A clean, private home just steps from the beach

This is the 2nd time staying in the Treehouse with my husband, and I left a previous review from that stay in 2024. We are an older couple (mid-50’s and late 60’s), so our needs are different than younger couples/families. There are lots of stairs to navigate at this house, 22 steps from ground level to the main 1st level of the house. There is no carpeting, which is good for allergy sufferers, and easier to keep clean. The bed in the master bedroom has a hard mattress, but I used a mattress pad to remedy that. We did not encounter the blaring security light coming in through the windows this time. For just 2 of us, this house offers plenty of privacy, space, peace, and quiet - which is what I seek when I vacation. This would be comprised by sharing the house with another couple, so consider your needs. There is one shower with amazing water pressure. The 2nd bedroom is up another flight of stairs (we don’t use it), is an open concept, and offers a beautiful view of the gulf. This location gives easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and boardwalk without having to drive. The accommodations are very comfortable, and amenities are practical and easy to use. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. The booking process, check-in, and check-out was simple and seamless. I do think it would be perfect for a family of 3 or 4 who are accustomed to living together and sharing space. You would need to baby gate the stairs (2 staircases) for littles or pets, and I believe there is one baby gate provided. We don’t use the side yard, but it is fenced but not shaded. We also don’t use the upper decks coming off the kitchen and bedrooms as they’re not shaded, but the one off the kitchen is a nice lounging area for sunrise and sunset. The screened sun porch is perfect for being outside but out of the sun, and there’s a ceiling fan, grill, table, and chairs for 4. A water spicket for sandy feet is located on the right side o
