The host (Caitlin) was very friendly and quickly responded to any inquiry we had and the on-site contact Norm was very friendly and spent extra time on the one hitch we had (it was resolved).The location itself was super handy - 1 mile the airport and 20 minutes to groceries at George Town. Our family of 9 took a pre-Christmas break and could not have asked for anything better for the group. The house lived up the the pictures and the kitchen was great for several people to be doing something at the same tie. The heated pool, hot tub and large patio can't be beat. Then, of course) the beach and beautiful water steps down from the patio. Would definitely stay again.

Heavenly View

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and was nicely accommodated. The view was incredible with the pool and beach just steps away. We loved sitting on the patio outside for meals. We will be back!

The property literally had everything we needed. The on site ice machine was amazing to have! We had a couple hiccups with the appliances and the maintenance guy came almost immediately to help out.

Perfect!

The beach is absolutely beautiful! The convenience of the pool, hot tub, beach and condo, all located so close to each other making it easy to move back and forth made this place the perfect place to stay for all ages! We got in early, the lady cleaning let us store our stuff in a room while we went out and about waiting for the check in time. Looking forward to going back one day!

Great Stay!

We had the best week on Jimmy Hill! The location couldn’t have been any better. We had 7 that stayed and the size of the home worked so well. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all! We would definitely stay again!

Regatta 2025

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This was our third year, and this property continues to exceed expectations. The location is unbeatable, with stunning beach views and easy access, and it’s perfectly situated near the regatta site. The layout fits my family’s needs perfectly. Norm, the local host, is always courteous and readily available whenever needed.

A piece of paradise

The property was the perfect location for our stay in the Bahamas. It’s close to the airport and in the middle of the island, making drives to the different beaches accessible. The space is well maintained and as described. The outdoor area is everything a family can hope for on vacation; picture perfect view of the turquoise ocean, the large infinity edge pool, large outdoor space and patio with large dinner table. It was the perfect home away from home.

WOW this was GREAT!

Our family of kids, spouses and grandkids (Ages 1-15!) completely enjoyed our stay at the condo! What a real gem. Tom the host was amazingly welcoming and responsive, even answering our questions months in advance of our stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. The accommodations are generous and met our needs well. The place was clean and spacious and well-kept.The family REALLY enjoyed the pool, along with the seaside setting. This unit is in the center of the complex and sitting on the lanai you get the best view of the pool and the surf beyond. We even saw a pod of whales on morning from the lanai! The kiddos even got to sample the coconut water from coconuts plucked from the palms on site by the gardener!From the unit itself, to the location and management of the unit, you'll be hard pressed to find a better listing than this one. It was everything we expected and more! Thank you Tom for sharing your wonderful home with us. Our family will remember our time there for many many years! Cheers!

Great experience

Tom was very easy to communicate with before our trip even began! House was perfect for our two families. We loved getting to know families from other units that shared the common areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Getaway

Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend.

Wonderful pick for exuma

Beautifully situated on the property. Pool and beach can’t be beat. Plenty of chairs/loungers by pool. Views to die for. Unit is spacious and fairly well stocked. Would definitely recommend for a family or group.

Exuma Condo

The property could not have been any better. We went in the off season so we had a pool, hot-tub and beach all to our selves. The property manager Norman was on site and very helpful. We had a AC problem and he got it fixed the same day we contacted him. Tom the owner was also very helpful. We are planning to return next year. Great Time!

A perfect place to experience the magic of Exuma

Our family of 6 (husband, 4 teenagers, and myself) stayed for one week at this lovely home/villa in Jimmy Hill. This was a perfect place for us, providing plenty of space, bedrooms, and lovely outdoor access to the pool and beach. Jimmy Hill is a great location and the beach is beautiful and peaceful. Our kids loved being able to move back and forth between the beach, pool, hot tub and the comfortable patio all day long when we were not out exploring the island or on an excursion. This property provided us the perfect home base for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of those Exuma blues in the water and a comfortable, well-appointed place to enjoy meals and games together in the evening. The kids also loved swimming and hanging out in the hot tub at night. We were able to grill a couple nights, and made most of our breakfasts and dinners at the house. A fun highlight was having Bubble Waffles come to the house one evening and make us fresh waffle cones filled with ice cream and toppings. The location of the house made it easier for us to get deliveries (from Mike's Pizza Plus, Exuma Market, Exuma Connect) and for us to make a quick grocery run when needed (about 8 min drive to Prime Island Meats and Deli). Tom was a great host, and very responsive. We appreciated being able to ask many questions and to receive quick responses. Tom and his family have done a wonderful job making the magic of Exuma accessible, comfortable and fun for families to experience in their lovely home.

Loved it!

Everything about this place was fantastic! - Owner provided detailed information about travel, amenities, things to know about and do on the island - so helpful! - Groundskeeper was so kind and helpful - our kids were dying to try a fresh coconut, he brought them some and opened them up for them - made their day! - Location was great - centrally located on the island, just a couple min from the airport and easy to get to excursions or head into Georgetown. - Property outside is perfection - pool and hot tub were great, grassy area for the kids to run and play, beautiful vegetation and ocean view, little lizards everywhere (our kids loved this). Great patio on the unit - we spent so much time out here. Lots of pool/yard toys in the cubby down by the beach shower. Commercial ice machine on property for filling coolers and stocking the house. - Property inside was great - plenty of sleeping areas, tons of seating in the dining/living area that was open where it was easy for us to all be together. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware as well as seasonings - better than any place I’ve ever stayed. Thoughtful about the little things - tote bags that you’ll need for shopping at the store, closet with misc little things you may have forgotten, plenty of beach towels, coolers. WiFi only worked on the first floor but wasn’t a big deal for us.

Beautiful property - stunning location

Though the property is close to the airport, it sits back from the main road and was very quiet. We never minded the drive into Georgetown, considering the quiet and beautiful location we had. Once you enter the condo, you are struck by the incredible view over the pool area/ocean. Morning sunrise and coffee on the patio, the sound of the stunning blue surf, sunsets in the evenings ... it never got old! The condo was clean, well stocked, plenty of room for our party of 7, and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Most of the week we felt as though we had the whole condo area to ourselves, which was a bonus!

Beautiful House and Great Location!

House is fabulous! Kitchen and spaces are great, and the location is perfect near everything you might want in town, and is just 4 minutes from the airport. The beach is beautiful walkable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic to have on site as well. Would love to stay here again soon if we can!

The property is impeccably maintained and the layout is extremely well planned. Designed for seven owners, each with the desire to enjoy the Exuma lifestyle, yet live in 5 star accommodations. The property is maintained by a property manger and full time caretaker.
We are also a premier partner with VRBO/Home Away and work hard to make your vacation problem free.

One of the few properties with a full time property manager living on site in provided living quarters. A full time staff of care takers alleviates most problems with maintenance and assures our guests are taken care of during their stay. We know you will have a problem free vacation in our beautiful home.

The location is key to your stay! There are some amazing properties available on Little Exuma, but it is a LONG 45+ minute drive. Being five minutes from the airport, 10-minutes from Smitty's & Prime Island, and 15-minutes from Georgetown means that all of your shopping trips can be completed on your way to or from excursions. We are centrally located from Barraterre, where many boat trips leave from, and the southern end of the island if you want to visit Tropic of Cancer beach or Moriah Cay.

Don't assume other location have heated pools and hot tubs! It's easy to overlook when comparing properties, but the infinity pool overlooking the ocean adds to your hours of enjoyment and is a must if you are bringing your family.
