the wonderful heated pool. It is right across the street from the beach which also has a short pier which we utilized to keep our baby out of the sun. Umbrella, chairs and beach towels and a small cooler were all available to use at the beach. We had a couple of dead bugs in the room due to the exterminator being there the weekend before arrival. However, Deb was proactive to take the appropriate measures before we arrived so I do not consider it a knock against the place. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to easily make basic meals there. Basic seasoning and condiments were available. Nice touches of bath and body hand soap, plush towels, soft bed sheets and coins to run a load of wash. We visited the Botanical gardens in Largo which was free and a beautiful place to visit. We also drove to Honeymoon Island State Park which was about 35-45 mins away and had a lovely offering of shells. We would definitely stay here again! Reasonable priced. Communicative and accommodating host.

Such a relaxing place!

This was as perfect a stay as I’ve had visiting Florida annually. The unit is equipped with the necessary furnishings to give you a delightful say. All the kitchen utensils needed, beach chairs and umbrella. The pool onsite is so well maintained. he grounds are watched after as well as a high end hotel Deb was a delight to work with…effortlesss! We’ll be back for sure!

Way too quiet for girls week 😞

We had alot of problems with our allergies seemed that this particular place had problems with moisture and moldy smell. And certain homeowners had a problem with noise issues. Very quiet place at 1000. Had to go out away for fear of making too much noise. .

Just like home

We loved this sweet little studio. Every amenity we needed was on hand. It was clean, comfortable and made our visit feel like we were home. Deb was easy to contact if we had any questions and some of the long term guests are super people. We look forward to an opportunity to return!

Wonderful

This property, though small, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved the warm pool and the proximity to the beach and the friendliness of other residents. The Weber gas grill was a nice touch. We would love to return!

Great Getaway

The property was great! It had many items to increase the comfort of staying. Items like beach chairs, sunscreen, pool noodles, many kitchen needs including pots, pans, dishes, spices, coffee, etc! It also has a pool and gas grill available. We grilled two of the nights we stayed. My wife and I loved it! It was a great getaway!

Beautiful Studio Condo

My wife and I were excited to go to Florida for our honeymoon! When we got to our condo it was amazing! It was immaculate, smelled amazing and just looked homey. Not only is it perfectly located so you can walk anywhere you need, but the pool is always warm and the people who stayed there were nice as can be. This condo is a 10/10 and I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to stay here!! Truly an amazing experience! :)

Great Location!

Cute little place with great neighbors. They gave us a tip about the free trolley to eliminate the parking search for John’s pass, which was great! Condo is close to beach and restaurants. Great communication with owners and easy check in! Great vacation!!

Beyond perfect

This hidden gem is exactly what we needed! I don’t even want to write a review so I can have it all to myself!! Very very clean. It had bath towels, beach towels, a small cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella. Also had everything we needed in the kitchen if we wanted to cook. The residents were very nice and it’s only about 10 units so very quaint and small. Everyone has a view of the pool and all the units surrounded the pool. The pool has loungers and tables and chairs out of the sun to hang out and eat or just relax. It was perfect for the two of us and we had enough privacy. Might be difficult with more than 2 people. On site (free) laundry was a definite plus! We were right across gulf blvd from the beach so walking was super easy. A few very good restaurants within walking distance as well as a coffee shop and a clothing/gift store if you need something (10min walk). We walked everywhere and didn’t need a rental car, but if we needed a ride we just used Uber/Lyft. The trolley/bus system was too much of a pain and long waits. We basically stayed within a few blocks for the whole 5 days. My daughter was in the pool everyday and it’s kept very clean. I don’t have one complaint and you can’t beat the price! We visit this area a few times every year and we are never disappointed. Thanks Deb for allowing us to stay. We had a great time and the place was beyond perfect. Would love to stay again.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for the two of us and was close to a lot of fun areas. Across the street was the beach. People who live there are so nice and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to make meals etc. Great toilet paper (yes, I said it). Check in and out was great. Laundry on site. We cannot wait to return!!!

Love FL, thoroughly enjoyed Coconut Villas

Coming back next year we loved it so much! Can’t say enough about our first time being ‘snow birds’ for a very short while. My husband just retired and I’m retiring in 2021 so we thought we’d try a short stint in FL this year. We found the perfect place and are coming back next year. We enjoyed all the other people staying at Coconut Villas, everyone was SO FRIENDLY! The beach is close by, nice and easy to get to! And, it was never busy except for one weekend during spring break, but still found plenty of room to enjoy the sun and take a walk. We used the pool every day as well, we spent quite a bit of time there too. We never wanted to be inside. We used the grill most mornings and evenings, therefore we used the kitchen constantly. The washer and dryer are right there so was able to do laundry when needed. We hit the jackpot with Coconut villas, didn’t have to spend a fortune and had everything we were looking for. It was a great vacation!

Wonderful Condo

what a wonderful property

This rental is amazing. The private pool area is so clean and the water very warm. All the people we met there have been to the property many times and good friends were made. The studio has enough room for two and comes with everything you need. The owner is so easy to contact and very helpful.
