A great villa

Fantastic villa, great communication and easy to deal with. Very spacious, clean and very well laid out villa. Absolutely fabulous views. Car recommended. Would definitely consider renting again.

Over all very nice stay for our little family 2 adults and baby. Nice cool house with great view. a bit windy due to altitude but nice in the summerheat. Sun, shade, wind, shelter as you like.. Paragliding next door flying over terrace so not 100% private

Very peaceful

Really nice remote location, exactly what we were looking for. Communication before during and after was brilliant. Camila was always willing to help with a very quick response. Would definitely recommend a hire car as due to the remoteness brings other challenges. However would definitely stay again.

A relaxing visit to Tenerife

The property is high on a hill overlooking the Adeje coast. The drive up is not for the faint hearted of for a small engined car, but when you arrive you are rewarded with the most wonderful panoramic view and a quiet peaceful place in which to re-charge your batteries. The morning sunshine of the top of the hill brings you out onto the patio area to enjoy breakfast and the sunset is a sight to behold. Peaceful, calming and quiet best describe this house.

Perfect retreat

This villa was amazing, the views were out of this world, the road up to the Villa is an experience of zig zag, zig zag but don’t let this put you off, as it is so worth the journey. The pool is amazing once you get past the cold, it is a total body refresh and reset, defo take the plunge. It is a total relaxation retreat but close to enough to everything you could want or need, the communication with the owner was excellent from picking up the keys, to dropping them off when we left, everything was so easy. Thank you ☀️

Nice house in scenic surroundings

The house it self is very nice and is recommendable. The service from the agency We recieved was very poor. Wrong entrance-code, no poolcleaning or maintanenance during the stay though it is described in the housemanuals, misleading add on VRBO (in danish) were it says a car is included, not possible to Call the agent, sinde she does not speak english.

Super Lage mit viel Potential

Die Lage ist super. Weit weg über all dem Trubel der sonst sehr belebten Gegend. Die Anfahrt ist ein Abenteuer, war aber nie gefährlich. Das Haus selbst benötigt einiges an Reparaturen. Angefangen vom maroden Geländer der Terrasse über eine fehlende Tür in einer der Duschen bis hin zu der mangelhaften Ausstattung der Küche. Für wen eine super Aussicht und maximal Frühstück ausreicht der ist hier bestens bedient. Wer vor hat sich selbst zu bekochen, lässt lieber die Finger von dem Objekt, oder Grillt ausschließlich. :) Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war immer freundlich und zielführend.

In die Jahre gekommenes Objekt

Die Lage des Objektes ist sensationell. Die Aussicht ein Traum aber die Ausstattung des Objektes absolut renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder veraltert die Duschen verkalkt. Keine Handwäsche in den Bädern. Zum Glück gibt es eine Außendusche die wir benutzt haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist unterirdisch. Nicht einmal ausreichend Besteck vorhanden. Und das was vorhanden ist, ist teilweise Lebensgefählich und sollte entsorgt werden. Preis Leistung passt hier gerade nicht. Kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden kein erstes Holz für den Kamin. Mit einigen nicht kostenintensiven Änderungen kann hier wieder eine tolle Anlage entstehen.

Das Haus ist NICHT empfehlenswert !

Das Haus ist alt, feucht, klamm, unsauber, nicht ausreichend ausgestattet, nicht sauber, Max 4 Personen möglich. Aufgrund der Feuchte im Haus, riecht es muffelig. Ein Handtuch pro Person für eine Woche. Waschmaschine musste erst mal ausführlich gereinigt werden. Kamin vorhanden, leider kein Stück Holz wird bereitgestellt. 10 Grad Differenz ( kälter ) zum Ort unten ( Adeje ). Aussicht sehr schön! Grundstück groß und schön. Das Ferienhaus ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!

Volgens de folder was er een auto beschikbaar .Helaas niet. Geen instructies voor de apparaten en adviezen wat te doen in de omgeving ontbraken. Koffiezetapparaat werkte niet korrekt. een douchdeur ontbrak maar na meldingen zijn er geen actie geweest.Voor de rest het uitzicht was geweldig.

Fantastic stay

We really had a fantastic stay. The photo’s on the website are very modest; it is quite a large villa on top of a very high hill (very quit). Large and beautiful garden. Very well maintained en very clean. The swimming pool is also very nice, but chilly as not heated. Thanks for a great stay!

Strictly minimum

We rented the house in 2018. But this time it was NO car with the lease (but still on the ad in Abritel) very short in kitchen tools and tableware. Beds are getting old and not very confortable. The location and the outside are still beautiful.

Mooi huis, fantastisch uitzicht

Het huis ligt afgelegen op een berg. Er is een fantastisch uitzicht. We waren met 2 personen en dan is alles voorhanden. Het huis is binnen heel proper. Ook het terras en het zwembad. Het zwembad was in maart uiteraard wel heel koud om te zwemmen.

Tenerife Feb 2020

We had a great time and loved this villa. Customer support was great and the agent got back to us very quickly when we needed to contact them. The Villa is about a 10min drive from the nearest supermarkets and 20mins to the beach of Fanabe which is a great location for families. We had very good contact before the holiday with clear instructions on how to pick up car (included with villa) and how to gain access. Where we stayed is a good area being quite central. We are a family who likes peace and quiet and this villa was perfect. The kids had freedom to play without getting in anyone's way. The villa itself was very clean and bigger than I thought it was. The photos make the rooms look smaller but they are spacious. Thankyou for letting us holiday here.

Wirklich wunderschön

Die Woche Anfang Dezember war wirklich wunderschön in dem Haus, besonders den Kamin haben wir Abends genossen (Das Haus liegt auf circa 700m Höhe). Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Joli séjour en Octobre

Belle maison, vue magnifique sur toute la côte de Playa San Juan a las Americas. L'accès à la maison se fait par une petite route qui tourne et monte pas mal. Durant notre semaine il y a eu pas mal de vent et de pluie du coup avec 15 petits degrés nous avons eu un peu froid dans la maison qui n'est équipé que d'un seul chauffage dans une des chambres. Heureusement nous avons pu acheter du bois et utiliser la cheminée. A noter également une connexion internet très rapide qui nous a permis de regarderdes films en streaming.

A stunning property in a beautiful location.

We have just returned yesterday from this magnificent villa, and will be looking to get ourselves back across very soon. It's a little slice of paradise! From the terrace you can sit and look out over La Culeta, Pointe Parisio and Costa Adeje, with the island of La Gomera in clear view. The night views have to be seen to be believed. The only thing that o would advise is not to drive the road to the villa at night, and just take your time driving up at first. It's location is perfect, you're nice and out of the way of all the hustle and bustle, and all the tourist areas are 10 minutes drive away. The town of Adeje itself is charming. The pool was warm enough for swimming in, it's not heated but once you're in the water it's nice and warm.

Großartiges Ferienhaus in unendlicher Ruhe

Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 750 m über dem Meeresspiegel und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die darunter liegenden Touristenorte, das Meer und die Insel La Gomera. Es befinden sich keine anderen Ferienhäuser in unmittelbarer Umgebung (das unmittelbar oberhalb liegende Haus ist so gut wie nie bewohnt), so dass man seine Ferien in vollständiger Abgeschiedenheit genießen kann.

Traumhafte Lage mit wunderbarer Villa! Traumurlaub!

Die Lage am Hang über Adeje ist einfach wunderschön! Man hat einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf die Küste und jeden Abend einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang! Die Villa ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet zusammen mit der großen Terrasse und dem riesigen Pool die Möglichkeit einen wunderschönen, ungestörten und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir hatten das Glück, das auch in der Villa über uns niemand war, sodass wir wirklich komplett ungestört waren. Die Straße runter nach Adeje ist zwar etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig zu fahren aber absolut in Ordnung und somit kann man in nur 15 Minuten viele verschiedene Supermärkte etc. erreichen (inklusive spanischem LIDL). Wir persönlich haben keine Ausflüge gemacht, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Aber auch für Ausflüge z.B. zum Teide ist die Lage absolut in Ordnung. Die Übergabe war etwas unpersönlich, da der (durchaus freundliche) Herr nur spanisch sprach und es somit keinerlei Erklärungen gab, aber man ist ja nicht auf den Kopf gefallen und findet sich doch recht schnell zurecht. Und wenn wirklich was ist, ist der Vermieter auch sehr schnell erreichbar und reagiert! Die Sauberkeit der Villa könnte etwas besser sein, allerdings muss man beachten, dass ja auch den ganzen Tag die Türen offen stehen und somit Kleinvieh (NICHTS schlimmes) und Staub etc. auch schnell reinkommt. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Besteck hätte etwas mehr sein können (und wir waren nur zu zweit) und die Pfanne war nicht brauchbar. Da haben wir uns einfach eine neue gekauft und am Ende mitgenommen. Auch nicht weiter dramatisch. Handtücher waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden und die Waschmaschine sehr praktisch! Man sollte beachten, dass grundsätzlich erstmal KEINE Reinigung, auch nicht vom Pool, dabei ist. In der Villa liegt ein Infoheft indem man informiert wird, dass man dies gegen Aufpreis hinzubuchen kann. Grundsätzlich ok, allerdings finde ich, dass zumindest eine Kontrolle der Wasserqualität automatisch dabei sein sollte. FAZIT: ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer schönen Villa mit tollem Pool und unglaublich schönem Ausblick! Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern!

Lovely villa on hill

Absolutely lovely villa. Clean well looked after. Staff and comms were brilliant. Villa is stocked with towels and a basic amount of toiletries. Beds comfy. Location is up there near the top of the hill. Driving up there is something else. A few hairpin bends so you will need a car. But once you get up the views are incredible. Stayed 3rd week in June 2019 Weather 20c. Not good at all for the time of year. Pool not heated which made it cold due to weather which we could not change. There is no hot tub either as described. But overall the place is amazing.
