Great place to stay!

We had a fabulous time here! The owners, Eva and César, were very friendly and welcoming. They contacted me immediately after the booking asking if I had any questions or needed anything which I thought was very nice. The bungalow is only 5 minutes walking away from the beach and has several pools that can be used. It also had a great terrace including a jacuzzy that worked perfectly and was clean. The flat offered all the amenities needed and was very clean and pretty. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definetely come back again.

Gelungener Urlaub schwierig ohne Auto

Alles in Ordnung, Gastgeberin nett und zuvorkommend, dass einzige, dass es in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Lebensmitteln gibt, es geht nur mit Bus oder Auto nach Gran Alicant. Das Hauptbild mit Meerblick stimmt nicht.

Appartement Arenales

Bonjour, Appartement en duplex et non pas une maison. Il est à 10 mn de la plage à pieds. L’ appartement est bien mais loin du luxe annoncé (meubles premiers prix abimés, manque une poignée dans le meuble tv et salles de douches et chambres un peu désuètes mais confortables). Toutes les terrasses sont côtes à côtes donc pas vraiment d intimité si vous avez la malchance d avoir des voisins. Sinon le jacuzzi est sympa et l appartement est spacieux. La Climatisation est performante et facile à régler.

Una semana maravillosa

Hemos estado una semana en este precioso bungalow. No hemos podido estar mas a gusto. La casa preciosa con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana increíble de vacaciones, el trato con Eva genial, siempre estaba disponible para cualquier duda que tuviéramos, la urbanización súper grande con diferentes piscinas y zonas comunes para poder disfrutar. Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas. ¡Gracias por todo Eva!

Lovely Spanish home with hot tub and beautiful beach

Fantastic property with a super layout. We loved the big balcony and hot tub. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach was a short walk away and fantastic for the kids. We would look to rent the property again.

Vacaciones estupendas

El Alojamiento cumple todos requisitos para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Cuidando los detalles al máximo y con detalle de bienvenida. La urbanización muy cuidada y tranquila, las piscinas muy limpias. Los propietarios son encantadores y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. La playa del Carabassi es estupenda, aguas cristalinas y muy cuidada. LO RECOMIENDO AL 100 X 100 TANTO EL ALOJAMIENTO COMO LA ZONA. GRACIAS EVA Y CESAR POR VUESTRA AMABILIDAD (PROPIETARIOS) BALBINA

Lovely apartment, site too overdeveloped and currently under further construction

Service Owners were polite, friendly and responsive to questions and requests. Deposit Return Policy – they only return funds via bank draft within 48 hours of checkout (even when you pay in cash). We learned this in an email message 1 day prior to checkin. Checkin – We were met by an agent we weren’t informed of. He said we could contact him with questions but he was slow to respond and, at the end of the trip, didn’t respond at all. Checkout Procedure – we had a 7am checkout, the owners informed us they would not come by to inspect the property until later. This was concerning to me (I have been burned by this before). In the end, we did receive the full deposit back but the process made me nervous. Apartment The apartment is beautiful. The layout is perfect. The bedrooms are upstairs and the living area is downstairs with a spacious patio. They have a very convenient downstairs powder room and an outdoor utility area. It is a very comfortable place to stay. The ad details and photos show a hot tub, however, we were informed after booking that if we want to actually use it, that would cost extra. We had to pay a daily fee to use the hot tub, this was surprising. The ad detail also mentions a BBQ and private pool. The pools are private to the community, not the villa. There was no BBQ on the patio so that must be for the community as well. We were told the ‘house rules’ upon check in which included noise level. However, the next-door neighbors blasted their television and stomped up and down the stairs until 1am. They were extremely loud and, apparently, have no such rules to follow. There is heavy construction in the area from 8am – 8pm including Saturdays. This made for a noisy time on the patio and also an audience, with the occasional builder leaning over higher balconies to watch us in the hot tub. The patio is lovely but, because of the new buildings going up, the ocean view is obstructed. Location The apartment is a short walk to a lovely beach that is pristine clean. The local shops and restaurants are a much farther walk along a very nice promenade. Alicante is beautiful. The people are very friendly and the beach is extremely impressive. The whole area is under development. We sat outdoors at a restaurant only to have to listen to a jackhammer for an hour. With all the holiday condos, the area must be very crowded in season. When the new construction is finished, the area will be flooded with tourists I doubt I'll return.
