The condo was tidy and well appointed. Convenient to Keawakapu Beach. The weather was hot, but the loved windows and screens kept us comfortable without the ac. Enjoyed our stay.

Another Great Stay!

Our 4th time at Mana Kai and 3rd time in this condo. We enjoy this well equipped unit very much and Kimberly is great to deal with. Can't beat this wonderful location!

Wonderful unit

The Mana Kai is in a great location with amazing views and is right on the beach. This unit is on a high floor for the best views and has been nicely renovated so everything is in great shape. Will definitely try to come back!

Beautiful condo

the condo was beautiful. The views of the ocean and beach were gorgeous. Loved watching the whales while sitting on the balcony. The air conditioning was broken but that was not the fault of the renter. She tried to have it fixed immeditely but the part had to be shipped in.

Perfection

Everything about our suite was perfect - the location, the view, the comfort and cleanliness. It came with (almost) everything we could possibly want - for the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai, and beach. I would have liked to have a kettle for boiling water, but a pot on the stove worked just as well. I totally loved our stay there.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks at Mana Kai and enjoyed every minute of it. The check in process, follow-up by the owner, the condo and entire property could not have been better. Can't wait to return next year :)

Spectacular

Great location, view to die for, living space is well appointed & well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, 4 beach chairs & an umbrella! Amenities include a swimming pool & convenience shop with deli. Washer & dryer conveniently located across from elevator. The front desk is manned until 5 pm & there is also the ability to book excursions & water sport equipment rental on the lobby level. Would definitely recommend & would definitely rebook.

beautifully renovated 2 bdr unit with sweeping views! Best equipped kitchen we've ever experienced! Stunning tile details in the bathroom. Looking forward to returning next year! Just a note for your balcony - would prefer one larger table, instead of 2. Make sure your housecleaners damp mop the balcony tile, too much dust and dirt out there. All clean and spiffy inside.

Loved everything about this unit. Have stayed in several other units at Mana Kai over the years, but have definitely found one we look forward to returning to! The remodel is beautiful, wonderfully equipped, and the location is perfect!

Beautiful Views

This property was in a great location! The beach was beautiful and having a market with deli on-site was an added bonus. The condo was extremely clean and the view from the lanai was breathtaking. Communication with Kimberly was wonderful and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic

We have rented several VRBOs in multiple locations, this was by far the best for a multitude of reasons. The views are incredible from the lobby, the pool, the beach and the lanai. Literally breathtaking. The condo is modern, spotless, newly renovated and higher end everything compared to other rentals we’ve used. The condo is loaded with just about everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Pro tip: Sharp knives are in a drawer within a drawer to the left of the microwave. AC was awesome and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There is a market on site that has anything you may have forgotten to bring. Their sandwiches are amazing. There is also a beach rental center on site, not sure what they all carry but they do have snorkel gear. Snorkeling on site is fantastic, spend the $8 to rent a life vest. Snorkel Bobs in Wailea (5 min drive) has prescription masks. Condo has chairs, umbrella, towels and a few beach toys. Beach walks in the AM were a great bonus, we walked down the beach and checked out the posh Wailea resorts. There is a really nice grassy area by the beach on property under palm trees that’s a great place to just chill with a drink and hang or watch the sunset. For the location, it’s on the Wailea border which is a high end community that has some really nice restaurants, shopping, etc. Kihei to the north also has a TON of restaurants, shops, etc. Go to Foodland and get Poke, there’s a poke deli that is fantastic. We had an amazing stay!!

Excellent!

Absolutely perfect place. The condo was great. No issues whatsoever. Condo has everything you'd need. Store located on the property was excellent. Snorkeling just off of beach was amazing. We saw giant sea turtles and my husband saw and heard dolphins. The area was very peaceful and restaurants and stores very close by. We will be back for sure. When driving around other areas of Maui we think we picked the best location for us. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Great unit and beach location

We have been coming to the Mana Kai for the past 23 years. The unit has been totally renovated with new furnishings, flooring, and total remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms, very beautifully done. The location is the best in Kihei. The beach is the best in Kihei-Wailea area. My wife and I would do our beach walk every morning at sunrise. Easy round trip beach walk is 1.9 miles to the ANDAZ beach in Wailea, just beautiful. We usually would see a turtle swimming 50 feet from the beach gathering their breakfast and seeing their bobbing head coming up for air. Our stay was wonderful and we will be coming back, hopefully to the same unit. Jim

Best Place on Maui!

We have rented from various owners at the Mana Kai for 25+ years. This location is a true gem and one of the best locations on Maui! This unit has been beautifully updated, is clean, stocked with essentials, and the owner is very easy to deal with. The whales were very active during our stay (March) and it was fun watching them from our lanai and the beach. The beach area is always clean with lawn chairs available for guests on the grassy area. Pool is a bonus – and the General Store on site is super convenient. Plenty of restaurants close by in Wailea and Kihei. Highly recommend this property!
