アルゲーロから数キロ離れたヴィラは、フェルティリアの村の近くに位置し、ボンバルデのビーチや、サン・リビエラの最も美しい海岸であるマリア・ピアのビーチから車で数分です。 8/10の人に理想的なこの家は、隣接する2階に位置しています。

2階にあるヴィラ内には、4つのベッドルーム（ダブルベッド3つとシングルベッド3つのツインベッドルーム）、シャワー付きのバスルーム3つ、キッチン2つがあり、上層階には食器洗い機。

両方のフロアにはリビングルームとキッチンがあり、大きな窓からは庭園とスイミングプールを見渡せます。 洗濯機は洗濯エリアにあります。 ヴィラにはエアコンとWiFiインターネットがあります。

別荘の外では、テニス、サッカー、バレーボールの多目的裁判所は、楽しいとフィット感を保ちながら、会社で午後を過ごすのに理想的な場所です。

ヴィラはオリーブの木とヤシの木がある大きな芝生の真ん中にあります。 芝生の中にはベランダの前にプライベートスイミングプール（16m x 5m）があり、子供のために適した下部と触れない上部があります。

プールの周りにはサンラウンジャーとパラソルがあります。

きれいな家具付きのヴィラは、大きな窓から大きな窓を見渡すことができます。大きな窓からは、覆われたベランダと芝生を見渡すリビングルームの大きな窓が見え、壮大な庭園の息を呑むような景観をご覧いただけます。

ヴィラはオリーブの木とヤシの木がある大きな芝生の真ん中にあります。

ヴィラと庭は完全にフェンスになっています。

ヴィラは市内中心部に非常に近く、非常に静かですが、一年中数多くのヴィラが居住しているため、隔離されていません。

スイミングプールの近くにはバーベキュー、テーブル、椅子を備えた屋外ベランダがあり、屋外ランチやディナーに最適です。 プールの近くに隣接するバスルームがあります。

End of June 10-Day Rental

Fantastic property in a very convenient location outside Alghero. Communication with Maria prior to arrival and then with Manuela after arrival and during the stay was equally great. Property: as shown in the description. Great for two families; upstairs has a bedroom with large bed, full bath, full kitchen, and pull out couch that turns into a double bed / downstairs has two bedrooms with a large bed in each as well as a two complete bathrooms, another bedroom with two single beds, small living room, and a full kitchen. Large pool. A gentlemen came early every morning to clean the pool from the foliage of the surrounding shrubs. Location: 10 mins to the beach area of the newer part of Alghero (the lido); 16 mins to convenient parking in the old city of Alghero, 16 mins to Lazzaretto beach, 6 mins to the airport servicing Alghero. Easy driving with multiple beaches 10-16 mins away. Convenient to do a day trip to Sassari to the north and Olbia airport a 1 hr 45 min drive away. A great choice for a vacation at the beach, with a nice pool giving you the option to escape crowds while still enjoying the sun.

Plenty of space to recover!

We really enjoyed our time - particularly the pool and tennis court! The reception and support were perfect. We highly recommend a car as the villa is located a short drive outside of Alghero and there are no shops close by. Alghero is definitely woth a visit and so is Neptune's grotto. Thanks a lot for a very nice stay!

Lots of potential

We were recommended this villa by friends who stayed 2 years previously. However, I think the villa may have been vacant for many months before we arrived for a number of reasons. The first thing was the villa was not clean, the kettle did not work, the filter coffee machine had a very mouldy old filter in on and the 2 coffee pots were both also mouldy inside. All of the dishes and plates were full of dust and we had to clean everything before we could first use it. The air conditioning was broken in 3 of the bedrooms and there were no curtains at the windows which meant our children were awoken at sunrise and did not sleep until it was dark. The pool was not as clean as it should have been either. I complained about all of these things and to the managers credit, most were resolved within 2-3 days. They replaced the kettle, fixed all the air conditioning units and installed new blackout curtains. They provided a proper pool net and cleaned the pool. However they did not come to clean the villa or it’s contents and no apology was made for this. The villa is in a beautiful location, it just needs a little improvement. The towels are old and threadbare and they should provide pool towels as well. The kitchens are fairly well equipped. The showers are good and powerful and clean. There are many ants on the terrace so they need ant powder to fix this problem. The villa is very secure and the tennis court is excellent. The gardens are also lovely and the pool is ideal for children. We had a mixed experience which I’m sure would have been better if the villa had been rented all summer and I’m sure this will improve now things are opening again. Sardinia is truly beautiful and the beaches are stunning.

Lovely Family Villa

We had a lovely time staying at this villa. It was spotlessly clean and the location is excellent, just a five minute drive from Alghero town centre. Although it is only a ten minute drive to the airport we never heard the planes. The owner, Mercedes Maria, quickly and effectively sorted out a problem we had one evening where guests in a nearby villa were playing loud music in the early hours of the morning, even though the villa in question did not belong to her. The villa is beautifully peaceful and private. The pool spotlessly clean and the grounds are spacious and well kept. The tennis court is a great addition. There is no mains sewerage though, so nothing can be thrown in the toilet, which was not a problem, but is something which no one had mentioned in the reviews I read. Also the rooms with the double beds were all comfortable but the one with twin beds, which would be perfectly suitable for two younger people, was too small for my 19 year old nephew and 21 year old son, both of whom are over 6 feet tall. The beaches in Alghero are very good, sandy, clean and family friendly. We favoured those closer to Fertilia. The weather was mainly good, around 28-30C, when we went at the end of September with only one overcast day and some light rain one evening. We ate out every night in the old town. Avoid the restaurants in Piazza Civica. We had excellent meals at Angedras Restaurant (we went there twice), Kings (Mercedes Maria's recommendation) and La Botteghina. The people in Alghero were all very friendly and helpful and will definitely go back.

Gorgeous and convenient

Thank you Manuela and Pierro for making sure that we had an enjoyable stay!! We will definitely be coming back! We were minutes from Alghero which is a beautiful town with lots of gorgeous beaches.

2 tolle, erholsame Woche in einer wunderschönen gepflegten Umgebung. Manuela und Piero waren sehr nett und freundlich und extrem professionell. Dank Ihnen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere,, Batterien,, komplett aufladen! Wonderful experience

Really nice to stay at this place. Close to everything, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, all! Kids had a wonderful time. House was clean, kitchen was functional. Highly recommended if you are looking to spend family time. The tennis court was a great surprise, the boys had fun in the evening between tennis and soccer games while we relaxed in the pool. Truly a beautiful, elegant, large house. All perfect. We return.

Un paradis

Cela fait maintenant quelques années que nous venons à Alghero. C'est un vrai petit paradis au milieu des oliviers. Un vrai havre de paix. En quittant la maison nous laissons un peu de notre cœur. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Le jardin est magnifique avec la grande et belle piscine, le tout au calme et reposant. Un grand merci à tous lesquelles ont rendu notre séjour extraordinaire avec leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Mercedes surtout. Nous allons sûrement revenir! Une seule envie: y retourner au plus vite.

Beautiful Villa Serena

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Villa Serena very much. It was perfect for our party of ourselves, son, his wife and 2 small children. Ideal for communal living as being on 2 levels it afforded privacy when required. Villa was spotless, bright, airy and very well equipped with the dishwasher and washing machine most welcome. We spent so much time in your fabulous pool. It's lovely setting in your splendid garden made it very hard to tear ourselves away. Alghero is so close by and had everything we needed. There are so many restaurants to choose from in the evening which must be followed by a walk along the old town walls to enjoy the glorious sunset. Local beaches are delightful too, Lazzaretto rather busy for us, so we preferred di Maria Pia. La Pelosa was well worth a longer drive as it is a simply stunning beach, ideal for children, but get there early. We followed that with a lovely meal in Stintino to end our perfect day. sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Man sollte allerdings daran denken, dass das Haus auch für Raucher "zugelassen" ist. Im Schlafzimmer des OGs war das auch deutlich zu riechen. Im UG war es kein Problem. Ansonsten könnte die Küche noch ein, zwei Schneidebretter und scharfe Messer mehr haben. Alles in allem aber eine Unterkunft, die es sich lohnt zu buchen :-)
