We had a great time in this spacious apartment on a quiet location at 5 minutes walking distance to Colmar town centre. Privat parking place is included, which makes it easy for tenants with a car to visit several highlights of the Elzas from Strasburg to Mulhouse. Vincent is the perfect host, easy to contact and very helpful. We do recommend this apartment!

Location, location, location !!!

My friends and i thoroughly enjoyed this property..the location was perfect. Just a short five minute walk to the beautiful village of Colmar. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, museums, people watching, a wonderful little town. While exploring other villages in the area this was a great place to stay to do day trips. Thank you Vincent and hopefully I'll be back again sometime.

Excellent appartment at a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this appartment. Vincent was very helpful and communicative. The appartment is spacious, and an easy walk from the center of town. The only very minor detail was that the advertisment mentioned a bath, which was not there. Everything else was perfect!

Short Break at Lutiniere

What a lovely apartment - spacious, well equipped with everything you might need (including a lovely bottle of Alsace Wine in the fridge on arrival! - perfect!) and lovely owners who were very friendly and helpful. Stayed with our mother for a few days and it was well positioned as only a 10 minute stroll into the centre of the old town where there was plenty of choice of restaurants. Boulangerie only a few doors down the road (and another one 3 minutes walk away if that one is closed) which was great for croissants for breakfast every day. Superb countryside with the wine route on the doorstep with numerous pretty villages and ample wine tastings available. Also worth a drive is the Route Des Cretes which takes in some very twisty roads with fantastic views up to the Grand Ballon (1343m above sea level). All in all a superb break and will definitely visit again - thank you very much Katalin & Vincent. Andy, Angie & Irene

Nice Stay in Colmar

We found the location of the apartment very practical - near to little Venice and also the train station reachable by foot. Although it was hot in town in the afternoons we were able to keep the apartment cool and always enjoyed our return to our temporary home.
