Great short stay

Overall the house had all the amenities we needed. The only downside was that the beds were not comfortable at all. Since it is a pet friendly property, it would benefit the guests to have larger beds as well.

The beach is steps away which is a HUGE plus. The house is fully equiped for cooking and we didn't find there was anything we needed. It's a very eclectic home which we love, very quiet and cozy. Eclectic Tree House

If you are looking for perfect, it isn’t this house. If you like eclectic, this is your house. Great fenced in yard for dogs. Pet fees are a bit over the top. Not a good place if you cannot handle stairs. Be careful on outdoor structure. Nice neighborhood with easy beautiful beach access across the street. Overall, a nice place to stay.

All amenities were there. The West balcony is great to set out on for morning coffee because the house blocks the morning sun and provides a great shaded area in the AM.Down side, the yard pics need updated because crows nest shown in pictures has been torn down. The yard is not that dog friendly because of thorny vines that have taken over the yard and needs to be removed for dog mobility and safety. The main bedroom needs blinds about the bedroom windows because the next door property yard lights shine in on the ceiling making the room very bright at night. The screened in patio is nice, but the screens were coming off both doors. All simple fixes that should be completed to have the property up to standard for the price point.

Great location, Good for a small family, needs upkeep outside

The location was great, beach access right across the street, could walk to town, but still a quiet neighborhood. The house was mostly as described in the listing. However, it should be noted there is not a door on the second bedroom, it is a loft space. It worked okay but my teenager would have liked some privacy sometimes. Interior of the house was clean and well appointed with furnishings and beds were comfortable. However, the exterior space needs some basic upkeep. The furniture on the deck was rusty or plastic was cracked and needs to be replaced. The second deck in the yard did not seem structurally sound so we did not use it. We elected this property partially due to a Fenced yard for dogs, but we did not trust it to keep our dogs contained because of several broken areas, so we had to keep our dogs on leash the entire time. For the price at a location where you mostly want to enjoy the outdoors, I expect good exterior furniture and upkeep.

Dream vacation at the Tree House!

Beautiful artwork that I really appreciated, the color scheme was beautiful, so much literature (and poetry!) to read, just steps from the beach, and everything within walking distance. The screened-in sun room was perfect for relaxing, there are 2 water spickets to rinse sandy feet, amenities were top notch and easy to use, and the bidet a very special treat! The plumbing and water pressure were out of this world! The home was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for just my husband and I to enjoy this beautiful home. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner. There are stairs to navigate which is a little hard on my husband and I, however, we decided it would not be a deterrent for a future stay. The bed was a little hard for me, but can easily be remedied with a mattress pad the next time I visit. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and I also appreciated that. Paradise Beach Homes has definitely earned a customer, they were professional and helpful with the reservation process and check-in, and then when we decided to extend our stay (because I didn’t want to leave!). Everything went so smoothly, and I am just so impressed by this whole experience. I found this home to be a healing environment, and felt very safe in the home and the neighborhood. It was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to this home.

The kitchen was fairly well stocked.The T.V. is small. You can’t sign in with prime, disney, etc. because it is locked to a tivo account that you can’t access.The downstairs bathroom door doesn’t lock, so if it’s closed, someone is in there.There was poofs of dog hair everywhere. Along baseboards, in and under furniture, on the sheets in upstairs bed, etc. It is obvious it was not cleaned properly. There are also roaches, so be prepared for that.We have been coming to Pensacola for the past 20 years. Most of the places we have stayed, we would stay in again. We will not stay in this house again.

A clean, private home just steps from the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time staying in the Treehouse with my husband, and I left a previous review from that stay in 2024. We are an older couple (mid-50’s and late 60’s), so our needs are different than younger couples/families. There are lots of stairs to navigate at this house, 22 steps from ground level to the main 1st level of the house. There is no carpeting, which is good for allergy sufferers, and easier to keep clean. The bed in the master bedroom has a hard mattress, but I used a mattress pad to remedy that. We did not encounter the blaring security light coming in through the windows this time. For just 2 of us, this house offers plenty of privacy, space, peace, and quiet - which is what I seek when I vacation. This would be comprised by sharing the house with another couple, so consider your needs. There is one shower with amazing water pressure. The 2nd bedroom is up another flight of stairs (we don’t use it), is an open concept, and offers a beautiful view of the gulf. This location gives easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and boardwalk without having to drive. The accommodations are very comfortable, and amenities are practical and easy to use. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. The booking process, check-in, and check-out was simple and seamless. I do think it would be perfect for a family of 3 or 4 who are accustomed to living together and sharing space. You would need to baby gate the stairs (2 staircases) for littles or pets, and I believe there is one baby gate provided. We don’t use the side yard, but it is fenced but not shaded. We also don’t use the upper decks coming off the kitchen and bedrooms as they’re not shaded, but the one off the kitchen is a nice lounging area for sunrise and sunset. The screened sun porch is perfect for being outside but out of the sun, and there’s a ceiling fan, grill, table, and chairs for 4. A water spicket for sandy feet is located on the right side o

Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed at “the treehouse“ at 107 Ariola Dr. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time and noticed there had been some renovations done to improve the upstairs loft and the exterior. They have a full-size kitchen with everything you need and the beds are comfortable and the unique architecture makes it a really fun place to stay. There are a lot of decks to enjoy outdoors and it’s a super easy walk to the beach across a residential road straight to the path. We highly recommend “the treehouse”.
