We had a great time here. The location was perfect and quiet. There was tons of parking under the house and in the front. We decided to have Thanksgiving at the beach and this house provided enough space for both our parents and us to stay. We did bring pretty much all cooking supplies with us and glad we did the house is VERY limited on kitchen baking and tools. Not a deal break at all but just a heads up for future, if you plan on making meals at home while on vacation. Since it was a bit chillier we stayed inside. We loved your coaches but unfortunately it couldnt accommodate all of us to hang out and watch a movie or football again just small things. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a little less stressful holiday. I think we will be back for sure.

House was great with few exceptions. Needed more general seating for Tv watching and indoor socializing. Couches only seat 6 ! Need more kitchen accessories- casserole dishes, pot holders, additional plates and silverware, bowls. Lower rack of dishwasher doesn’t fit properly.Hampers in bedrooms would be great for laundry. Outdoor porch with furniture is wonderful! A grill would be wonderful too.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The location of the property was great. We could walk right out onto the beach and it wasn’t crowded this time of year. However, when you pay a hefty cleaning fee one expects the house to be clean. Upon checking in, we had to make our own beds (which were stained), tubs/showers were dirty, food trash left inside cabinets, dust and hair all over the floors, and kitchen wasn’t very clean. The property is in need of maintenance but that is expected for rentals. We didn’t let these things dampen our family time and overall it was a nice vacation to Myrtle Beach.

La Esmeralda stay

Overall we were happy with our stay. The pool was great, and was cleaned three times during our weeklong stay. Very appreciated. The house was clean upon arrival. The house could use some tlc, pain touch up and the laundry room and first floor bedroom door didn’t open and close properly. Be prepared to bring everything you will need during your stay. The only kitchen essentials that were supplied were the basics. Not even salt and pepper.

Great house!

This house has a great layout, newly remodeled with nice finishes. Beds were comfortable. Could have used more plastic wear (glasses, ect.) for the kids considering no glass is permitted around the pool. Location along the beach was lovely, but a little more crowded than what we expected. Overall, the house is beautiful and we would stay again!

Great location

So close to the beach the older children could walk back to the house themselves. Very comfortable beds. The new upgrades are amazing and the cleanliness was outstanding

Great location and lots of room!

The beach is very empty right here, which we loved. The pool was a nice feature. There was plenty of space for my family of 7 to be comfortable and still have extra room. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. The sofas were very gross, so we sat on towels, but they left us plenty of towels so it was no problem. We had to make our own beds, but I think that might be COVID-19 related, so I didn’t hold that against them. The pool area needs a table, and the beach access needs to be trimmed back so you don’t have to step through briars. Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc not included, so bring your own. Dog friendly, which was nice (although we were told by a local that the beaches don’t allow dogs during the summer, so you should check into that before you bring a dog.) We would definitely stay here again.
