It's now updated and soooo beautiful! Your condo sleeps 6 and is literally steps from the beach and 3 1/2 blocks to Wanna Wanna (see photos)! Steps to Beach is the bold red line and short walk to Wanna Wanna is bold blue line. Security Cameras on site!

This condo is part of the Marbella 4-plex and provides for a quiet and comfortable, family-friendly stay.

Beautifully furnished condo is ready for you to call home for a while. Downstairs unit has walkout from master to pool area with heated pool and hot tub. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Free WiFi with Smart TV's in the bedrooms and living room.

Queen Ashley sleeper sofa and recliner and swivel papasan. Dining table seats 6 and bar seating for 4. New King bed in Master Bedroom. Newer queen bed in second bedroom. All new Kitchen appliances and sink faucet in 2024. Granite countertops. Beach wagon and Beach towels provided.

Main bedroom has King bed with large closet and Main bath with large tiled shower. 2nd bedroom has queen bed with large closet. Hall bath has tub/shower combo.

Stay with us and you will not want to go back to large complexes or big hotels every again!

Laundry closet contains washer and dryer. -

We are sure you will enjoy this spacious condo with family and friends! This condo stands out with location, easy access to beach and Wanna Wanna Bar. Off street reserved parking allows for 2 cars saves the hassle of making sure you have a parking spot. We want you to be happy in our home, please take care of it and come back often!

Best beaches in Texas are well kept and full of life, great offshore fishing options, world class kiteboarding/windsurfing, Tandem parachuting, parasailing, horseback riding, waterparks, birding/ turtle centers and movie theater on the same blocks the condo!

So many Shopping and dinning options to choose from! Reach out to us and we will share our favorites!

Beach access is directly across the street, walk a couple blocks north on the beach to find Wanna Wanna beach bar and restaurant! Further down the beach you will come across the biggest beach deck in Texas at Claytons that has fireworks every Friday and Saturday nights starting at 9:15! Walk South on the beach to Palms Cafe for fine dining and great views!

Our beach access is less busy than most as its mostly single family and oceanfront homes. The large complexes are further south with the large hotels further north. Enjoy the islands free shuttle service to get around town or take one of the island taxi's which offer rales similar to Uber. The walking/bike paths are well done and provide great access to bike the entire city limits, everything is close so get out and explore! This condo and location is perfect for a truly enjoyable vacation.

It was great. The only thing we would change is having the pool lights be put on a timer that automatically turn off when pool closes. The light shone directly into our window.

Beautifully kept and updated kitchen appliances since our last stay two years ago. This is our second time at this property and we hope to book again very soon. We could not have had a better stay on the island. The beach, Dollar General, Wanna Wanna Bar/Grill and Blackbeards are a short walk. My wife and I highly recommend this property. We cannot say enough about the incredible times we have had there. Great memories.

Awesome condo-so close to the beach!

This was our first time in SPI. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Super easy walk to the beach... Which I was worried about. But it was perfect. We could easily run back to the property to grab items missed/forgotten.Check in/out was a breeze. I would stay here again. We had an amazing time!

Spent 6 days with another couple. Really enjoyed our time at Terry's 4 plex. Our unit had ample room, well maintained and very clean. We will definitely rent from Terry again.

Great retreat

Went with my sisters for a retirement celebration. Was relaxing enjoyable. Well equipped. The host was very responsive. The location was perfect . Only one tiny concern was one bathroom had an odor. But not enough to bother us . We closed the door and used the other bathroom more

Wonderful stay! As advertised and even better!

I only have good things to say about this property. Its a really short walk to the beach. We stayed the week of July 4th and the beach wasn't crowded. The home was well kept and have everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was an extra plus. The upstairs even had music blaring from their patio and you couldn't hear it from the back bedroom. Owner was very responsive and kind. I hope we can stay here again for future vacations.

June Mini Trip

The property was great. We had a few issues in that the pullout couch bed was broken at the time. The beds were very high (my husband is a double amputee) & had trouble getting him on the bed (but we made it work). Overall the condo was perfect!

I arrived one hour early than my check in time, I asked the Owner if I can check in , she was quick to respond and was nice to allow me to settle in little early, the place was clean and had everything I needed for my stay also it is close to the beach has a pool and it was just perfect, I would definitely go back.Ty

Thank god we paid for the insurance!

Whatever you do, do not cook on the cook top. We used it 3 times during our stay but the day we left we got a message saying we damaged the stove! It looked like the cleaning person scrubbed it with a brillo pad and then the owner claimed it was our fault! They did not have any glass top cleaner so my guess is the wrong product was used to clean it. Super stressful, and out of all the vbro's we've stayed at, this was our worst experience. The location is ok, you have to cross the street to get to the beach but there is a nice public access point close by. The hot tub temp was locked at 105 degrees and the pool was nice and warm while it was 60 degrees. They also had the microwave locked so you couldnt use that aswell. For a week long stay they do not offer any laundry soap so dont get the beach towels dirty. Other than being treated like vandals by the host the stay was pretty nice but this host is chisty when it comes actually using appliances. We cooked a hotdog on the indoor grill thing, im shocked they arent trying to get a new one of those aswell. Great place to stay if you dont plan on cooking meals for yourself and like using dirty beach towels.

September weekend

great time of year to visit; we had the place/pool to ourselves (4 condos on property). just steps to the lovely beac with beach chairs provided. Kitchen was perfect and had necessary condiments which was appreciated. pool and hot tub were wonderful; although hot tub could have been cleaner. pool furniture fabric was getting sun weakened and very close to tearing but it is the end of the season. Definitely plan to return!
