Esperienza meravigliosa

Abbiamo deciso di intraprendere questo viaggio un pò fuori stagione, ma siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dal luogo. La casa è molto pulita e arredata con finezza e attenzione ai particolari. Gli host sono stati pieni di piccole attenzioni per noi. Ci hanno fatto trovare un "welcome basket" con prodotti tipici graditissimo e lasciato brochure sui luoghi di interesse nelle vicinanze. Sicuramente torneremo nella stagione estiva quando potremo usufruire della piscina. A presto!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana

Ein großen Dank gilt Silvia. Eine tolle Gastgeberin, die das kleine Haus mit sehr viele liebe zum Detail eingerichtet hat. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und Silvia stand einen jederzeit für gute Tipps und Ratschläge zur Seite. Im Haus ist alles was man benötigt. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wir hatten ihn 10 Tage nur für uns. Die Städte Pisa, Siena, Florenz sind gut erreichbar. Auch zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Aber auch Monteverdi Marritimo verzaubert mit seinem ganz besonderem Charme. Fazit: Ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr. Danke Silvia!

Toskana pur - abseits der großen Touristenströme

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse und Garten und Traumpool. In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Zentrum des hsitorischen Monteverdi (Alimentari, Restaurant, Gelateria). Dank seiner Lage auf dem Berg, ist Monteverdi abseits der Massen-Touristenströme. Strände, und mehrere bekannte Toskana-Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 30 bis 40 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Ideal für alle die Toskana pur geniessen wollen.

Tutto come da foto e descrizione! Perfetto!

Siamo stati tre notti presso questo appartamentino provvisto di tutto, e sono stati tre giorni perfetti! Silvia la proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare tutto in ordine e pronto per il nostro arrivo ed è stata a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Monteverdi è un bel borgo in cima ad una collina in mezzo al verde, ad una quarantina di minuti da spiagge molto belle come quella di Baratti! Inoltre la piscina è davvero una chicca per questo appartamento che è sicuramente un bel luogo per una fuga lontano dal caos della città! Grazie ancora Silvia per la cortesia e la precisione!! Se sarà possibile torneremo di sicuro...consigliato!!

Résidence Silvia de Pasqui / village de Monteverdi Maritimo

Le séjour dans l'appartement loué à Silvia De Pasqui a été très agréable avec un accueil charmant et des prestations correspondant à la description mentionnée sur le site. Propreté de l'appartement et mise à disposition des services disponibles de la propriété. Possibilité de ballades dans le chianti et sur le littoral assez proche sur les conseils de la propriétaire. La proximité du village de Monteverdi Maritimo où se trouvent des petits commerces et un bon petit restaurant est appréciable. Seul petit inconvénient l'aboiement répété et bruyant de chiens d'une maison proche en contrebas.

Ein idyllischer, ursprünglicher Fleck Ruhe mitten in der Toskana

Die Wohnung war für uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) perfekt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, inkl. Hand- und Geschirrtüchern. Auf dem Tisch stand ein kleiner Willkommensgruß mit Wein, Brot, Marmelade, Tee... Spülmaschinentabs, Spüli, Putzzeug, Kaffeefilter, Waschpulver, Weichspüler - alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist ein Traum - riesig und wir hatten ihn 10 Tage für uns allein. Zum Meer waren es ca 25 Minuten Autofahrt, nach Pisa 1 Stunde.

Il relax perfetto

Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno tra le colline di monteverdi, uno stupendo paesino a due passi dalla costa degli etruschi. L appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, abbiamo trovato un ambiente nuovo, confortevole, pulito e soprattutto rilassante. La piscina è fantastica e la proprietaria silvia è gentilissima, cortese e si è dimostrata assolutamente disponibile ad ogni nostra domanda o necessitá. Ci ha inoltre indicato tutte le attivitá e posti che vale la pena visitare nei dintorni. Che dire, fosse x me ci tornerei domani!!

Simply wonderful

We spent our honeymoon in this wonderful little appartment. All was perfect and clean. Our renter Sylvia arranged everthing with love in detail. On the table we find a welcome breadbasket with wine and food. She gave us a lot of tips and took care of us. She is a loveable person. You will find all as the pictures show you. All you need is available. A lot of romantic places are arround of Monteverdi and only 20 minutes to the sea. Our honeymoon was perfect. Great apartment and perfect hostess

Our trip this year led us to Monteverdi Marittimo. It is a neat little village between Livorno and Grosetto and it takes you only about 20 minutes with your car to the beach. We arrived about two hours later than expected, which was absolutely no problem. The hostess Silvia waited for us in the middle of the village and then took us a a little bit outside (2-3 minutes) to where the apartment is located. The apartment itself is exactly how it looks like in the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and fresh towels, provided by the hostess Silvia. She really cared about us and made us feel very comfortable. The pool is a further great feature of the apartment: It is filled with salt-water, which gives you a sea-like-feeling. Monteverdi has a little supermarket, where you can find everything for your daily breakfast - for lunch and diner there are a bunch of great restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back next year, if time allows us to. We had a great time in the apartment and would recommend it to everyone who needs a little time-out. Dewi & Nico from Germany

Great apartment and perfect hostess

This year our holiday trip led us to Monteverdi Marittimo, a neat little village in the heart of Tuscany. We planned everything via e-mail and Whatsapp with the hostess Silvia. From the beginning on she was very polite and sent us the address with a Google-Maps link - nevertheless we didn't find the village instantly and arrived about 2 hours later which was absolutely no problem for her. She waited for us in the center of Monteverdi and then took us a little outside (2-3 minutes, no problem to reach the center of the village via feet) to the apartment. The apartment itself has everything you need for 2 persons and also a couch for a third person: A perfectly equipped kitchen, big bed and a small table where you can have breakfast. The bathroom is well-provided with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and fresh towels are ready for your use. Also there is a little room to do the laundry if you wish to. The location is very close to the sea. It takes you about a 20-minutes-drive to reach the sea. We spent the days at the sea in a little city called San Vincenzo, it has a beautiful beach with sand and good restaurants are only one step away. The usual provisions can be bought in Monteverdi, where there is a little supermarket. So all in all we can say that we really really enjoyed our stay in Monteverdi and want to thank Silvia for her kindness and the little welcome present we received.
