Perfecto para descansar en familia

Perfecto. Tal cual aparece en las fotos. Cómodo, muy cerca de una playa limpia, de arena fina y agua muy cálida . Vistas del mar espectaculares , impresionante ver el amanecer y la puesta de sol desde la terraza del ático. Sin ruidos, con brisa constante y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones además de 2 equipos de AA. Los propietarios encantadores y atentos. Todo muy correcto.

Precioso ático

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este ático luminoso y amplio que cuenta con una espaciosa terraza. Bien decorado y limpio. Los dueños nos recibieron muy amables y nos recomendaron restaurantes de la zona, todo cerquita a pie. Muy recomendable. Volveremos!

Maria y Roberto son unas personas muy agradables que nos han aun recibido de las mejores formas (consejos, etc...) El apartamento estaba muy limpio y todo estaba listo para recibirnos. La vista al mar estupenda dèsde el piso! Todo reunido para pasar unas vacaciones exceptionales 😊 👍👍👍👍

Fremstod lys, ren og ordentlig. Her var en fantastisk udsigt.

Angående håndklæder kunne der godt være et lidt større udvalg til 3 personer, det samme gælder knive at spise med. Strandstolene var desværre i stykker og parasollen kunne godt have været i en lidt bedre kvalitet. En opfordring generelt når man lejer ud er, at udlejer ikke bruger vaskepulver med parfume, både af hensyn til mennesker med allergi, men også for os alle generelt, samt for vores miljø! Stor ros til udlejer vi fik en super behandling tusind tak for det, vi kunne godt tænke os , at komme tilbage en anden gang og vil anbefale lejligheden til andre.

Terraza con vistas espectaculares al mar

Hemos pasado unos días en familia en este ático y lo que más nos ha impresionado ha sido la magnífica terraza con vistas al mar y la playa muy recomendada para niños y para personas que busquen disfrutar de la playa. El ático tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para disfrutar de tu estancia. Se agradecen los 2 aires acondicionados de los que dispone.

Great family apartment

Ideal location. Short taxi ride from Alicante Airport. The area was predominantly Spanish, so a more cultured feel. The apartment had everything we needed, and now includes kettle. Everything was nice and clean with Maria welcoming us. Lovely sandy beach, which walked in the morning with a coffee at the Same Same bar. Buses are excellent still 1,50 euros, went to santa pola and did boat trip to tabarka on Maria's recommendation. Pool was often quiet with us sun bathing on the artificial grass by pool. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Brilliant apartment with everything you could need for a very relaxing holidsy

Have just returned from very restful holiday in this beautiful apartment. It was just as described. We were met by Maria's husband and their son who made us very welcome and showed us around. Maria was very helpful with any questions before and during our holiday. Area was quiet but had plenty of restaurants to choose from and buses to local areas were very good at 1.50 per journey. We had the lovely pool to ourselves and beach was so close as well. If you are looking for relaxing holiday I can highly recommend this apartment. Sheila

Apartment at Arenales del Sol

Lovely apartment in a lovely location. The owners were very friendly and helpful from the moment we started enquiring about the property until we were back home having enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks staiyng there. The apartment is about 20 mins from the airport via taxi in what felt like a very safe, friendly area. It is on the 8th floor (there are lifts)providing beautiful views and privacy.The apartment is spacious and clean with a well equpped kitchen - everything we needed except for a kettle . It is about a 10 minute walk down to a beautiful sandy beach which was busier on the weekends with locals but never crowded. There was a lovely promenade along the front with a real family feel yo it. The bus stop is round the corner to travel around the area- its about 30 mins on the bus to Alicante town. Our only comment would be that the supermarkets along the front were friendly and fairly well stocked . However as a family who prefer to mainly self cater we found that the closest larger supermarket chain (Mercadona or Lidl)were a bus ride away. We did succesfully manage home deliveries from the mercadona supermarket which worked really well but as we arrived on the sunday the earliest delivery was Tuesday to get us properly stocked up. The pool was lovely and we were generally the only people in it- maybe because we were there before the schools broke up? We would definitely recommend to family and friends who want a quiet, get away from it all holiday. The pictures on the website of the property don't really do it justice.

Fenomenal, vacaciones ideales

Hemos pasado 12 días muy agradables en este fantástico ático. Nos habían recomendado la playa de Arenales del Sol por ser una de las mejores playas de toda la costa de Alicante y solo puedo añadir que es una de las pocas playas en las que te puedes meter al mar sin ningún peligro. Muy apropiada para niños. Además el entorno es muy familiar. El ático es igual que en las fotos y nos encantó que el dormitorio de matrimonio tuviese dentro el cuarto de baño, lo que da más independencia. La terraza es espléndida y el salón y el dormitorio principal tiene maravillosas vistas hacia el mar. El ático es muy grande y el trato por parte de la propietaria ha sido perfecto. Sin duda volveremos el año que viene.

Very nice place to stay!

My family and I have just returned from our holidays in Arenales del Sol (June 2017). Amazing place, very child-friendly. Apartment was just as described, with outstanding view over the sea. Loved reading books on the balcony every evening with the sea-sounds in the background. Apartment was fully equipped, we only missed kettle and weren't quite satisfied with the dishwasher. It was plenty of space, rooms for all of us; clean and fine. It was parasol and beach chairs, beach towels and all the other things one might need. Perfect location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach, nice sand and water, no stones when you enter water! Good temperatures in early June, water was nice in the pool and in the sea. One little supermarked 7-8 minutes walk from the apartment, with everything necessary. Many bars and restaurants along beach-promenade. Nice and quiet place. Owners were helpful and was easy to "check in" and "check out". Warmly recommend it to everybody!

Our beautiful peaceful home away from home

We were so impressed when we walked into our apartment with view and the lovely decor. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos. As this was our first time renting through Home Away we were a little nervous but after communication with our gracious hosts, Maria an Francisco, once by Skype, we were at ease. They were most helpful and kind. The area was quiet and the beach lovely. We felt very much at home in the apartment and would love to go back again.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy positiva. La ubicación, el ático , el trato de la propietaria,..... el aparcamiento es amplio y siempre hay hueco, la piscina muy limpia y con un horario muy amplio, la playa es un pequeño paseo de 3 minutos, está al lado de todo. Aún cuando fuera hace calor abriendo las ventanas siempre hay corriente y se está muy fresco, no hace falta el aire en absoluto. Todos los dormitorios tienen su ventilador de techo. En resumen es un ático excelente, en un lugar inmejorable. Por ponerle una única pega es que para llegar a él desde la playa hay una pequeña cuesta, pero eso mismo hace que esté por encima de todo y corra una brisa en la casa todo el día.

apartamento completo muy bien situado

La estancia en este apartamento ha sido completamente satisfactoria. El apartamento estaba bien situado, como a unos 300 m del mar. Todas las habitaciones tenían ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado en el salón (que no llegamos a usar pues la corriente era maravillosa al estar en un octavo piso), estaban muy limpias y eran cómodas. Hemos estado un matrimonio con 2 niños y la verdad que hemos disfrutado de nuestras vacaciones. Gracias a Maria Jesús. Buena anfitriona.

Fantastic holydays

Perfect holidays !!!!!! We were a family of 4 in the apartment. A well equipped apartment in a mainly spanish resort. Excellent public transport routes are nearby including a bus to the airport that will save you Taxi fares of 20 Euros each way, the price to travel is only 1.50 Euro to anywhere on the same bus including Alicante, Elche and Santa Pola and of course the airport. The beach is perfect at Carabasi, It is really wonderful. The apartment area is family orientated with a fantastic pool but the beach is so nice we tended to use the beach even with our 8 month daughter. The water is clear and beach is very shallow. Walk straight from apartament to the beach. The apartment is clean and as plenty of the extras you would not expect. The best of the House is all but I loved the outside terrace. R. BEESMANS. Piso muy recomendable

El piso se encuentra exactamente en el mismo estado que se detalla en la web, aunque las vistas reales del ático son mejores que las de las fotos. Muy limpio, amplio y con todo lo necesario para una confortable estadía ( cantidades de toallas, sillas de playa, condimentos, vajilla, lavadoras, artículos de limpieza ... etc ) Hemos valorado mucho la cercanía de la playa, restaurants, confiterías, supermercados, farmacia... etc, como para no precisar movilizarnos en coche. Hemos recibido el soporte permanente de sus dueños, para cualquier necesidad que surgiera durante nuestra estadía.

Relaxation at a quiet beach on the Mediterranean.

Rooftop apartment was a short walk down to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and bus. Amazing views from balcony of the Mediterranean. Located about 20 min bus ride from Santa Pola and 30 min bus ride from Alicante, for more sightseeing and shopping! Apartment has necessary amenities and there is a nIce Pool also located on property. Great place for a beach holiday!

Completely stunning

From the outset of booking this fantastic apartment, we couldn't have chosen better. Contact with Francisco and Maria was always informative, helpful and quick. The photos don't do the apartment justice - this is one of those places where you walk in and go "wow". The entrance is gated, so parking is not a problem. The reception and lifts into the building are spotless. There is a large swimming pool that has sun umbrellas (but you'll need your own seats from the apartment), and this gets the sun till about 6pm. Then you get to this spacious, well appointed, immaculate penthouse. The views out of the main living room are stunning, the terrace has the sun all day long but there is a shade if you need it. Inside there are two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, again well equipped. The kitchen has a halogen hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine - everything you need, plus loads of plates, glasses and cooking utensils. There were loads of towels and plenty of extra sheets for fresh linen. The living room has a large flat screen TV although we took out own DVD player. The channels are spanish but there is a wide variety of them. There is an air conditioning unit, but we only used the windows which gave enough of a breeze for July's temperatures. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the beach - great down hill but it may be steep for some. There are some good local restaurants and places for tapas; one of the best things is that this is a resort mostly used by spanish, so you really feel like you're away from it all. There's only one little supermercado, but there are several larger shops within 10 minutes. I can't recommend this property enough - I always rent from homeowners and this is one of the most beautiful and fully equipped places that we've stayed in, helped by the wonderful owners. It really felt like a home away from home.

Todo perfecto, fantastico

Somos una familia de cuatro y hemos pasado unos dias fantásticos. Las vistas son preciosas, muy relajante ya que el ático es todo exterior. El ático esta muy ordenado y limpio no falta de nada. En todo momento estuvieron atentos los propietarios para darnos referencias del sitio y lugar, nos dejaron información de toda la zona . La playa y el sitio nos encanto, la terraza es extraordinaria y el ático todas las comodidades. Por supuesto que volveremos al ático. Los niños se apuntaron a un curso que impartían de vela. Fenomenal.

Très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse ou il est fort agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil avec une vue sur la mer. Habitation très bien équipé, calme et confortable. Bonne localisation,la plage est à proximité 5min à pied ainsi que quelques commerces de proximité. Aéroport à 10 min. Très content de notre séjour.
