Lovely apartment

Excellent apartment with lovely garden and pool. Close to all amenities and beach. Hostworked hard to resolve our Internet problems. However i would recommend that you keep doors secure when in the garden as we suffered a n intrusion losing a valuable watch and cash. recommend

Lovely villa in a perfect location

Location was perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk to fabulous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beach. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The actual complex was far bigger than expected and very built up. Although the boundary gave us the feeling of privacy, the neighbouring villas are within touching distances with apartments above meaning that we could hear everyone’s conversation and I imagine could be noisy and less private during busier months

Lovely villa private pool

Everything perfect but finding it on arrival difficult. Pin pointing its next to purla blanca then go up steps much simpler for taxi driver to find. But once there everything you needed provided or a few minute walk away for bars.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Der Online Check in Prozess ist etwas aufwendig. Alles in Allem auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely villa just lacking some essentials

This villa was lovely but disappointed there were a few things broken and missing. 2 ceiling light fans didn’t have shades/cover so bulbs and wires were exposed. No kitchen knives, oven trays and measuring jugs. Garden furniture I.e umbrella was broken and rips in curtains. If this was addressed then my review would have been 5 stars. When I told the owner/letting agent they just said thank you but did nothing about it. Also no cleaning stuff for 10 day stay so had to buy myself and pool wasn’t cleaned whole time we were there.

Fantastic Villa in great Location 10/10

Lovely villa in a great location, 5 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins to shops and restaurants. The villa is modern with all the facilities and equipment required for your stay. Great outdoor space with lovely pool . Located in a quiet area , throughly enjoyed our two weeks here, thank you.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely, its clean and well kept (a few little touch ups could be given here and there but thats just nit picking). The location is brilliant with shops and restaurants all a 5 minute walk away and a beach just down the road yet the actual villa is in a quiet area. The only thing I would suggest is that there is a need for more umbrellas in the garden as when its hot, there is no shade. The Callao Savaje area is quite quiet but buses are easy to use and there are plenty of taxis. I woukd definitely recommend

Auf den ersten Blick top - auf den zweiten Blick flop

Die Kommunikation vorab und auch der Check in waren super & problemlos. Auf den ersten Blick waren wir auch sehr begeistert - es sah ordentlich auch sauber aus. Nach und nach entdeckten wir leider ein paar Tücken. Die Bettwäsche und Gardinen, sowie der Sonnenschirm draußen waren löchrig, der Toaster hat nicht richtig funktioniert und die Toasts nicht ausgespuckt. Wir bemerkten dies leider zu spät als starke Rauchbildung entstand. Kissenbezüge waren dreckig. Die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr veraltet, die Dusche schimmelt und ist stark verkalkt. Ebenso ist die Dusche draußen stark verkalkt und tropft unaufhörlich. Leider bekamen wir nachts auch Besuch von Mäusen, die überall in den Küchenschränken ihren Kot hinterließen… nicht sehr appetitlich. Als wir dies alles meldeten, hieß es man kümmert sich drum. Wir haben sofort einen neuen Sonnenschirm erhalten mit ne auch kam ein Handwerker bzgl. Der tropfenden Dusche. Man entfernte den Regler, somit konnten wir uns draußen nicht mehr abduschen. Nachdem wir nachfragten ob man uns denn nicht neue Betzwäsche und einen neuen Toaster zukommen lassen möchte, hieß es , man kümmert sich drum - an unserem Abreisetag. Man muss dazu sagen, wir waren fast 2 Wochen da. Nach ca 1 Woche haben wir alle Mängel kommuniziert. In der folgenden Woche hat man es nicht geschafft und zumindest ordentliche Bettwäsche zu liefern. Schade! Denn wie gesagt, der erste Eindruck war top.

Zeer mooie, nette woning met leuke tuin

We zijn net terug van 2 weken vakantie in deze woning en kan het alleen maar aanraden, zeker als je van een rustige vakantie houd.Restaurants,cafes en supermarkt op 3 minuten wandelen.De tuin zit er in het echt even groot uit als op foto met een leuk zwembad dat 2 keer per week gereinigd wordt.Twee volwaardige slaapkamers en nog een zetelbed in de living.De algemene indruk van de woning en de aanwezige apparatuur in de keuken is zeer netjes.Aanrader!Wij gaan deze woning zeker proberen terug te boeken volgend jaar.

El alojamiento nos ha gustado mucho, la casa está muy limpia y todo está como en las fotos. La piscina y el jardín una gozada. En cuanto a contrato, entrega de llaves y demás todo muy profesional. Volveremos!

Wonderful family history holiday

We spent a week at this property on October 2019. It was perfect - very clean and had everything we needed for a stress-free holiday. It is much larger than expected and the outdoor space was fab for the children. The pool was particularly great and was kept clean everyday. The owners responded to any questions very quickly and were always helpful. The area is lovely and quiet with a decent supermarket close by and a Lidl within a 5min drive. The island has lots to offer and the free car hire meant we could cram lots of trips into our holiday. Would definitely recommend this property, hopefully we are able to return again.

Toller Urlaub

Das Apartment ist großzügig und schön und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool direkt an der Terrasse tobt natürlich alles. Die Umgebung ist ruhig ( es sei denn man hat laute Nachbarn), trotzdem sind Supermärkte und Restaurants mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war angemessen und entsprechend ausgestattet. Toll war der große Pool. Wir sind ganz toll empfangen worden und hatten eine sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

The apartment was very clean and spacious.

We were greeted and shown around by Larriatz when we arrived,she was very helpful throughout our stay. Every room was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the seating area was comfortable.The beds were also comfortable, although some of the pillows were slightly lumpy.The twin room is on the road and consequently could be noisy from people passing. Also at around 5am every morning we were woken by the nearby recycling bins being emptied.This room is ideal for children as they would sleep through most noise. There is plenty of storage space.The pool was great and the garden large, with sun for most of the day..The apartment is a 3 minute walk from shops and restaurants and 5 to the beach.We had a great week.

IDEAL PARA DESCANSAR

Estamos encantados con la estancia en esta casa, tanto que es la segunda vez que disfrutamos de ella. Tenemos dos niños y el poder disfrutar de un jardín privado con piscina es un verdadero lujo. La casa es amplia, limpia y está situada en un entorno tranquilo. El trato tanto como por por parte propietario, como de Larraitz, que nos atendió personalmente, ha sido excelente. Sin duda repetirnos.
