Welcome to this typical Majorcan house with capacity for 6 people. It is situated 10km from the town of Manacor, in an agricultural setting of the "Serra de Llevant".

In the exteriors of this property, you can relax in the garden, admiring the beautiful view, sunbathing on one of 6 loungers, read a book under the umbrella or cool off in the chlorine pool of 6 x 3m and a depth ranging from 0.60m to 1.40m. The house features also a large porch, terrace with mountain views, barbecue and orchard.

The interior of the house has 140m2 distributed on one floor, and consist of living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, laundry and 3 bathrooms. In the same spacious area you will find the fully furnished living room, dining area furnished with table and chairs and the equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils needed to cook comfortably. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.There are 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower; and the other two have two single beds each. There are 2 more bathrooms with shower. For younger guests we can offer a cot and a highchair.

This nice house is situated only 10 kilometers from the town of Manacor, known for its pearl factory and numerous quality furniture stores. In the center you can go shopping and also try typical Mallorcan meal in one of the excellent restaurants. If you like hiking, you can do so in the called "Via verda", where used to pass the railway to the town of Arta. Today, it is a very charming way for cyclists and hikers.

The eastern coast of Mallorca, cca 20 min driving, is full of wonderful beaches. In Porto Cristo you will find a nice sandy beach, but also a harbor, restaurants and the famous Caves of Drach. These caves will surprise you, by their stalagmites, stalactites and underground long called Llac Mantel. Cala Millor is ideal for having a drink at night or visit the zoo safari, where especially children will enjoy. Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S'Illot and Cales de Mallorca are just a few examples of beautiful eastern beaches of fine sand.

The property is stunning, with different seating areas surrounding the Villa. This was wonderful so as the Sun rotate you can move accordingly. The inside is really spacious perfect for the five of us .

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Everything is new. The owners are lovely and took very good care of us, providing us with everything we needed for our baby, even going to extra mile and lending is a baby swing and buying a baby bath! We were able to pick our own vegetables, too. Loved it and highly recommend it!

Super ausgestattete Finca. Von Toaster, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Pürierstab über Kinderspielsachen uvm. war alles da. Rundum zufrieden. Der pool wurde jeden morgen gereinigt und von den dort lebenden Hühnern gab es jeden morgen Eier zur Verfügung gestellt.

Un alojamiento más allá de nuestras expectativas. Tranquilo ( único ruido, las campanas de las ovejas, relajante ), en plena naturaleza, muy bien equipado, acondicionado y decorado en relación con la isla de Mallorca. Todo está allí para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas, nuestros hijos nunca querían irse. Wunderschöne Finca - in Echt noch toller als auf den Fotos! Wir haben das Poolbett geliebt, tagsüber wie auch abends um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Die Finca ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Homerti ist immer gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Sie kommen auch jeden Tag vorbei (das kriegt man gar nicht mit da sie so früh morgens kommen) und haben uns sogar neue Poolkissen gebracht als unsere voll verregnet wurden. Toller Service! Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass man den Abfall am letzten Tag selber entsorgen muss. Für uns ein riesen Stress, da wir um 6.30 Uhr am Flughafen stehen mussten und die angegebene Entsorgungsstelle so früh noch nicht geöffnet ist....

Wir waren eine Woche auf der Finka C'AN BOTO mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern. Alles ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sie liegt sehr ydillisch und man kann die Ruhe geniessen. Zudem ist sie sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wird sehr Früh Morgens der Müll geleert + der Pool gereinigt, so dass man hiervon nichts mitbekommt. Die Gastgeber waren zudem sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Es gab jeden Tag frischer Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Zitronen vom Baum. Die Finka können wir anstandslos weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

Wunderschöne und idyllische Finca mitten im nirgendwo.

In der Finca gab es alles was man braucht von Tischtennisplatte mit Equipment bis zu einen Außengrill wo man auch perfekt Fisch grillen kann. Wir waren zu 4 da aber ist genügend Platz für 6 Leute. Hühner gibt es auch und haben uns mit frischen Eiern versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Alles sehr sauber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Finca wämstens empfehlen. Die Beistzer sind sehr freundlich. Wechseln sogar die Bettwäsche und Handtücher (1x in 10 Tagen) . Alles ist sehr neuwertig und gepflegt. Man kann Tomaten, Zitronen äpfel und eier aus dem eigenen Garten holen :)

Lovely peaceful villa around 15 minutes drive from Manacor and 25-30 minute drive from several east coast beaches. Excellent outdoor facilities with BBQ, several dining tables and table tennis. There are 12 chickens at the back of the villa and we loved getting fresh eggs in the morning. We also enjoyed having lemon and fig trees and some tasty vine tomatoes growing in the garden. The decor inside the villa was typically Spanish and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere peaceful with beautiful surroundings to recharge your batteries.

A perfect getaway!

We loved every minute there. A beautiful, spotless clean villa in a secluded location - everything we needed for a fabulous week. Wonderful rural location with lots of wildlife, glorious sunsets and stunning starry nights. Thank you Estoban who came before we were awake to check the pool, empty the bin, feed the chickens and usually left us some eggs and fruit :) It was a special holiday to celebrate my husband's 65th and my 60th birthday and our children and their partners joined us .. it was perfect!

No excuse not to relax!

We had a lovely stay in the villa, plenty of space and cleverly positioned outside seating areas. Great location but need a hire car. The chickens were fun company with fresh eggs every day (thank you). Pool was smaller than it looked in the photos but the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again.

This place is truly great. Very private and remote with a very tastefully arrange garden/grounds/pool area. For us, the outdoor space did it the most! Especially the fresh tomatoes from the vine that we were allowed to pick and the fresh eggs that we could get every morning. The inside of the house is also comfortable (we used it less because it was summer time) but you will find all you need there: the kitchen is quite well outfitted in terms of small appliances and the bathrooms were recently renovated as far as we could see. We would definitely recommend this place if you seek peace and quiet in the beautiful Majorcan countryside!

Der perfekte Familienurlaub

Wir waren Ende Juli für eine Woche mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern da. Die Finca ist super sauber und gepflegt. Jeden Morgen kam ein sehr netter Herr, vermutlich der Eigentümer, vorbei und hat sich um den Hof und den Pool gekümmert. Mit etwas Glück gab es sogar frische Eier, Melonen und Tomaten aus eigenem Anbau. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kinderbett,-Stühle ( auf Anfrage) ,- Geschirr und ein bisschen Spielzeug ist ebenfalls vor Ort. Auch liegen bei Anreise große Handtücher für den Pool bereit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr ruhig. Dadurch, dass die Finca außerhalb liegt, braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Bis zu den schönen Stränden von Porto Cristo und nach Cala Millor braucht man lediglich 25 Minuten, zum Flughafen ca 40 Minuten. Fazit: Der perfekte Urlaub für Familien!

Wonderful - Peace and quiet in the country!

Recently returned from a weeks stay at Can Boto. We were met by the family who own the property and shown around. First impressions were that it was a beautiful property which proved to be correct. All the furnishings and outdoor furniture appeared to be new - everything was in great condition. The house was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Given that it is a stone house it meant that we hardly ever used the aircon. The house is surrounded by fields and the only "neighbours" we could see were the sheep and the chickens! There is a chicken run on the property - it was great to open the kitchen window in the morning and see them! The owner of the house came early every morning - while we were still in bed!- to water the plants and collect the chickens eggs. It was lovely to go outside in the mornings as he would leave us fresh eggs every day as well as fruit and vegetables from the farm. We had a problem with the cooker while we were there one day - however a call to the owners resolved this and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The property is on the outskirts of Manacor and is only around a 10 minutes drive to stock up there at the supermarkets. The resorts of Cala Millor and Porto Cristo are only around a 20-25 minutes drive away. You definitely need a car for staying here. I would stress that Can Boto is the sort of place that you would go to for peace and quiet which really suited us - there was only two of us there. The only slight "gripe" I have about the property was that whilst it was wonderful it was completely bereft of "basics" such as salt/pepper/sugar/kitchen roll, etc so perhaps think of this before you get your shopping. In all other Majorca properties we've rented there was always basics there - just a suggestion! We left all of our foods and kitchen rolls so hopefully the next occupiers were able to use this. As I said this was only a small gripe and in no way lessened our enjoyment of the property. So for a couple or for friends looking for some quiet in the country, I would not hesitate in recommending Can Boto!
