Die Unterkunft ist ideal für eine Stadterkundung, da ihre Lage unübertroffen ist. Fußläufig findet sich alles, was zur Selbstversorgung im Apartment erforderlich ist und ebenso zu Fuß genießt man die Nähe des Boulevards, wer mag des Strands und der Altstadt. Für etwas weitere Strecken fahren Tram und Bus quasi vor der Haustür ab. Bestens empfangen von der sehr freundlichen und sympathischen Eigentümerin Mahaut haben wir uns bei unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der dazu gebucht werden kann, ist ideal. Wir mochten den ständigen Trubel im Hafen, was aber zu bedenken ist, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist.

Lovely apartment in great location

A clean and fully equipped apartment in a fantastic location, by the port and close to the old town and beaches. The owner, Mahaut is really friendly and helpful. Fully recommended.

Nice studio - perfect location

The studio is attractive with everything you need. From the balcony, you have a lovely view of the Old Port. And you're just a short walk from the tram line. Plenty of nice shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Perfect.

Studio Stay

Me and my partner had a wonderful time at this studio apartment. Mahaut was super helpful and accomodating. The location is in the perfect place overlooking the port which you can see from the balcony. The apartment was kitted out with everything that you need for your stay. The attention to detail made us feel very comfortable. We would recommend this to any couples looking to go for a romantic retreat. The location is right next to loads of lovely restaurants and bars and a close distance to the Old Town. This was hands down one of the best get aways I have experienced and the apartment made our stay very special. Thank you very much!

Fabulous getaway in picturesque setting

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment in the best location in Nice! Mahaut is a wonderful host who was more than helpful. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and bigger than appears in pictures. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a lovely beach 5 mins from the back of the apartment. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Wonderful!

Just back from a long weekend staying in this lovely studio apartment. Mauhaut was brilliant, very helpful and accomodating and the apartment is in a great location, in the picturesque port and very close to the old town with reastaurants galore within short walking distance. Also a supermarket and boulangerie just outside the rear exit. Apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and more and is beautifully peaceful.

Un bon séjour avec un temps magnifique, bien accueilli et une cuisine délicieuse.

L'appartement très bien situé avec vue sur le port, l'accueil des propriétaires était plus que satisfaisant avec une petite attention de leurs part. Il est très fonctionnel et complet au niveau des prestations. Un arrêt de bus juste en bas. Seul petit point négatif mais cependant surmonntable le canapé lit qui grince au moindre mouvement avec pour ma part manque de confort ce qui nous a empêcher en rien de passer un bon séjour. Sinon l'appartement est très bien et bien équipé. Je recommande vivement.

A quiet place in lively city

We spent a week in Nice in this wonderful flat, an we just couldn't ask for more! The location was just ideal for us - as living in the harbour with its hustle and boats and ships coming in and out is a wonderful place for us. The place is perfectly clean, well organized and perfectly maintained. It was very warm during our stay, so we spent a lot of time on a balcony. Perfect place for breakfast, coffee or an evening glass of vine. The shop and bakery are just around the corner, so there's no problem with the everyday shopping.Bars and restaurants are just downstairs. It is within the walking distance to the main attractions in Nice, and the buses or the tram makes it easy to move around. The owner of this flat is very helpful, and ready to solve all problems at once. If we will came again to Nice we will choose again this flat for sure! Thank you very much Mahaut!

Great clean apartment at wonderful location

Very warm welcome at the apartment, the owner is very nice and helpfull. The apartment is small but has everything you need and it is very clean. The location at the port is great, there are good restaurants for lunch or dinner and you can walk to the beach or the old town in 10 minutes. There's also a very good bakery and a small supermarket nearby. The only disadvantage was the bed, but for a few nights it's ok. We would surely recommend this apartment!

Très agréable studio sur le port de Nice

Studio bien situé sur le port de Nice et donc proche du centre ville. Le petit balcon qui donne sur le port est un plus pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Le studio est confortable et bien équipé. Merci à Mahaut pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superb studio in an excellent location

Just returned from a ten night stay in this superb studio. We have stayed in a number of studios in different parts of Nice - this is the best by far. Studio is decorated and maintained to a high standard with all you would need for your holiday. Location is excellent with a balcony providing a side view onto the old Port. Plenty of bars and lovely places to eat on your door step as are the local shops!! Owner, Mahaut, provided a friendly welcome and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. Would have no hesitation in recommending this studio and we will most definitely be returning ourselves.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, obwohl das Wetter nicht so gut war. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber dennoch alles vorhanden. Ein Tip für kleine Frauen- ihr braucht einen großen Mann, die Schränke in der Küche sind hoch. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf den Hafen und den Burgberg ist super. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Alles andere kann man auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen, die Altstadt und das Meer.

Notre première découverte de Nice

la qualité de l'accueil et le suivi est à souligner , le studio est très bien équipé ,et le matériel est récent , il y a de la place pour ranger ses affaires ,nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec la vue sur le port et son activité ,et on est à l'abri des regards , beaucoup de commerces à proximité et gentillesse des gens qui vous aident facilement, et on se sent en sécurité , pour les communications ,beaucoup de possibilité pour aller vers Menton , Monaco , les excursions en bateau , La Corse etc Pour Nice , il y a tellement à découvrir que notre séjour fut trop court , on devra revenir et on reprendra contact avec la sympathique propriétaire.

Excellente location !

Idéalement situé entre la mer et le vieux nice, cet appartement, joliment décoré et fonctionnel, nous a permis d'allier au mieux séjour professionnel et détente. La prestation est de grande qualité et l'accueil est irréprochable. Nous recommandons les petits déjeuners sur le balcon au soleil !
