A beautiful apartment at a good price. Very nice and helpful hosts. The host was always available and helped immediately. In the apartment we felt very quickly at home. I would come back again and again.

Lovely large apartment, amazing hosts, and great city!

Our stay in Genoa was made all the better because of this lovely apartment, and the kind and very responsive hosts. Not only were we met at the bus station and walked to the apartment, the host sat down with us and explained everything we needed for our stay in and exploration of Genoa. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. We will return, if possible. The hosts are so very kind; the apartment feels like home and is spacious, clean, light and has everything you need; and Genoa is a gem.

Great location

Was greeted by our lovely host who was very helpful. We originally booked for 3 nights, then I added another night. The day before our checkout, our flight was rebooked due to a hurricane in the US. I messaged our host and she graciously let us stay another night. We enjoyed our stay. Apt. is close to the train station, ATM machine and plenty of restaurants, pizzeria's, cafés and bakeries. Apt. accommodated my family of 5 nicely. Apt. is very spacious. The only downfall is the stairs, 4 sets of stairs, each with a landing. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Great location

property was advertised as 3 double bedrooms and photos showed 2 doubles and a twin. When we arrived we had to ask for the third bedroom as we weren't shown it. We had to wait for the room to be made up but it was only a single. The location was excellent as was communication. Plenty of restaurants nearby and transport. There is a supermarket about 10mins walk away. The apartment is old and could do with minor improvements. There are fans in the bedrooms but not in the living areas so it was very hot.There are quite a few stairs which wasn't a problem for us but perhaps for others. The kitchen is very small if you wish to cook, only one person can cook at a time and its only really suitable for 3 people to eat together. We were 4 adults for 4 nights which was adequate but I would think it would not be suitable for any more. We were there midweek and there was no night time noise. Lots of windows so it was light and bright.

Nuestra estancia en genova fue perfecta gracias a este piso acogedor, tiene todo lo que necesitas tanto en la cocina como en el baño y las habitaciones, viajamos con 2 niñas pequeñas asi que esto me facilito todo en casa. Las conexiones al aquario , el bigo, la biosfera , la ciudad de los niños y los museos es mas que perfecta al igual que para tomar el metro o el tren a la playa de sori. Gracias a la familia Gardella por su atencion y hacer de nuestra estancia la mejor. Sin duda alguna volveremos a contactarlos

Très agréable Très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé près du port antique et à proximité de toutes commodités. L'agencement des pièces est atypique et peut surprendre mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Logement assez grand mais pièces de vie beaucoup trop petite. Pas possible de prendre un repas à 5 (seulement 4 chaises et pas de place autour de la table) A fuir quand il fait chaud, les trois ventilateurs ne suffisent pas.

Wer eine Mischung aus italienisch-afrikanischem Leben mag ist hier richtig

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Leben und der Bahnhof ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Hafen ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und das Viertel ist für Menschen, die auch an dem "afrikanischen Anteil" Genuas interessiert sind bestens gelegen. Allerdings muss man auch mit dem Heroinproblem der Stadt klar kommen, die Fixer sind aus diesem Viertel nicht weg zu denken, wobei wir es nicht als persönliche Bedrohung erlebt haben. Wir haben die Wohnung bereits zum 2. Mal gemietet. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Probleme in der Wohnung werden umgehend angegangen und beseitigt.

Ottimo appartamento

L'appartamento si trova proprio a due passi dalla stazione Principe e dall'acquario. La posizione è ottima e consigliata per chi comunque non ha problemi a deambulare(sono presenti molti scalini all'interno della casa). Accogliente, dotata di tutto, asciugamani, phon, ventilatori. All'interno anche una zona soggiorno con giochi in scatola per bambini. Forse il bagno sarebbe da rimodernare, con qualche accorgimento sarebbe in linea con il resto della casa.

Très bon séjour!

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables ici, l’appartement est très proche de la gare donc toutes les destinations autour sont super accessibles. Cependant, le quartier n’est pas très bien fréquenté mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème. Merci à la disponibilité de l’hôte et à sa flexibilité pour les horaires :)
