Cozy and refined 27 sqm studio apartment featuring high-end finishes and hardwood floors, located on the first floor of an independent house (adjacent to the owners' home) with a garden. The ideal choice for travelers seeking peace, comfort, and a strategic base to explore Venice and the Veneto region.

Key Features:
• Strategic Location: located in the center of Favaro Veneto, in a quiet dead-end street. Direct bus and tram stops just a short walk away connecting to Venice, Mestre and Venice Train Stations, and Marco Polo Airport (only 5 km away). Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants within walking distance;
• Modern Amenities: ultra-fast Fiber Wi-Fi (FTTH) perfect for remote work, air conditioning, heating, TV, and access to a washing machine upon request;
• Outdoor Space & Parking: free parking space for cars and bicycles on-site, plus access to the front garden with a furnished terrace;
• Flexible Sleeping Options: Spacious room customizable with a double bed or two single beds, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, and an elegant bathroom with a multi-function shower. Bed linen and towels included.

The owners live in the adjacent unit and are always happy to share local tips for trips to Treviso, Padua, the Dolomites, the Prosecco Hills, etc.

Important Check-in Information:
• Late Check-in Fee: early check-in available upon request. Arrivals between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM are subject to a €30 extra fee;
• Legal Requirements: Mandatory ID presentation upon check-in for Police registration (TULPS law) and signing of a simple short-term rental agreement;
• Tourist Tax (payable on site, up to 5 consecutive nights):
High Season (Feb 1 – Dec 31): €4.00/night per adult (discounted rate for ages 10–16: €2.00).
Low Season (Jan 1 – Jan 31): €2.80/night per adult (discounted rate for ages 10–16: €1.40).
Free for children under 10.

Convenient unit near the airport but in a quiet residential area. Transit to the island of Venice takes about an hour. Good communication with the host and no issue when arrival time delayed by 7 hours.

Great stay

Cheaper than staying at a hotel. Simonetta was so kind and was able to answer so many questions about navigating down to Venice and local food options! Hope to visit again some time!

Friendly hosts and wonderful location

The property was clean and pleasant. The hosts were very helpful and very informative. We loved the location with gift shops and bakeries within walking distance. the bus was just 2 blocks away. We had a great time!

My friend and I were studying for a month, and we loved our stay. Amazing help from Simonetta. They even got us a safe when we asked. Room is small for as long as we stayed but it worked GREAT and was priced amazing. Quick 20 min bus to Venice downtown and Pizzalonga nearby was great! I would absolutely recommend this place for 2 people, but not more.

Perfect in every way!

We loved our stay! Bruno & Simonetta were great hosts and made us feel very welcomed! Everything we needed for our two night stay was available close by. Very short, easy bus ride into Venice! If and when we ever make our way back to Venice we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment

Simonette and her husband were great hosts. The apartment was extremely clean and air conditioned. Transportation(bus & tram)was easy to use and close to the apartment. It's about a 25 minute ride to Venice. I highly recommended staying here.

Home away from home

Simonetta's place gave us a real sense of home away from home. It was comfortable and clean and provided all the key things you would want. Being close to the bus and tram made it really convenient. We also loved the gelato place just round the corner. Thankyou Simonetta for b wonderful host.

Stay in Venice

We had a great stay here, it was a nice cozy place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. The bus was a short walk around the corner and took 30 mins to get into Venice. We had an issue during our stay and it was taken care of very quickly. Simonetta was very attentive and responsive for all questions we had.

Nice apartment

The owners met us as we drove up and helped us check in. They stayed and answered our questions on visiting Venice for the first time. Easy bus ride into Venice. Apartment newly remodeled and very comfortable. We recommend staying here.

Great accomodation : clean, modern and comfortable. Great location. The Host left us an information folder with details about local eateries and transport that was very helpful. I would recommend this host/accomodation to others and I would be more than happy to stay there again myself.

Great place

Cute place and owners where very helpful. Bus stop is about 1 minute walk which takes you straight to Venice in about 15 minutes. Place was very neat and clean for sure. We drove a rental car there and there was plenty of parking. Thanks, Louis and Karen
