This lovely house with a private swimming pool, located at Cala Blava just a few minutes driving from Palma de Mallorca, will make feel 6 guests like at home.
Welcome to this mediterranean style house, with an 8m x 4m chlorine swimming pool, and a depth ranging that goes from 1m to 1.9. The terrace with six hammocks, beside the beautiful garden, ideal to relax under the majorcan sun, or prepare a tasty barbecue at the afternoon with your loved ones. Or play a tournament with your family at the ping- pong table! There is an external shower perfect to use after a swim. The gorgeous smell of the flowers at the facade and all the atmosphere makes this place so peaceful and such a mediterranean experience. There are direct neighbours but a lot of privacy as the property is fenced.

Indoors, is decorated with white and pastel colours, making you feel a very calm sensation. There is a comfortable living-room, with TV and a ceiling fan, a totally equipped gas kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a third one with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath. Besides, there's 1 exterior toilet.

You will also find a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The bedrooms have views to the garden or the courtyard. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair.

Located at the quiet residential area of Cala Blava, you can go walking to the beach. We also recommend to visit Playa de Palma, Son Verí cove or the idyllic Es Trenc beach. You can drive with easy access to Palma de Mallorca, and enjoy the wide range of culture, leisure, shops and nightlife offer. Don't miss La Seu Cathedral, Castillo de Bellver and the legendary old town, with its flowery courtyards and flagstoned streets. If you like fashion, you can go shopping to Paseo del Borne, Plaza Mayor and all the surrounding streets. There are a lot of traditional and modern restaurants and bars, coffee shops and discos that make this city so special!

Note: This property cant accept under 30 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every guest to accept the reservation.

Horrendous - don’t book this villa

Pool covered in leaves & tree debris; has tiles missing, doesn’t look like photo. No aircon.Price of villa warrants aircon as standard. We were sent email asking to keep windows & doors shut to avoid use of aircon This suggests air con was provided. There were mediocre fans provided - noisy & not fit for purpose. Kitchen old. Some cutlery was silver coated plastic. Kettle didn’t have a switch. Coffee machine took 30 min & owner forgot to remove masking tape off wall. Veranda was dust covered; No effort made to make area useable. The bathroom sealant is old, mouldy. The shower curtain was awful. In Bedroom half painted and backing paper up to hide damp. Hedge runs alongside drive was overgrown and scratched our car resulting in repair costs by the rental company . We are experienced drivers with nice cars. We don’t scratch cars. Leave your car parked on the street in front of the gate as owner wont pay for a sign asking public not to park directly outside the gate. We waited 3hrs for some 1 to move car which spoilt our evening. We asked owner and Vrbo for help and received none. In villa are signs telling guests to be quiet and not disturb the neighbours.The neighbours played music well into the night. I could hear Tom Jones’s voice for hours. We were chatting by the pool and someone Shhhh’ed us.If you wish to see pictures of the villa in its condition and the gate being blocked repeatedly please email: jostocks11@hotmail.co.uk Property is tired and in dire need of revamp a

Das Haus ist innen spürbar heruntergekommen. Teilweise fielen sogar die Steckdosen aus der Wand. Ein Early-Check-in war unverständlicherweise nicht möglich, obwohl das Haus vorher nicht benutzt wurde. Der Außenbereich war gut und wird regelmäßig in Schuss gehalten.

Ottima location, casa in ordine e consegnata perfetta con self-check-in. Piscina ideale x un relax pomeridiano. Comodo il bagno di servizio esterno e la doccia all’aperto. Dotata di tutti i servizi: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde e forno tradizionale. L’interno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata, ma l’esterno è davvero top. Unica pecca: la mancanza dell’aria condizionata. Basterebbe aggiungere un paio di pale nelle stanze da letto x migliorare il riposo notturno.

Toll gelegene und gestaltete Finca mit Pool und gemütlichen Aussensitzbereichen. Die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich ok, aber folgende Dinge bedürfen einer Renovierung/Erneuerung: - Betten - Spiegel - Küchenausstattung Toll waren - die großzügigen Kühlmöglichkeiten für Getränke und Lebensmittel - Außendusche und -Toilette - Ausrichtung des gesamten Objektes hinsichtlich der Sonnenrichtung

Eine sehr erholsame Zeit

Eine sehr erholsame Zeit, in einer traumhaft schönen Unterkunft. Der Pool ist direkt vor dem Haus und die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend wo man richtig entspannen kann. Das Haus ist geräumig und dann hat verschiedene Rückzugsräume. Eindeutig empfehlbar, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kontaktlose Übergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt, auch die Abwicklung mit der Kaution gegen unkompliziert von statten.

Private pool, great outdoor area- lots of tables, chairs etc... Lounge area very big, so great in the evening. More pillows needed only one per a person not enough. Master bedroom mattress very uncomfortable More bowls needed as could only find 2 but about 50 plates.

Schöner Urlaub mit vielen Mängeln.

Die Lage und die Außenanlage ist super. Das Haus ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr alt und keineswegs zeitgerecht. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer aber nur ein Badezimmer ohne Dusche. Lediglich eine Badewanne mit Vorhang. Ich habe mich nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr schwer leise in den Haus zu sein. Die Türen knarxen und krachen. Leise zu sein war nicht möglich. Die Außenanlgen sind super. Viel Platz zum spielen. An sich wäre es dringend notwendig hier mal zu investieren. Finde den Preis für die Qualität der Unterkunft zu teuer. Daher nur 3 Sterne.

Location perfetta per una famiglia con bimbi/ragazzi.

La Villa è dotata di ogni confort. Immagini del sito realistiche. Quando siamo arrivati la piscina era sporca, abbiamo contattato l'agenzia che si occupa della gestione per conto del proprietario e il giorno successivo ha mandato il ragazzo che l'ha pulita alla perfezione. Distanza ideale dall'aeroporto e Palma tanto da evitare la confusione ma con intorno supermercati, ristoranti e servizi. La casa è pratica, funzionale e confortevole. Abbiamo girato l'isola con le sue meravigliose calette con auto a noleggio che consiglio. La domenica siamo stati a casa per evitare il caos sulle spiagge dei turisti e locali, ma non c'è mancato nulla. La doccia esterna aiuta a tenere più pulita la casa quando hai dei bambini piccoli. La consiglio a tutti. Non ho trovato alcun difetto sia della casa, della zona (cala Blava) e di Maiorca. Da tornarci sicuramente!!!!!!!!
