Deux Rois is located in one of the premier buildings in downtown West Palm Beach, this 2 bedroom with KING sized BEDS and 2 bathroom condo with dramatic 12 foot high ceilings and private entry has a Walk Score of 93%, making it a certified “walkers paradise”.

Walk or Bike to the beach everyday – it is 1.1 miles to the Atlantic Ocean! A short 2 blocks from The Square & Kravis Performance Center, the Convention Center, 6 blocks from Clematis Street. 1 mile to Worth Ave in Palm Beach – a shopper’s paradise.

If you have a car during your stay, you have a bonus over all listings in West Palm Beach. Your unit has a relaxing terrace with a private entry that leads you right to your private permitted parking space.

As if this is not enough, this building has a gorgeous landscaped pool & spa terrace – a huge fitness center, clubhouse and business center. The building also has 24 hour concierge & security.

Most EVERYTHING in this unit is BRAND NEW! All flooring, bathrooms, furniture, mattresses, bed and bathroom linens.

King size beds in each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms – Master bath has a soaking tub. Well appointed kitchen comes stocked with cooking/serving utensils.

Washer/dryer in unit. Wireless internet and smart TV included.

Perfect condo for professionals on business or couples visiting for pleasure. This is an ideal location for anybody who wants easy access to business ventures, beach time or a night on the town.

The Neighborhood
There are so many fantastic restaurants, museums, music venues within walking distance, some less than a block away. It's the perfect location for runners/walkers/bikers as well.

There are 2 entrances to the unit, one from the common interior building corridor and one private entry from the outside/sidewalk on Tanglewood Court.

There is visitor parking at the building for visitors, you have to just have them get a pass from the concierge.

Awesome accommodations

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our short term stay. The accommodations are excellent and the host is a fantastic person! Very accommodating and caring to make sure all our needs were met! I highly recommend “Deux Rois”!

My husband and I stayed in this fabulous rental for the month of February. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Beautifully furnished and maintained. Kitchen was completely outfitted with nicest dishes, wine glasses and anything you would need to cook a delicious meal. Outstanding location: a few minutes from the beach with plenty of street parking, walk to City Place with tons of restaurants, movie theater and Publix. Pool area on 5th floor was great. Loved our stay and hope to return very soon. Private street parking right outside your door.

Comfortable, convenient and well appointed kitchen!

My husband and I just spend a month in this fabulous condo which is beautifully decorated and has comfortable mattresses with buttery soft sheets and a comfy sectional sofa. (I always look closely at the beds and living room furniture when renting from VRBO - there's nothing worse than spending a month on uncomfortable furniture no matter how much money it saves you!) This upscale condo is conveniently located in the downtown area central to Clematis Street - where everything's hopping, to City Place - where you'll find great shopping and the beach! There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We like to cook, so the well appointed kitchen was a big plus. There is so much to do in West Palm Beach. We enjoyed taking evening strolls to the waterfront which is only 2 blocks away, taking the trolley to Clematis (the trolley stop is at the end of the block). We usually drove over to the beach so we could take our beach gear with us, but for anyone not driving down, there is a golf cart service that picks you up and takes you where you want to go for tips - how great is that!? We enjoyed the use of the pool, hot tub and gym w/steam rooms located on the 5th floor of the building. One of the greatest conveniences is the parking which is literally out the door and down the steps. We would love to go back again soon and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to spend a month in West Palm Beach. The owner, Julia and the property managers are very nice and extremely easy to work with. It was such a great experience, I can't say enough good things about our trip in this space!

Class, Convenience and Charm!

We just returned from this newly furnished property featuring designer touches throughout and a floor plan that easily accommodates four comfortably. The two bedroom and two baths are abundant in size and are dressed with quality linens and bedding and full walk-in closets for the heavy packer! The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for any cook in the group. If cooking isn't your thing than you can walk to the dozens of restaurants that flank nearby City Place and Clematis Street, just minutes away. If you want to relax, the beautiful pool and surrounding deck are pristine and the lounge chairs are extremely comfortable. We took advantage of the adjacent work out room and finished off our evenings with a dip in the relaxing jacuzzi. If outdoor sports and exploring are your thing all of this is just steps away. We biked one day throughout WPB then rode across the south bridge to PB. The Lake Trail was a beautiful way to view both areas and we circled around and shopped Worth Avenue where some of the best shopping in the country exists. We also stopped at the beach which is a straight shot from this property that is walkable for you walkers or a quick 8 minute drive if you want to bring the beach gear. Entertainment was everywhere including a farmers market near the waterfront, art shows, kids attractions, museums, water sports and at night we took in a comedy show and a performance at the Kravis Performing Art Center. Even though this unit is in the heart of the city it had a very quiet and private feel to it. The additional outside entrance from the unit to the street made this extremely accessible when coming and going. The only disappointing thing to this adventure was having to go home. Even so, the airport was a quick 12 minute ride so that allows more time to enjoy everything this property and area offer. We will certainly go back and will stay longer because we just scratched the surface and know there is more to explore. You will not be disappointed, this property truly has class, convenience and charm!

Large two bedroom two bath beautifully appointed with large wonderful kitchen.

Large two bedroom, two bath condo with a well applianced kitchen, stocked with complete cooking utensils and an excellent supply of appliances. The condo is located two blocks from the inter coastal waterway and an easy walk to the closest supermarket and downtown West Palm Beach. Less than than a mile to open ocean at Palm Beach Island. We managed easily without a car. Walk to entertainment, museum, theater and an excellent public library with classes and lectures. This place is a perfect A#1.

Wonderful spacious condo and superb location

This is a lovely condo, spacious and very clean. We stayed for the month of January 2016 and enjoyed every day. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was available and responsive when we had questions. The location was near to every place we wanted to go; we did not need to rent a car at all. We recommend this condo unconditionally!
