I’ve states at The Breakers multiple times. It is very close and convenient to restaurants, shopping, coffee, etc. Perfect for our small family!

The location of the condo is perfect. First floor access was very convenient. Oceanfront location was great. The pool was only steps away. Short walking distance to restaurants and shopping was really convenient.

Great time at the beach! The palm trees have grown so view of ocean is obscured, however, the property was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted/needed to cook. It would've been nice if the bedroom had space to store folded clothes. It had ample space for hanging clothes and the closets provided had 1 or 2 shelves, however, those were full of extra bedding.I would most certainly recommend this property.

Great location

Property was very cute and clean. Our only issue was that the ice did not do produce more than 3 cubes in over 24 hours. We ended up having to buy a bag of ice.

Absolutely loved the condo and Breakers resort, it was perfect for my wife and I. We've been coming to HHI for about 15 years. coligny has become a problem, won't stay near it again. Music being blared at all hours (including the early mornings !), marijuana smoke all over the place, young adults cussing and worse. That part was a real departure from year's past. We'll be staying further north or south going forward.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo is in great location with beautiful views. Condo was very clean. Only recommendation would be the pull out sofa mattress needs replaced. But otherwise perfect condo for our group.

Nice little vacation

We like to stay in this complex for its proximity to beach and neighborhood amenities. The trees have grown up a bit from the photos so you couldn’t really see the beach. The unit had everything that we needed but the shower could have used some more scrubbing. The bed worked out perfectly as the couch didn’t have great support even for sitting.

Not what i expected

This property needs a new couch desperately, the bedroom needs somewhere to place items such as a cpap machine my husband had to sleep on the delapadaded couch due to the bedroom not having nightstand . The living room area has way too much furniture for even two people to manuver comfortably. Will look for a larger space next time we come .

Relaxing stay

We stayed at this condo last year also We love the condo . It is very nicely furnished. The balcony chairs and table are super nice. We spend a lot of time on the balcony The view is somewhat obsured by trees but very private. We will stay here again if it is available. It is so convenient to the beach ,pool and the stores and restaurants. Our only issue was the remodeling nextdoor but I know that cant be helped. I recommend this property .

Our favorite vacation spot.

My wife and I have stayed at the Breakers several times in the past. This unit is probably our best experience so far. We were there for 5 days and only used our car once to go out for dinner, pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. The unit itself is well maintained with anything you might need, and is very clean and comfortable.

Great location! Right on the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Unit is just as listed and good for 2 people.Kitchen was stocked with all you need to prepare meals. Loved having coffee and cocktails on the lanai. Would stay here again.

Me and my wife were celebrating our honeymoon and the place was just right. Small but perfect for our small family. Close to the beach and to everything else.

Not a good unit to rent

TV in living room was a disaster. Difficult to operate, tv would speak the channels which would slow everything down considerably. Dialog kept getting out of sync with picture. Had to reset alot. Finally just stopped using it Bed was too small. Needs to be a king. Only second time in 15+ years of staying in Breakers was the bed not a king. Unacceptable. No dresser foe clothes and closets had no shelving. Making them useless. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable. Overall the worst unit i have ever had at Breakers. Will not be renting this unit again nor will i recommend to others.
