ビーチは、ゲート付きプールエリアの小道を少し歩いたところにあります。 ビーチ旅行をさらに快適にするために、ビーチタオル、ビーチチェア、傘、クーラー、砂のおもちゃをご用意しています。 プールエリアでくつろぎながらビタミンDを摂ったり、温水プールとホットタブをお楽しみください。

The overall stay was great. The location, and the beach access was wonderful!! The beds were comfy. All the beach items were nice and fun to use. The amenities were in abundance… towels, washcloths beach towels. That was a plus!!The balcony doors were extremely hard to open. The dryer sounded weird when we tried to use it to dry towels but it didn’t work.

Excellent location right on the beach. Property has everything a family could need for a beach vacation. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards for the kids and a small cooler were all provided along with pool toys and plenty of towels. While we were there the clothes dryer didn’t work and the hot tub was only lukewarm but they were working on both so hopefully those are fixed.

Overall - a great visit. We chose this option for the heated swimming pool (but it was ice cold the 1st few days) and the jacuzzi (water was luke warm, no jets)- the condo itself was very nice and it’s a good location.

A really nice condo with excellent proximity to the beach. We were able to go setup camp and go in and out as needed with ease. There is some water damage on the ceiling and walls, but overall it was a great place.

Great Location for Fully Enjoying the Beach

A beach-front view and easy access to come and go makes all the difference when you're at the beach. The apartment was very well outfitted for beachgoers and access, and even when we were inside, the view couldn't be beat. The sunrises were spectacular.

Perfect location!

This place has everything you need to enjoy some relaxing time with your family ! From beach towels, umbrellas, chairs. And don’t forget about the beautiful views from the balcony! Definitely coming back !

Great girls trip

We had an excellent stay at this property! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the provided beach supplies were incredibly helpful, as it meant we didn't have to pack as much. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

This property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of sand and shells. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. We added to the sand castle toys and left them for the next family. Bring your own coffee! Other than that I would book again.

Family trip with teens

Clean and roomy property. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Well stocked kitchen with good ice maker in freezer. Everything needed for the beach-chairs, umbrella, boards, sand toys. A/C is cold. We drive, but could fly in with only a suitcase of clothes and be set for the trip. Easy walk to Wanna Wanna’s or Clayton’s for frozen drinks. Always a good stay with The Condo Ladies!!

Beautiful view!

Once we finally got into the condo it was awesome. We had issues getting the code & communication was difficult with the manager, I suggest texting the door codes to renters. Once inside the view was wonderful & it was very clean! A+

Very close walk to the beach. Plenty of shower towels, they supplied chairs and boogie boards for the beach, everything you need to be able to cook. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Best condo I've stayed in so far. Very clean. Elevators and carts to carry your belongings upstairs. 10/10 recommend.

WONDERFUL!!!

I really cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is fantastic and it is such a nice thing to have covered, reserved parking. The unit is beautiful and furnished with ALL of the things you will need for your stay including beach toys, chairs, a cooler, umbrella, etc. Every kitchen tool you will ever need is furnished as well. All beds are comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. And THE VIEW is absolutely incredible. I could watch the waves for hours. Literally steps from the beach. We will definitely be back.

Spring 2023

Condo was clean and as pictured on the VRBO site. The washing machine was not usable, and never got fixed during our stay, which was disappointing. Parking was difficult in designated parking space with a pickup truck, but fortunately we could park outside. Pool was chilly, but we were happy to go in the hot tub instead. Very close to the beach with a lovely view. Having a kitchen counter cleaning product would have been nice to have. Overall a good trip.

We just purchased this unit and have just updated it. We have several rental units on South Padre and it's definitely our happy place. There are so many things to entertain, or just sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in.
