This apartment has not been updated or seen repair in 10 years

Broken light in bathroom,loose toilet, painted bath (paint worn away). No shower curtain. No fan (had to purchase one!) No kettle. 2 old matresses on balcony. 2 broken chairs on balconey. cockroaches in apartment in kitchen and on bed (bed is mall and hard. No cleaner or clean bedding in 3 weeks had to hand wash bedding. pillows/bolsters dirty and old

point sur la location

l’appartement est très bien situé, ATTENTION....Par contre la partie couchage est lamentable, les matelas des 2 vieux clic clac, sont complètement usagés, bonjour les mal de dos! en plus il y en a un, il fait que 1.20m de large. vraiment à remplacer par du neuf.

Concrete jungle

Super view from the apartment of the bay and the Ocean, but we spent half our holiday trying to find a parking place within a mile of the apartment. Towards the end we found El Medano, a super small Spanish resort about 15 minutes down the coast. No hordes, no high-rises. Lovely.

Das Apartment war schmutzig das Geschirr und das Backrohr eine Gemeinheit, die Bettwäsche wusste man nicht ist sie gebraucht oder verwaschen es gab keine zum wechseln. Das Leintuch hatte Brandlöcher. Der Kühlschrank war defekt. Bekamen am nächsten Tag einen anderen und Bettwäsche. Handtücher die würde ich nicht einmal zum putzen nehmen. Alles in Allem eine Frechheit so ein Apartment zu vermieten . Man muss Endreinigung bezahlen geputzt haben mein Mann und ich damit der Staub weg ist und man sich baden kann. Im Badezimmer war keine Deckenbeleuchtung nur Funse beim Spiegel. Wir sind nach fünf Tagen ausgezogen, konnte nicht schlafen der Couchtisch ist die Stütze des Bettes. Wir haben drei Monate gebucht und auch bezahlt. Auf sms oder WhatsApp reagierte der Vermieter nicht. Da ich im selben Haus ein anderes Apartment gemietet habe , habe ich mitbekommen, dass das Apartment weiter vermietet worden ist. In der Zeit wo ich dafür bezahlt habe. ( zw. 24.1.18- Ende Februar). Habe vom 2.12.17-3.3.18 gebucht. Wir wollten eigentlich was mieten wo wir jedes Jahr überwintern können, aber ich werde diese Insel nicht mehr sehen.

It is what it is!!!

Apartment is ok it's not the ritz. It's situated on the 6th of an ex hotel (so expect some noise) overlooking the sea which is a nice view. Has plenty of pots for 2 people with fridge, kettle, oven etc.. bathroom is ok but no shower curtain so water goes everywhere and do take your own towels as the ones there are very small, the only thing letting this down is a proper bed as the sofa bed has seen better days and uncomfortable. There is a pool which is good for lazing around with a couple of cafe's on site. The resort is very quiet with 3 good restaurants, the titanic, Dakota and terresa and a good supermarket. If you want more choice then walk along the path past the Rui over a bridge follow rough path to Callao Salvaje with about 20 restaurants there, takes about 25 mins and only 5 euros for a taxi back. Try the Sorpresa for great ribs and steak or the Masala for fantastic Indian, Mad Hatter for entertainment. For more get the the bus 471 into playa 4 euros each way for 2 people. Overall though it's not bad but the cheap price reflects the accommodation so only 2 stars from us.

Wonderful relaxing break

The view makes the flat awesome. It was everything we needed. Basic stuff in flat but we had a great time - the view is the best bit!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Paraiso del Sur is a nice quiet complex located directly at the sea. If has got a lovely poll area with free sunbeds and children pool. Those of you that prefer to swim in the sea will find a sandy beach in a picturesque bay only about 150 meters away. The resort has got 24 hour security service to feel safe. Private parking (surcharge), and free wifi in reception hall.

If is the place to go for if you are looking for a nice relaxing holidays that helps you recharge your batteries.

Modern studio apartament on the 6th floor with stunning sea.

The apartament is spacious, 32m2 plus 8m2 balcony with incredible sea view. Nice little dining corner with wooden table and two stone benches , living area with a mini-bar and television (Digital Terrestrial Television), confortable doublebed with fitted wardrobe, fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Bathroom has a bath with towels.

Just outside the complex there are bus and taxi stop, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants and a wellness bath with bodybuildinig studio.

If you want to spend your holiday with friends, you have the possibility to book more apartaments within the same complex.

If you decide to rent the flat, just inform me though e-mail, then I will prepare you a booking reservation with a contract.
