A wonderful apartment at the center of Positano great location, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful view of the sea and mountains from the balcony. Comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Ana, the host was lovely and helpful

Great location close to everything

I have been coming to Positano for many years and stayed at many apartments through this area. This was close to everything but NOT swamped with the tourists and the buses. Great shops & restaurants at the entry of the apartment. Its about 10 stores north of the center T junction of the center of the main area. would stay there again tomorrow if I could! Very clean friendly owner whos helpful with details you'll need.

Excellent Experience!

Words can’t describe how great our time was at Anna’s property. The unit is very clean and comfortable, large bedrooms and living room made for a very enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Our favorite part of the property is the terrace overlooking the street. It’s a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon drinks, dinner or to read and watch the town go by. Anna was a perfect host, extremely helpful with securing reservations, local tips on where to go and a general overall warm welcome to Positano. Anna and her property were simply the best! Until next time!

Perfect Positano Stay

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. The photos don't do it justice. The apartment was bigger than we expected and the view from from the large balcony took our breath away! It is comfortable, spacious, clean, and safe. The location is perfect - there are many shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate area as soon as you walk down the stairs, and getting to the beach is an easy walk. Upon arrival, Anna greeted us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again, and look forward to doing so on our next visit. Anna and her sweet family helped make our holiday in Positano one we will never forget.

Positano Perfection

I can't emphasise how delightful Anna is and her apartment is divine. It's so close to the waterfront (there are porters to take your bags up because it's a busy pedestrian street up hill to the apartment) but when you get there it's just gorgeous. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen and dining/ lounge (washing machine a bonus after staying in hotels) but the magic is on the terrace the view is just as the photo shows - so lovely to sit out any time of the day. Anna was so kind she answered SO many questions before we arrived and then met us at the ferry on arrival day. I honestly felt like Anna was family by the time we'd met. We will definitely be back next time we come to Positano - thank you Anna.

INCREDIBLE VISIT TO POSITANO

Anna and Mamma Luisa met us with their welcoming smiles and open arms. We had a wonderful visit in their comfortable apartment and immediately felt right a home. The location was perfect , centrally located in the center of town and after 5 amazing days in beautiful Positano my wife and I agree…we MUST return for another visit to see ALL of our new friends in this incredible place…from Bartolo Da Gennaro at the Parking garage to Emilia at the Delicatessen and her Zia Elvira to Angela at Elisir di Positano and her daughter Georgia and all the other wonderful people we met during our visit…it all adds up to a most memorable experience! So Perfect......

From our initial contact to departure, Anna made our trip to Positano worry free and seemless. Her home afforded all the amenities needed and picture perfect views from the balcony. If being entrenched in the culture, walking distance to great shops, restaurants (Chez Black, Next2, Cafe Positano) and the beach is your desire then Anna's place is for you. Oh, and her son Marco was also a great help. Trust me, Anna and her family can't do enough for you. My only regret is that we didn't have the opportunity to spend more time with her. Hopefully, Anna's home will be available for our next adventure to Positano.

Positano family vacation

The home is located in a great spot and only a few minutes down to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had ample space for our family of 4 with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There is also a living room to gather. The owner, Anna, was fabulous and very attentive. Before we arrived, she gave us many ideas on what to do here as well as suggestions on where to eat. We were provided with easy instructions on how to access the property as well as use of some of the amenities. When the ferry was cancelled on the day of our departure, she helped us rearrange our travel plans and hire a car. She saved the day in what otherwise might have been a very stressful day. I would recommend this house to anyone who is coming to Positano.

Great Location/Kind Family

My husband and I just returned from beautiful Positano. Our stay at Casa Mami’s apartment was wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a balcony, a small kitchen etc.. with everything you need for your vacation. But most importantly, it is in a SUPERB location –a few steps away to everywhere: shops, grocery store, restaurants, the beaches, the Port where you can take daily ferries to different places (Capri, Alfami, Sorrento etc..). For breakfast we ate at Casa e Botega –across from the apartment, and buffet breakfast with made-to-order eggs/omelets at Il Palazzo for Euros 18 p.p. –a bargain in Positano!) Ana, her husband Antonio and their kids made us feel very welcomed. They even went out of their way to help us out with a health issue we had, and for that we will always be grateful. If we ever return to Positano, we will not hesitate to rent this apartment from Anna again. She also give you a lot of good tips to make your stay more memorable.

Great location, very nice property! Host is FABULOUS

This charming rental is in a premier location. Positano has many steps in various areas due to the inclines in the geography. Most of the restaurants and shops are on the lower level where there is a more gentle slope to the roads and fewer stairs down to the beach. This unit is no more than a 7 minute walk to the beach, and is right near prime shopping and great dining options. It has two bedrooms which are both large (at least 15x15 by my estimate) and a third living room which has two pullout sofas and a kitchen table. There is a GREAT balcony with views of the water - it is huge spans the entire front of the building. There is a galley kitchen with a fridge and a stove, we made espresso in the mornings. Two bathrooms. Separate air conditioning in-wall units in each room were very efficient to keep you cool. And Anna....is the MOST WONDERFUL host. It is like having your own personal concierge in Positano. She helped us with transfers from Naples train station, booked and/or suggested restaurants, made suggestions for activities and just shared local knowledge. She answered inquiries very quickly. Don't hesitate to book this gem. We would stay here again.

Anna apartment

We absolutely loved this property - so cozy and homey and perfect for our family of five. The location is wonderful right near the pedestrian entrance to the walkway to the beach and the balcony is fabulous people watching. Anna was an amazing host helping us with reservations and treating us like family. We would recommend Anna and this property 100%!!!

Very central and not much climbing

The apartment is centrally located and ideal if you do not want to climb up so many stairs which is how most villas are accessed. Anna was always very responsive and she gave a lot of recommendations for Taxis, restaurants and actually anything we needed before and during our stay. The apartment had almost everything we needed. We were 2 families staying together and with a toddler and baby and Anna thankfully was able to provide a bed and cot for the kids. I think only essential thing missing was an electric kettle which we we had to bring with us since we had a baby. Overall we had a beautiful stay in Positano and being able to move around easily. I would recommend Casa Mami.

Best location and host in Positano

Anna is a wonderful host who helped us in many ways. 1) spacious home in a great location - close to beach and restaurants 2) she provided many tips for restaurants and coordinated many restaurant reservations and also provided contacts for limo service to get to and from Positano. 3) house was very clean and organized with air condition - much needed in the summer months. We highly recommend and can not wait to come back for our next visit. Thank you Anna.

Mother and daughter trip to Positano June 2019

Our stay in Positano was absolutely amazing. I can’t stress enough how wonderful Anna the host was to myself and my daughter. She is such a lovely woman who went above and beyond to help make our trip the best! Her apartment has breathtaking views of the town and the sea. We were centrally located with many beautiful shops, cafes, and bakeries to choose from. Any question I had leading up to the trip as well as when we were there, Anna answered. She suggested amazing restaurants and made reservations for us. Anything we needed Anna helped us. I left Positano feeling like a made a friend. I will definitely be back to that beautiful place. And I will definitely stay at Casa Mami again. If your considering a place to stay in Positano look no further.

It was absolutely wonderful.... like family!

We booked our stay in Positano through the HomeAway site and from that moment, it was like we were planning a trip to visit with family. Soon after booking, Anna at Casa Mami, greeted us via email, offering to help us in any way that she could. And she helped us over and over. She gave us information on Tour companies, that could help with tours and transfers from the airport; she gave us restaurant options for dinner AND THEN made reservations for us for the three nights we were in Positano (each of the restaurants were delicious!); she gave us a wonderful idea of departing Positano via ferry, so we could take in the beautiful view from the sea; she gave us intricate details on getting to the port (even sending a picture of the stairs we would need to navigate with our luggage!); she recommended shops to purchase linen clothing and sandals, cafes for coffee, delicatessens for groceries and lunch. Along with all of that.... the apartment was wonderful!! Centrally located, spacious enough for our family of 4 adults, air conditioners that kept us cool during the warm nights and a beautiful view from the terrace that is etched in our memory forever. As we prepared to move on to the next leg of our trip, it was as if we were saying good-bye to beloved family as we said good bye to Anna and her family. We will never forget her or our time in beautiful Positano.

Terrific location -loved the balcony.

I stayed at casa mami for 6 nights in July -a family of 4. Anna is amazing host. Pre arrival she was very responsive and forwarded suggestions of what to do in positano. She also made contact with our driver from Naples and met us where the driver dropped us off. She was always on hand via what’s app for any queries we had during our stay and regularly checked in with me. Her young son Marco who was staying with Anna’s mother in the flat downstairs was terrific. The unit has a great balcony, large rooms, cooking facilities, 2 bathrooms (one with shower). The only improvement I would suggest is some more lighting in the bedroom. It is in a great location -10 mins or so from the main beach -amongst shops and restaurants. Anna was there when we checked out and went with us to meet our driver for our return to Naples. Anna helped make our stay in positano very memorable.

Terrific location & host

Anna is a terrific host! She made reservations for us at two great restaurants and arranged free shuttle pick up. The apartment is spacious and in a great location - close to the car pickup, above the shops, close to restaurants and the Colina Bakery (delicious!!!) and 10 minute walk to the beach. Love the balcony. It was especially nice having a washer/dryer and ironing board! It was also nice having Anna's Aunt across the hall to answer questions as needed. I was charged a refundable deposit when I booked the apartment and Anna issued the refund immediately with no hassle. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely rent it again.

A Perfect Place in a Perfect City

We had a perfect time at Positano thanks to Anna! We found her property extremely large, elegant, very clean and located in the center of Positano's restaurants, shops, and main beach. The main beach is a 10-minute walk while our favorite restaurant, Da Vincenzo, is only 5-minutes. The apartment also has a large size balcony with a perfect view of people and shops making you feel like you in the heart of Positano, Internet WiFi worked great, nice size bathrooms (one shower and one bath), central air conditioning, and much more. Anna is an amazing host as she knows all the restaurants and shops in the main square. She was always there for us! For example, she helped us book our wedding anniversary dinner at Ristorante La Sponda (which is usually booked a month in advance). I also highly recommend using Anna's recommended private driving service. It was a breeze getting from the airport to her apartment.
